A professional detailer later confirmed the damage pattern is consistent with contact from an automatic car wash. Management response: A manager named Roger briefly looked at the vehicle and immediately denied responsibility without performing any inspection or creating an incident report. He stated that the "rollers are foam" and therefore could not cause this type of damage, effectively ending the conversation. No investigation was conducted.
