Decent banh mi, a more modernized take on the Vietnamese classic. Fresh veggies in each of our sandwiches. Tried the chicken katsu, grilled chicken and pork banh mi. Was a bit disappointed in the pork banh mi mainly due to the pork being quite charred/burnt on all the edges. Otherwise the other sandwiches had great flavor and katsu was really crisp. Tried the house fries as well which were served fresh and hot. Crispy fries with the option to add cheese too! Service was friendly and quick. Plenty of seating indoors.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a pork banh mi and there was an option to upgrade and substitute the bread for rice for an additional charge of $3.50. Got to our hotel (starving) got charged the price to upgrade our sandwich to a rice bowl and it was a sandwich with NO rice or vermicelli in it. Basically meat and bread and veges. Very very bland. Also order a pork spring roll, my daughter takes a bite and it too is missing the vermicelli. It was basically the rice wrapper, lettuce and meat. It was horrible. We ordered two items and both items were wrong. On top of that I got up charged to upgrade our food and instead it was downgraded and we were still charged. Tried to call restaurant and it was closed.

Great first experience. Love the concept. Loved the food. Had the beef rolls (not fried) with the house sauce. (tangy) Bread was crispy. Veggies were crunchy. The pickled daikon and carrot were the only thing that wasn't outstanding. They were a lot more tangy than typical. Still good, though. The char-siu banh mi I had was good, but the pork was more "pulled pork" char-siu style. Still good, just not what I was expecting from char-siu. Overall, still a 5 star experience.

I really love Banh Mi Boys for their fries. The fries are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with tons of flavor from their various toppings. The "K-Town fries" are fantastic! It has steak, fried egg, and delicious sauces on it that boost their fries to another level! Some of the best fries in the city! I've tried the steak and egg noodle bowl at this location. It was good, but I probably would stick to their banh mi and fries. I just don't think it's anything to write home about.

I absolutely love Banh Mi Boys. Pretty much everything on the menu is good but here are my unmissable favorites: bang bang shrimp poboy/banh mi, the k-town fries, and the ooey gooey cake bread pudding. Soooo good. Service is always quick and super friendly. I do enjoy this location because there's so much indoor seating. Lots of outdoor seating too for nice days, unlike the OG location where it's outside or nothing. I'll keep coming back as long as they are in business!

spicy asian barbecue brisket banh mi

spicy asian barbecue brisket banh mi - loaded DOWN with brisket. so good! i paid $25 for the combo - banh mi, fries, and a fountain drink. fries were good and generous portions for a side. would've been 5 stars but personally i feel like $25 is a smiidge more than i like to pay for a sandwich and fries (just my opinion! many will disagree.) price you pay for quality ig. would go back.

We went to visit while we were there from Dallas and I don't know if it was the owner but he was awesome! Food was fresh and sooo delicious! It wasn't busy at all so we got our food quick! It's a small location but the setup is welcoming and spotless! We did go near closing so that was probably why but either way staff was great and not annoyed with us and checked in on us even though it was not that type of service!

    Yummy yummy.

Great location! Candace service is amazing! The food is sooooo good. We had beef spring rolls, Honey Sriracha shrimp Banh Mi and baby....... It is sooooooo good. My hubby had the crack Cajun fried (meh) they were just fries, (nothing to write home about) and Chicken Katsu Dear Heaven.... Sooooo soooo sooo flavorful. This place is full of flavors. Come see for yourself.

I had to stop eating to leave a real time review. We walked in blindly from a day of shopping, just looking for a quick bite and some relief from the heat. It's Easily the BEST meal I had while visiting New Orleans. I got the marinated pork belly Bahn mi. It rivals some of the best I've ever had out in Los Angeles. The restaurant is casual, walk up ordering and food is brought to your table. Service was quick and food was hot! We're visiting NoLa for a friend's wedding and my wife and I causally commented how we've been and can cross it off our list. This sandwich might be the sole reason we return. No joke.

I love shrimp po boys but this shrimp po boy with bang bang sauce is on a different level!

I have ordered delivery from Banh Mi Boys several times now, and have been very satisfied with the delivery (Thank You, Door Dash) and the food, each and every time. The sandwiches are tasty, and different. Today, we ordered three Specialty Vietnamese Banh Mi: Char Sui ($13.88, Chinese BBQ), Bulgogi ($15.44, Korean Marinated Beef), and Chicken Katsu ($15.44, Fried Chicken Breast). For myself, next time I order, I will get fewer veggies on each sandwich, I think they mask the taste of the star of the show, the BBQ and the Beef. The Banh Mi Co-Star is certainly the delicious bread, from Leidenheimer Bakery. There just isn't any better po-boy bread, it really contributes to the success of the sandwich. So, I can't review Banh Mi Boys' location - looks nice from the photos - but the food is very good, and I can recommend it. A very solid Four Stars.

Some of the reviews didn't give the KFC Spicy Tofu Bahn Mi a good rating, but I went for it anyway, and I was happy I did. It wasn't mind blowing, but it was satisfying and I was happy I got it. Their French fries were fantastic, easily the best ones I've had in town so far. I was happy I stopped in a whim for lunch.

Small sandwich shop next to a gas station. There's a seating area outside and a standing counter top inside. Service was great 5/5- nice, pleasant and brings you your sandwich. Overall the food: 3/5 BM Combo was loaded with a lot of meat & I ordered extra pate. It was lacking a little bit of flavor- the bbq pork meat was thick cut but bland as well as the pate- although I loved that it was slathered on... it lacked a little bit of flavor (maybe a little more fish sauce or msg/salt) or maybe if they did a "mayo/butter" spread it would be on point. Pork belly - nice thick cut but also needed some flavor. Loco Moco- gravy was good and the sunny side egg gave it a nice creamy taste. Steak & Egg - this was probably the best one out of the other sandwiches since the steak meat was full of flavor. Overall, not bad to try while in the area as they do have a variety of selection for sandwiches & vermicelli bowls.

Excellent service and location. I love the wildness of their poboys. I prefer these poboys over traditional Nola poboys!

I had seen some news about them at some point, I love chicken wings, and it looked good. It's take out only. Not much to see besides the menu and the pictures of Adam and some other dudes. You can see the kitchen, little shotgun style place. I asked some questions about the sauce heat levels and ordered what he equated to medium regular buffalo I think. The names are strange to me. Just say Buffalo!!! Ugh. The wings were flavored very well, I liked the sauce a lot. The fries had a nice seasoning on them as well. The packaging absolutely ruined the food. It was all soaked when I opened it. That really sucked. It was about a 15 minute ride. They packed it in a wax lined, fully sealed box, similar to an Asian food box. It simply steamed the food while I drove. Bad move guys. I could not even eat the fries, they were just mush. Wings had a slight crispness in some spots after I left them open for 20 mins or so to dehydrate. As I said, the sauce was great so I did eat the wings. The wings are probably really good I bet if they were not ruined by the packing. 3 stars for the flavor. '26 - 96

We were desperate to cool off. Their AC was so cool and necessary during the heat wave that we had just spent a couple hours walking through. 2. This place served best rum punch I've ever had. Oh my goodness. Turning down a second one was hard!! 3. I've never had a server who appeared as invested in our order as our guy. I developed an old lady crush on this sweet man! We told him that we are both vegetarians and one is a post bariatric surgery puzzle. He was so sweet and supportive that I would return here weekly if we were local! He made sure we had what we needed. 4. We ordered the roti, two tacos (Rasta & cauliflower) with coconut rice and plantain as the sides. The tacos were both so extra, so yummy, the roti was tasty- but the sweetness on top confused me- we loved the plantain but not the rice. We'd be back in a heartbeat.
