With a damp towel I was able to clean the dark spots when I called him back to get the phone number to send the proof he totally declined giving me the phone number to send the pictures I told him I have to throw out the comforter since it has not been cleaned at all He rudely told me do whatever you want and hung up the phone. Went to this place 4 years ago. They ruined a sweater and I never was compensated. Never went back until last week. My assistant left my velvet jacket to be cleaned and picked it up yesterday. It was uncleaned, still had the stains it was brought in for and it was bagged as if it was cleaned. They charged 15.00 to put a dirty jacket in a bag. I want you to take whomever it is that you believe is the most high maintenance customer you've ever met in your entire life and multiply that by 10. That is me. I'm not embarrassed to admit it (but I should be). I've been using this dry cleaner for years, in addition to every single person on the staff being being kind and happy to be at work they are accommodating to my family's terrible travel schedule, at times turning around large orders in half a day. I send them my silks, my wools and my denim. I send them exquisite suits that are hand tailored and everything comes back to me perfectly. There's no point in owning good clothing if it just gets ruined in the wash. A few months ago they had some sort of explosion with their boiler and needed to source all new machinery. In that time I was able to find one very cheap cleaner for my kids' suits (I don't care much about clothing that's balled up in high school lockers every week) and one outrageously expensive cleaner for my husbands suits and my silks, as well as a third cleaner that was reasonably priced for denim and wool. The second Mr. Dryclean was back to doing their own cleaning I gained several hours in my week (multiple trips to multiple cleaners is ridiculous), money in my budget and we can reliably be well dressed again. If you have invested in a good wardrobe for work I cannot see a scenario where any other cleaner in the area would suit your needs more than Mr. Dryclean. read more

Ruined my sweater dress. I came on a recommendation from a friend but I sure do regret it. I had a white sweater dress with a few stains on it that I wanted to wear for the holidays. They quoted me a two day turnaround which I thought was long for just one item but maybe they were busy as it was just before Christmas. Customer service was certainly lacking. When I got my dress back the stains were gone but the faux leather patches on the elbows were completely ruined. They are peeling away from the sweater fabric and it looks super gross. When I picked up the item it was hung so that the patches didn't show. Super shady. I get that mistakes happen but at least tell me about it and reimburse me in some way rather than let me leave thinking my item is ready to wear. I will not be back. read more

How does one review a dry cleaner? I can't say I love this dry cleaner, because, well, love is reserved for people, pets, and sometimes food. But I have to say I make a visit to Mr. Dryclean about once a week to have some shirts cleaned or a missing button sewn on and they have only disappointed me once. They shrank one of my shirts, but were very cool about it and gave me some store credit. They usually will turn your laundry around in 24 hours and have very reasonable rates. There is rarely a wait. The parking lot can be a bit of a clusterf*ck around lunchtime or late in the day, but other than that, I have to say that this place is completely reliable. read more

They tried to charge me $80 for 7 pieces of clothing (4 shirts, 2 pants and 1 rain coat) she charged me $38 just for the rain coat, I brought up how the price was too high.when I asked for my clothes back they were very rude and disrespectful!!
