Garlic Knots: the right light texture, but lack enough garlic flavor.

Stopped by here last year, but never penned the review. To my surprise, they are share the block with one of my new favorite places, Black Forest Bakery and The Village Lanterne (see my separate reviews of both). Whenever I return to the area, I will visit at least two, if not all three of them! Tale of the tape: Garlic Knots Small - medium-small sized, they have a light texture, but the garlic flavor is scant. With just a bit more garlic this could have been a good, if not great knot. Drunken Grandma slice Plenty of vodka sauce covers the entire surface of the slice. The sauce itself is more savory than creamy, but that's ok, as it's decently good enough to merit getting it in a full pasta dish. Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad slice Plenty of grill chicken decorates this slice, which is fortunately not drowned in ranch dressing. It truly is the equivalent of a decent sized side salad with an accompanying dinner roll. While satisfying enough, it would be better served by a more savory Caesar dressing. Final note What really stood out to me across both slices (and the garlic knots) was the dough. The crust on both slices was thin, and crisped up with the crunch of a saltine, yet with the accompanying slight chew that together made a great base for the pizza. I will definitely return for more of Mr. G's fare!

Terrible pizza. Ordered the pie and picked it up in 10 minutes. It was on top of the oven waiting for us..... seems we were given a reheated burnt pizza. Called to talk to the manager. Didn't care at all. Never ordering from here again. Go to Stella, a better choice.

    I couldn't wait - I ate a slice before I remembered to take a pic!

Delicious!! We ordered take out - large pie half regular half pepperoni and it was sooooooooo good!! Friendly staff when we called, speedy delivery and the pizza was still piping hot when we opened the box.

I had a couple of slices of Sicilian and they were pretty good. I liked the sauce and the crust was crunchy the way I like it.

overpriced.. two slices, garlic knots and a drink shouldn't be nearly $15... and an extra $1.00 for a small cup of marinara sauce

Went yesterday evening, they were somewhat busy with a short line. I ordered a medium custard with…read moresprinkles and one of their specialty s'mores stix. The cup was filled to the brim flat, no scoop on top or above the brim of the cup at all and a barely there scoop of sprinkles. Kind of expensive for them to not even fill the cup completely. I was then told to wait for the smores stix ice cream and was told a few minutes later they ran out and that they refunded me for the item that was no longer avail. I waited and she said she did it and I could go. She in-fact never refunded me 24 hours later. $13 for a half melted barely full cup with a half a spoon full of sprinkles. I'll take my business to Coyles from now on. There's a much better display of options. They fill up their cones and cups and put sprinkles top and bottom making sure fully coated.

The A in Abbotts stands for Amazingly Rich and Creamy!…read more If you are in the mood for a cold, creamy treat, a frozen custard is something to consider. It looks, smells, and tastes like many of your favorite ice cream options, but it's definitely a bit thicker naturally. Whether you select one of their suggested menu options or create your own mixture, satisfaction should be on its way to the tastebuds. :) Pricing can be a bit rich, too, but it's all relative to what you pick and size. It's in par with other ice cream locations where you pump/create your own cupped masterpiece. The staff, the 2 times I have been there, has been full of smiles and pretty speedy to whip the order. Looking forward to visiting this location throughout summer, and hope others do too!
