I've lived up the street from Mr. Dryclean for 15 years, and used them throughout. I have yet to have a bad experience with them. (There have been stains they've been unable to remove, but they point them out and apologize). Service is always great, very friendly, and I've never experienced an item not being ready when they'd promised. I took my shirt to dry clean and they made a hole on it. he said to bring a receipt for reimbursement but when i got there he said he bought a new one for me. This shirt is from Banana Republic and is sold out. he said that he sent his wife all around to look for the shirt and bought it for me. there was no tag on it which he said he dried clean it(The new shirt). The material was totally different and the style as well. and i could tell this is not my shirt. He didn't have my old shirt and didn't want to show me the receipt. Which this all tells me he is a liar and risking his business over $40.00 shirt. He was swearing on his mom grave and telling me he is christian and never lie. Excellent service mr. Han is very amicable and knowledged as a dry cleaner. Although at times he regresses to is previous profession as an electrical engineer for Raytheon and he decides that he can fix his own machine I'm expecting any days to find one of these machines flying into the Stars. Not cleaned. Just picked up a scarf that my uncle gave me, and it still had his grey old-man hairs on it. The hair was not embedded in the fabric, but just on the material. Hadn't left the park lot so I went back to ask why, and she took a sticky roller and used that to take off the hair. I could have that done at home for free! read more

Today I drove behind one of Mr. Dry Clean's delivery vans and did not appreciate their reckless driving. I watched the driver run a red light on Ventura and then drive through 4 stop signs. I am FURIOUS with this company ! They LOST over $1,000 worth of Clothes and have not paid me back! because the owner is taking a vacation!!! please read the letter at the bottom... I joined Mr. Dry Clean services back in June 2013, after a promotions lady knocked at my door and sold me this "Amazing" discount VIP Cards, and believe me my experience with this horrible place has been EVERYTHING but VIP. I got 4 Cards, which included 2 50% discounts per group of clothes so it seemed like a good deal for $100 I paid. The delivery services seemed cool so I was excited about that... NOT!! Read the letter bellow, they lost 13 Items worth over 1k !!! They apply the discount once, the first time I went but never again... when I called, 5 months after I had to talk to the owner to reconcile all of my invoices since they had not applied the discounts again... apparently ! they LOST my VIP Cards.. uggh! Bellow... is my letter to the owner, which by the way hasn't been responded cause he is taking a cruise!!! Mr. Han Park (Mr. Dry Clean Owner), I called your company today at 10:30 AM to retrieve my dry-cleaning order delivery like I always do, and came to the surprise that you guys had already done so, without notifying me or even having the courtesy of giving me a call. The lady on the phone stated that your delivery guy left them at the door and knocked it, and nobody came out, so he left them there, REALLY? on Halloween Day??? The clothes were stolen, 10 shirts with a value over $100 dollars each and 3 sweater with a price of 80 dollars each. Although the sentimental value it a lot higher than this prices and some of this items were bought in Europe and can't be bought again, I am asking you to pay $1,000 for the items that you irresponsibly lost. The most polite, professional, and sincere company I know! I forgot to pickup alllll of my fiancés suits! My fiancé had a huge presentation out of state that Monday so I was pretty stressed! BUT, I went and gave it shot and messaged the company a private message through Yelp and minutes later the owner called me! And said not to worry and he met me one hour later! Our dryer was on the blink for seven weeks -- so used Mr. Dryclean for fluff and fold. They were friendly, and the pricing seemed reasonable. F&F is expensive if you are used to doing your own laundry, but it was convenient and much more tolerable than hitting the laundromat on a weekend. They lost my laundry bag, though, and their folding and sorting leaves something to be desired, but overall, they did a fine job. But I wanted to note that I had an issue with one of my work shirts, which got a hole in it while at Mr. Dryclean--this is unfortunate, but it happens. The question is: how does the business respond? When I alerted them to the problem, Mr. Park (the owner) had me pick out a comparable shirt from the company's website, and has promised to order it for me, press it, and deliver it to my house. This dry cleaning establishment is conveniently located in Sherman Oaks, and has a very helpful staff who takes great care in what they do. There are pickup:drop off parking spots right outside the front door, making it less of a hassle to get in and out. The store is clean and you can tell they get a lot of business from the moderate traffic I observed when I visited this evening. They do take the time to answer questions and make suggestions on the best service for your garment. I was surprised at how fair the prices are, because some cleaners around here heavily inflate their prices. When I was being helped another person showed up and a second employee stopped what they were doing to serve the customer. It's always a challenge to find a decent dry cleaners with down to earth pricing quality and good service. You lucky if your cleaners does good on two out of these three. I was lucky enough to be referee to these guys. They excel in all three. I was stunned . Then I decided to take it up a notch. I brought them duvet cover, where I lost most of the buttons and it was wide open. I asked them to dry clean it and replace the missing buttons.
