Customer service from the start was nice, but they didn't do what I asked. The interior is clean and looks and smells great, but I had to tell them what to do on the exterior. What's not to like about a drive through oil change that takes 10 minutes. Courteous and professional representatives get the job done. Prices are a little higher than competitors but includes a wash and vacuum, so it balances out. read more

They do a great job every time. When I first moved to Houston, I lived down the street and I caught a flat they helped me out free of charge. They checked the tire out and put my spare on. This is a great place to get an oil change. They will not try to sell you everything you don't need wiper blades, air filter that you just replaced. The best part are the employees at the lube center. Very nice and helpfull. read more

I took my brand new car (had for just over a month) to get it washed for the first time. WHAT A DISASTER!!! Not only was it NOT CLEAN, it was returned with scratches all over my car, bird poop still on the hood, watermarks everywhere! I spoke to the manager and other associates and they tried to tell me that the shammy doesn't cause scratches, that the dealership did it, and the car came that way! I have 846 miles on it and I can assure you my car was not purchased this way! I was offered a tour of the facility so I could "see the car wash." My reply was no thank you, as I d not leave my child with a stranger. They offered to rewash the car...for what purpose? To scratch it more? The manager and her associates were useless and did not offer proper solutions. I took my car immediately to baker Nissan and they assured me it didn't come from the factory or the dealership that way and offered me solutions to FIX THE SCREW UP MADE BY MR.DETAIL! The scratches are all over the hood, doors, and bumpers. I will never use this place or any other place like it! ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND NOT WORTH THE DIRT BENEATH MY SHOES! read more

I took my travel trailer over to have it detailed on the outside only. When I arrived they looked at my trailer and told they would be able to get the oxidation off with no problem and clean and wax trailer. I told them to take there time and do it right and keep it overnight if they had to. Five hours later they told me they were finishing up and I could come and get travel trailer. Needless to say they removed oxidation but the trailer has swirl marks and rain water marks all over it because the person doing the buffing had no clue what he was doing. I complained to the manager/owner named Jana and she tried to give a line of "BS" about how it would cost more money using some other kind of treatment to get spots off. "Bottom line they were in a hurry trying to finish by closing time." I took the trailer home got my buffer out and was able to take spots off so Jana if full of "sh*t. These people charged me $450.00 for this service and I expected almost perfection but did not get it not even close. I immediately called my credit card company and disputed the charges because after the conversation I had with "Jana" I knew there was not going to be a refund. "DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH THEY DO NOT PERFORM GOOD SERVICE" The salesman up front tells you what you want to hear just to get your money. Also the so called detail supervisor should buy a toothbrush and get the food out of his teeth before speaking with customers disgusting. read more

This place is awesome! I get most of car stuff done here, oil change, inspection, and car detailed! Every time they always seem to impress me, they are quick, have an eye for detail, and the staff is the best I have ever seen at a car wash. I recently went there and the car was a mess inside and out, while they were cleaning the inside they had found money I lost and left it in my front cup holder, I gave the guys the money as a tip as it showed me how honest the staff is! Best thing of all is the have Ams Oil, I use to always get my oil change here but once I found this out every car I have gets the Ams oil treatment, they have found a customer for life! read more

Needed an oil change and saw this place so stopped, was very happy with the service and they did a fantastic job and were very polite. After the oil change got the free car wash and I've never seen the car look that clean before. I've never seen the rims shine on my car before but after the car wash it looked amazing. i've gotten my last 3 oil changes at the lube center and just got my car inspected last week. This place is so amazing! The car wash is great but the drive through oil change with the a/c hose at your window to keep you call while engine is off is a great touch. I felt like i was at the Daytona 500 pit with the pitcrew. So professional, so kind and helpful. When I got my car inspected i waited in the waiting room - all so clean; bathrooms clean etc. The car wash is very professional as well but love the Lube Center and the staff is most professional. read more

Went on 2-14-2015 to get my oil changed and inspection sticker. Drove car to the car was side and car started to smoke white. the opened the hood and come to find out the coolant reservoir was not closed and coolant to spray all in the engine compartment and caused my heater valve to go bad and damaged. I was told it was their fault and that they were not going to help with fixing what they damaged straight out. So today. 2-16-2015 my car is at the mechanic shop and have to get a rental car. I disputed the charge to my bank for the cost of the oil change and inspection sticker of 95.00 caused me nothing but headaches with these incompetent employees,BEWARE!!!!!!! read more

I had him go back over my wheels and I still had to finish the detail work at home. He did not vacuum the back seat. I paid $50 for the interior clean package. The cleaning product he used is souled at the bottom of my door pockets. It took me over 19 minutes to find my garage remote when u got home and I still haven't had time to re plug in my back massager he in plugged. Will not return. read more

I have been going here for 6yrs, they area fast and the staff always knows what to do. They are not the cheapest, but they get the job done.

Total wast of time and money. Horrible service, poor wash left hard water spots on the hood and trunk because they didn't dry and wipe well. Didn't clean the windows inside or out. Very dissatisfied with the wash had to take it to another car wash today to have redone correctly. DON'T WAST YOUR MONEY!!! read more

We took our car to have it washed here. My wife was watching the people dry off the car and when the one worker was drying the back of the car, the rear trunk back splash that holds the license plate came off. The worker kept trying to put it back on, but he couldn't re-attach it. He then went and grabbed a roll of silver tape, put the back splash back on and taped three pieces of tape to hold it on. He waved his hand as notification he was done. My wife just kept watching him. He then went and got the assistant manager who went over, looked at it, removed the tape, and tried to rehang it herself. When we went to talk to the manager a few days later because she claims to have watched video footage, she said that the piece was broken when we brought the car there and that it was already taped. Then later on in the conversation, she said they taped it while the car was in the back of the car wash because they wouldn't do that in the front of the business. This is completely false. My wife watched the whole thing AND it was done in the front of there business. We are very surprised by their customer service. We have been bringing our cars there for a couple of years and we live 45 minutes away. We liked the way they detailed our cars. We will no longer do business with them. read more
