My favorite pizzeria in Suffolk County. The owner Vinny is so friendly and always looks out for his customers. He even knows his return customers names ! The entire staff is so welcoming and friendly. The food is great, always fresh. I can eat an entire plain cheese pie to myself because the sauce is so delicious. I used to really like this place. But customer service has severely dropped. One day I went and saw that they came out with a new buffalo pie but they still had one older slice just sitting there for god knows how long. I specifically asked for a slice of the new pie he said sure and pretended to cut it. When I got my slice from oven it looked like the gross old one was there and in fact it was. I understand you need to get rid of old pizza inventory, with a fresh new pie. But when a customer specifically asks for a certain slice, you appease them. read more

Pizza decent. but will never order from them again Have only ordered twice from them doesn't make sense to call and complain, only order pizza out once every 3 months (too expensive). but I am the one one who checks yelp to make choices about new places; hope this helps someone else from not getting what they paid for. read more

The pizza and other food items are average. Not the worst pizza on LI, but nothing to write home about either. As another reviewer pointed out, the staff should learn to exercise a bit of control over what comes out of their mouths in the presence of customers. I haven't been back in a while since my last visit when two of the staff began to badmouth a customer just moments after they left. This was our favorite pizza place in Lindy many years back. I had a couple of slices of Sicilian and they were pretty good. I liked the sauce and the crust was crunchy the way I like it.

Garbage. First time we ordered delivery and it took almost two hours. The next time we did pick up and they gave us a cold, burnt reheated pizza and charged us more than the menu said. The manager couldn't have cared less and didn't so much as offer an apology. Go to Stella's or Luigi's or Gino's or Albert's..or Domino's...or The Taco Bell on Montauk Highway that sells Pizza Hut personal pizzas. Hell, get one of those Crumb Cake pizzas from The Barn. Just don't waste your time and money--and daily calories/points attempting to ingest this dog crap. read more

You simply cannot go wrong. Mr. G's pizza is it off this world good. While you wait you can either chat it up with the staff or watch some pretty cool international sports on the TV. Prices are good depending on what you get, but they don't hold back on size! Parking is along the side of the building. It's not far from the LIRR station in case you want to eat before going into the city. Of all the local pizzerias in Lindenhurst, I think Mr. G's is the cream of the crop! read more

This place is great! The owner is always there are is very friendly. The plain slice is good but nothing too different from the many other local pizzerias. Where this place stands out is the interesting and delicious specialty slices (especially the mac attack) and the excellent customer service. read more

ok so went with the family to go see a band at the gazebo in town.We decided to go with cheap and easy for dinner before the show started, or so we thought I'll get to that in a minute . So we come in and place our order of three slices a chicken cutlet hero and a sausage and meatball roll with peppers onions and mozzerella and three drinks.The pizza though oily was good the chicken hero the chicken was over done and the sausage roll had tons of roll and onions but very little of anything else. Oh wait yeah the kick in the pants was the place seriously charged me over $35 for said meal !!!!! so between the ok food and the four star pricing I'll go to Stella's down the block next time,cause we won't be going back here ever. Ps guys stop being so cheap and invest in some air conditioning for the place it was seriously like 95 degrees in the place so we couldn't even sit and eat there !!! read more

They have good food but their service sucks!! When you order in an order and wait 30 minutes to pick it up, they start prepping your order when you get there. Delivery of a pizza pie, they give you the box with the dough on one side and the toppings on the other. Such a shame they don't know how to operate a business smoothly read more

I had a horrible experience twice. I placed a order on the weekend at night. Took over a hour which I did not mind too much. They lady came to the door and blamed the fact she got lost. It came to $12. I handed her a $20 and turned around to put the pizza down and she went running down the driveway. It was not my intention to give her a $8 tip especially when it took a long time. I figured she must have needed it more than I. A couple weeks later I gave the place another shot. I ordered 2 small pepperoni calzone over the phone. I gave a friend $20 to pick it up. He did not have enough even though I went off their menu prices from their website. I called to ask how much they really were and I got greeted with a YEA?!? He basically told me a completely different price than online which still does not make sense to me. What was even worse is when I bit into the calzone all I tasted was burnt dough. The bottom was black and the top looked almost undercooked and so was my friends. I did not want to pay $20 for inedible food. I went back and the same man who answered the phone told me that it was not burnt but he'd remake them. I said no and got a refund. I do not trust a place anymore after they had knowingly served burnt food and made the choice to serve it hoping the customer would not make it a issue. The rude service and burnt food is enough to make me never go back. I will stick with Stella's since I have never had a issue read more
