I waited 65 minutes for service and walked out the door. I was greeted when I first pulled in (as many lube places do); signed the sheet then waited... I waited while the two people in front of me came and went and then I waited some more... I waited 15 minutes while there was no activity in the garage. I waited 15 more minutes while a few mechanics ate some lunch. But when someone pulled up, got directed into the garage and then got serviced before me--I left. And I wrote down on the sheet just how long I had waited. I will never return and unless they make an attempt to rectify the situation--I will recommend that no one else go there as well. read more

After 15 years of paying to have my SUV washed and detailed here today, paid today but no detailing and no cleaning after purchasing deluxe package. Windshield, side mirrors, running boards, mounted spear wheel, back window, roof, chrome areas, and wheel wells were still dirty after staff said my SUV was ready. When brought to attention of acting manager, response was "we don't do wheel wells, we just do outside" my question wheel wells are outside, running board, mirrors are outside. If after bringing my SUV here for 15 years, there would be at least two inches of dirt, the dirt was driving thru rainy Houston streets, that this location was able to clean and today they stop cleaning? Not recommended for SUVs, and will not bring in my trucks and cars also having serviced here with washing, waxing and detailing here for 15 years. Now need to take my SUV to a car wash service to have cleaned and detailed after paying to for the bad service. read more

Need a car wash? Well look no further! This place, hands down does the best job for your money. I always get the deluxe wash and have never been disappointed. These guys here are very detailed in their work. They have earned the name "MR. DEATIL"! I came actor this place after being so so disappointed by the place down the street whose name we will not mention. I was so disappointed with this other spot that I would rather not was my car at all until I got the time to hand wash it my self, then came along Mr. Detail. The staff is always pleasant and hands down to the ones that finish your car off. They go to great extremes to make sure you're going to be pleased with your car when they're done. I've also come here for my oil change and had my husband's truck detailed here and have been pleased every visit. The winner for me was on my most recent visit I drive up and request my usual and to my surprise it was free! You can't beat that! First time being here brought my lifted F-250 for a much needed wash. Overall the people are friendly especially the front desk, prices are variable and offer a great variety of snacks and drinks for one to enjoy while waiting. My truck came out great looking brand new but didn't enjoy the fact that my mirrors came out still a dirty. I paid $81 for a hand wash and the interior super clean so I was expecting to come out great. Which it did but I kind of wish that they would make even the smallest factors worth it, you know. I've been here over a dozen times and it's always great! The oil change is super fast and you get a free car wash and vacuum with it too so that's a good deal. They also do state inspections so it's like a one stop shop which is very convenient! After my oil change I just drive right over and get my car wash and car detailing which is also a fast process and the employees are friendly. I must say though, that they don't do a good job in cleaning the car, it's been about 3 times now where I would check my backseat and there would still be crumbs all over the seat, I don't have a lot but it's quite noticeable so that's that.. but overall, I'm in and out in less than an hour! read more

I decided to go back to the former neighborhood car wash (I Lived in the area in the 80s, 90s) because my car needed some TLC and Mr. Detail always did high-quality work. I paid $130 to have my car washed and the leather interior detailed, and about 30 minutes later the following series of unfortunate events occurred. When I first inspected the finished job, I noticed a few spots on the interior and I asked if the dashboard had been conditioned and the gentleman answered yes and he touched up those spots. I started the long drive home, and as I looked around the interior of my car, I noticed out right areas that were not cleaned and I drove back to Mr. Detail. The order taker asked the detailer to redo his work and he also encouraged me to speak with the manager. I let the manager know I had returned and she asked if someone was working on the car, I said yes, and she started to explain how it hard to tell if the cloth interior is clean and I replied, "but it's leather," and she said; "Oh" and resumed stocking shelves. I returned to the lobby, and about ten minutes later detailer asked me to recheck his work. I sat in the car and began to look around and saw that the backseat was dirty and he attempted to cover up the spots with the floor mats that were laid across the backseat to dry. I got out of the car and went to the manager a second time. I explained what just occurred. The manager asked for my receipt to prove that I had not been here the day before, she went to inspect my vehicle, but the detailer had taken it to another area and now three people were inside cleaning the interior, and the manager walked to that area and spoke with the workers. I waited for the manager to return to me but she did not, and about 15 minutes later the detailer pulled my car up for a third inspection. Before inspecting the car for the third time, I went to the counter to find the manager and found her stocking shelves again. I was a little flustered now and reviewed the events that occurred with her and she said, "I put my best man on it, and it should be clean now." The manager never inspected the work, did not follow up with me with an explanation, did not apologize and quietly returned to stocking shelves. Later in the day I called the storefront and asked for the corporate number so I could write a formal complaint regarding the behaviors I observed and the way I was handled. The manager assured me that there was no one else I could speak with, she handled the situation appropriately, she looked for me but could not find me and she mentioned something about being in business for over 30 years in the same location and never having issues like this. That was the last straw for me and I hung up the phone. To save others from this type of poor work ethic and unkind behavior I will follow up with the appropriate persons. read more

The service and job that is done is absolutely not worth the price! I have no clue why my family always come back. But after getting our car wash done here recently it is given that it will be our last time there. Management (Victor along w other names ..) and employees play a tagging and blaming game. No one ever admits their fault and leaves the customer hanging. They truly do not care about their customers. They just want to take your money. They always offer "special" deals such as a $5 off your wax and describe to you in detailed what will be done. Do not be peer pressured into it! The work is absolutely horrible! You will lose your money and time there. They are always leaving visible sticky spots and smelly. There are always still something visible and dirty on the carpet still. Their carpet cleaning is very quick and they do not vacuum thoroughly even when the residue is on the top layer of the carpet. Lets not mention about the corners. I let that slide. But how do they miss something that is right in front of them. They spray this sticky liquid to the inside and they never wipe thoroughly because spots from the liquid are left behind. The tire and rims are still smeared with half black liquid from the washing machine. Overall they only half do the work here & 10% worth of the job of what you pay! If you want great quality, service and worth for your pay, I would not suggest this place. You will only be left disappointed. read more

I brought my old 2007 Land Rover in for a inspection with factory windows that came with factory glass tint. Also all windows have the original certified Land Rover/Range Rover window official decals and passed inspections since 2008 in Texas! Somehow now this Mr. Detail shop says my inspection failed because the windows are to dark... Change out my factory windows and bring it back and the SUV will pass! The fact that I am compelled to give one star is even absurd. I took my car in for a wash, and after being upsold by the associate for a 'detail', I agreed. When I came out to my car, I discovered the cover for my gas pedal was missing, which my brake pedal cover was still intact and it was clear something was off. I explained the 'manager' that it was missing, she took about 5 minutes to look for it and said 'sorry, it's not on the property'. When I asked for my money back, because, clearly, I need to go buy a new one, she said 'ma'am, all I can do is give you a free wash' and then walked off. Not only did my car look like a 5 year old 'detailed' it, their customer service is horrible....Save your money and go to another car wash, there's a few in this area and they all outperform and treat their customers with respect. My floor mats look like they scrubbed them with a Hershey bar. Terrible, don't EVER come here, unless you're a slob and like to give your money away to less than marginal service. read more

I had the worst experience here. I went in for a car detailing on my car because my leather seats were rubbed with the wrong type of oil. They told me they could fix it after testing it. This location is not near my house-a relative and a friend recommended the place. I get my car back an hour later and my wheel caps had turned white. (and the interior was still full of fingerprints) and the white colored leather... So, regardless of the outside (wheel cap issue)-the interior was still not up to par. I believe 3 people who came to look at the car proceeded to wipe it down (without me asking) when they saw it. The cars wheel caps were not white when i brought them in. I KNOW for a fact my wheel caps were not like that when I pulled in. I was directed to speak to the assistant manager named Kristen H. She looked at the car said she had 50 cameras and they didn't spray anything on my tires and I could view them if I wish. She suggested I go through Mercedes warranty to get them fixed because she said they didn't do it. I didn't feel like I needed to do any of that because when you bring your car into a professional establishment a certain way, you expect it back in the same condition. To me, she seemed very nonchalant about the matter and I felt she handled the situation very poorly. I speculate when they ran the car through the car was the chemicals may have had a reaction with the caps. I called a police just to get a police report to have on file. But DID not make a scene about it and politely even told her i would just like to file a report for my own records. Unfortunately, this is a civil matter and that did not occur. I feel the whole time I was there I spoke to everyone politely and was not demanding. Honestly, I would have been happy with a- "I'm sorry this happened here is a coupon on another car wash." It's the fact that she seemed so unwilling to do anything about it and was so condescending towards me that made me upset and therefor i was unwilling to let go of the situation. The last 10 mins I was there she yelled at me in her office and THREATENED TO SUE me for slander if I wrote anything on yelp. That being said she's probably the owner's wife or has some stake in the business which, to me, is even worse- why would you be so mean to a customer when its probably your own business? (Just speculation) (I made a comment to a gentleman there that indeed I would indeed write about my experience) After she screamed at me I didn't say anything else to her except that I recorded the conversation as the gentleman in the office yelled that its illegal to record conversations. I left the office to go back into the store to return merchandise I had bought from the gift shop as she followed me saying things to me which honestly don't remember because I was trying to hold tears in. She called the police on me loudly and told me to leave the car wash (for what? I am unsure) as the girl at the register mouthed "I'm sorry" to me as I wiped my tears away- I was shocked because A) i don't think its right to ever treat people like that in general and B) I have never in my life experienced such rudeness- I don't talk like that so I was caught very off guard by her aggressiveness. read more

I paid $100+ for a hand car wash and wheel Polish they left a huge scratch on a freshly painted door. While looking on the camera to find them making the damage I seen they where beating my truck up with a rough brush not washing it by hand. Gave them several attempts to make the situation right they ignored me and then denied any of the damaged after previously saying they would pay for the damages. I went and got the hand carwash and wax. Paid $60. When my car was ready, I had to walk the gentleman around my car and show him patches of white spots (left on wax)...his response, "it's just wax". Rims were still dirty amongst other spots. Then I start driving, look in the rear window and it's still unclean as well as the bottom of the front window shield. I get home and see leftover wax spots throughout the entire vehicle, my floors under the mats and seat looked as if they've never been vacuumed...smh. Total waste of money, time and a tip. This is the 2nd and last time going there and receiving this same service. The oil change area is quick and friendly. It's a drive thru and you get a free car wash with it (hand cleaned afterwards), although I think their prices are slightly higher because of that. Car wash area usually does pretty good job for basic car wash and are fast. However, last time I went and paid extra to get wax etc. I expected it to take longer but it took over an hr. Then when they bought my car to me the outside was very nice but the inside hadn't been touched! Lint all over the dash still, carpet not vacuumed whatsoever, mats not even taken out and shook clean. And they didn't do a good job on my windows. When I rolled them down you could see the dirty line. After paying so much for the extras and getting less than what I could've got for the free one I probably won't return. read more

This is where I usually go for an oil change and basic maintenance. The guys are very quick and work hard to get you in and out in a flash. Sometimes there is a line to get in, but it usually moves pretty fast. The prices here are not cheap, but you have to consider you are getting a free car wash and detail with your purchase. They have A/C units that blow cold air into your vehicle while you are sitting there getting your oil changed. I have also been offered and given free drinks while waiting. They do an ok job of detailing my car, it's really hit and miss. I've had times when my ride was spotless and other times when my floor mats were left in the back along with cleaning equipment. Thanks for the free rags and squirt bottle, I guess? I've used them for scratch removal/buffing and they did an excellent job. My only complaint is the sales people who greet you when you drive up. I don't appreciate them leaning into my window and trying to up-sale me. They should leave the high pressure to the wash and not the sales pitch. read more
