    Bulgogi Marinated Beef
    Its E.

I ordered the Bulgogi meal that they had for around $13. I was hungry and needed something close and fast. I walk in and the FIRST RED FLAG has to be "No refunds, or returns". I didn't think much about it until I waited almost 25-35 minutes for food. As I went up to get my food the order before mine was an asian student, they handed him chopsticks but when it came to my turn they didn't because I wasn't asian. Seemed like they racially profiled me. If you think thats bad, when I got to my car there was SO LITTLE FOOD, for $13 and a long wait. The dumplings were hard and crispy for some reason, maybe thats just the way they do it. But not worth $13 + the wait

I was more than mildly impressed by not only the food but also the cleanliness of the staff and food. We got two orders of the Steak and Shrimp hibachi. It was fresh and clean. The parking isn't easy downtown, just turn down the side street and park for a minute to pick up your to go order. Or get delivery. It's worth it.

    Chicken Teriyaki...Looks can be deceiving

Where's the salt? The seasoning, flavor, sauce, or something?? My taste buds were excited for some Japanese hibatchi...you know the garlic butter fried rice and hibatchi veggies with the sauce? Unfortunately, it was a bust. I ordered delivery for lunch-Chicken teriyaki with fried rice and veggies. I'm not Asian, but I believe my rendition of this dish is wayyyyy better. This was the blandest Asian food I've ever had. Chicken was tender, but sauce was runny and didn't stick on the chicken to give it any flavor at all. What makes Asian food so unique is the garlic, soy, ginger, and none of it was used to create my dish. Which made it taste like Japanese food from a high school cafeteria. A little salt goes a long way!

Mr. Hibachi is a Georgia State University lunchtime staple! I have been eating here for years and have not been disappointed. The restaurant is modest and provides seating for dining in, and also provides takeout options. While many restaurants near Georgia State close around 4 or 5pm, Mr. Hibachi always remains open later. Some of the best fried rice in downtown Atlanta. Definitely would recommend for locals and visitors alike!

    steak Steak & Chicken

My friend and I ate at this restaurant two nights ago. I ordered the chicken and steak and my friend ordered the shrimp and chicken. When we received our food my friend's plate only had 5/6 pieces of shrimp and we asked is this everything that comes with it (we paid extra) the lady said yes order extra next time. We overlooked went home and ate. The rice was stiff and tasteless, very dry and the egg rolls were soggy. The steak tasted a little funny but I overlooked it which I shouldn't have. The next morning I was very sick and my stomach was messed up. I have been throwing up ever since I ate that and cannot get anything on my stomach. My friend was also sick!! This is the only thing we ate. I received food poisoning!! Please do not eat here!! The food was okay, but the aftermath is not worth it.

If your looking for good take out hibachi this is a great place to go. The inside is a bit small for my liking so I always get my food to go. The teriyaki chicken is fairly priced and comes in a great size portion for your money along with 2 sides that are sure to fill you up! Along with the small nature of this business the service is very personable and they care about their customers. It can get busy at lunch time with the influx of students and business people but don't let that deter you because the food is well worth the wait! On top of the chicken the steamed vegetables are my favorite. So Fresh!

The reason for 3 stars is that the food was mid (I would love to give 3.5 stars if I could). Some dishes stood out - the peanut noodles, the lobster with the same noodles, salmon crudo, and wings were pretty good too. Everything else was either not great or very mid - the platter, calamari, salmon was not crispy skin and was overcooked, fries, sardine bruschetta. We spent $400 with tip and I only liked or remembered about 20% of what we ordered. Drinks are beautiful and creative. It would be great for a drink and sexy vibes, but I would go somewhere else to eat. I forgot to take pictures (OOPS)

My shrimp dumplings was no different from a frozen Har Gow from the store steamed in a cute dim sum basket with chopped up truffles on top 4 for $20 that's almost 2 bags of the same thing at Costco's. The peppered beef was too sweet for me and the beef texture threw me off it was like a fried tofu or overly tenderized non beef chew. Tempura shrimp was a take on bang bang shrimp. The bao buns was ok again with the sweet sauce ontop and sweet apple ontop we weren't feeling it. The ambiance was cool and cute music was a plus all the throw backs. A cute spot to chill and take some bites but everything did have a sweet hint to all the food. It isn't no WOW I need to come back and get that except for the cocktail handmade by the bartender (that needs to go on the menu!). I ordered the Shandong braised chicken, a dish presented with its protein resting atop a glossy sauce and a generous scattering... ten or more pieces of accompanying dough. In theory, this bread should serve as both sponge and companion, absorbing the depth of the braise and rounding the dish into comfort. In practice, it was profoundly compromised. The dough was unmistakably moldy, visibly, undeniably so. This alone is alarming in any dining establishment; it signals a breakdown not just in execution, but in fundamental kitchen vigilance. More troubling than the oversight itself was the response. When the issue was brought to the attention of the waiter, the reaction suggested familiarity rather than concern as though such an occurrence fell within the realm of the expected. There was no urgency, no visible embarrassment, no effort to meaningfully rectify the moment. The tone felt faintly dismissive. The effect on the room was immediate: the couple seated ahead of us, having witnessed the exchange, opted against ordering an entrée at all. That, in itself, speaks volumes. There were, however, redeeming elements. The spicy beef was well-prepared, delivering heat with balance rather than bravado. The diced potatoes were excellent, crisp at the edges, tender within, and seasoned with confidence. These dishes hinted at a kitchen capable of competence, even finesse, when fundamentals align. The atmosphere added an unexpected layer. Spa music drifted through the dining room an odd choice for a meal that aims to be bold and hearty, creating a tonal dissonance that never quite resolved. Service hovered in the realm of "acceptable," buoyed largely by polite refrains of "yes sir" and "no ma'am," though these formalities felt more like compensation for a lack of true attentiveness than genuine hospitality. I would not go so far as to discourage anyone from dining here. There is promise, and there are flashes of real quality. But I would offer this advice plainly and without drama: inspect your food carefully. Mold has no place on the plate, and until that reality is treated with the seriousness it demands, the experience remains compromised no matter how good the potatoes may be.

I initially planned for the bao buns only, but the prices were quite reasonable thanks to the $16 lunch special - so I thought I'd try a bit more. So glad that I did. Mushi Ni has an electronic ordering system which was really easy to navigate. I chose my lunch special and added in my dumplings, and poof - the order was on the way to the kitchen. I walked around the food hall for a few so I don't really know how quickly my order was completed, but when I returned, the guy behind the counter saw me and started bagging it up. I found a seat outside for some natural lighting and started snapping away. I really went to enjoy and share the bao buns but figured I'd have a quick bite of the dumplings and keep it pushing. Listen. WOW. I was immediately taken aback because, what?! They were spicy, so savory and full of pork, with a little punch of lime in there somewhere. I didn't even need to have a second bite before I decided that I *had* to order a second round. Wow. The fries were also phenomenal! Super crunchy, the seasonings on top were such a nice touch. And the trend continued with the fluffy, flavorful bao buns. Seriously just an all-around amazing experience. I thought I'd enjoy their food but this experience exceeded my expectations.
