Cute little pumpkin patch. Great for little kids with all the bouncers they have set up but not really meant for pumpkin picking. The pumpkin area was probably 10x10. Free entry and well shaded in the afternoon.

This pumpkin patch is cute for arts and crafts, but it wasn't much of a pumpkin patch. My husband and I remember pumpkin patches being a lot more lively and festive, so it was a bit disappointing. Regardless, the people working were super sweet and I would recommend coming if you have a family and are looking for a Halloween activity - I simply wouldn't recommend it for a Halloween date activity or a true pumpkin patch feel.

This was our first time visiting this pumpkin patch. The prices are super steep. They charge $5 per adult just to go in. Each ticket is $2 each and you need at least 3-4 tickets per bouncer. The employees were all great and super friendly. I have nothing but good things to say about the employees. The bouncers look dirty and beat up. The toys the children get as a prize are so cheaply made. My son enjoyed it and had a good time. The pumpkin prices are reasonable. We came home with three pumpkins. Overall, it was an experience.

Joanne has been so helpful throughout our whole experience at the pumping patch! We had so much fun and it was so kid centric that the kids didn't want to leave! There is so much to do from a petting zoo, to holding little chicks, to jeep cars, to bounce houses, to carnival games and best of all being able to take home a pumpkin that they can be painted and decorated! Definitely would recommend this place for anyone especially those with kids of all ages!

Had a WONDERFUL experience at this pumpkin patch. Pricing was fair, NO entrance fee, lots of things for kids of all ages to do. There is a pumpkin decorating section that is SHADED so we weren't miserable getting sunburned in this heat. This is new management/different company than last year and it makes a BIG difference. Awesome and worthwhile trip. ((Also there wasn't a big crowd so it was so relaxed))

So yes there is an entrance fee on the weekends. 5$ per adult. the lot seems to be about 1000 square feet its small. variety of jumpers all lined up against the left side. Small petting zoo you get a cone of feed. Pumpkins are overpriced in my opinion, its 5$ for a small pumpkin anything average 12 and up. There is a booth with three games tic tac toe, shoot nerf guns and hit the tin can, you do get a prize. Each activity is between 3-4 tickets. Each ticket is 2$ a ticket. So its 4 tickets to bounce on 1 bounce house for 5 minutes. So I paid 8$ plus 8$ for my two littles to bounce for 5 minutes, thats 16$. And they don't get to move jumpers. Small place small variety, good for toddlers and babies to get a few pics. No food just chips and water for sale. Not my favorite

This pumpkin patch is awesome! We took our two boys 2 and 4 and they had a great time! The workers were extremely kind and friendly! You could tell they cared about the people and not just making money! I felt like the pumpkins and the activities were reasonably priced for a pumpkin patch and everything was close together, we liked that. There were some fun games and the bouncers were fun too! Fun place to bring the kids. Tickets are a bit over price but it was worth it. My son absolutely loved the shooting games! It was 3 tickets for a game and even though he missed the targets he still won a prize! Olga and Eric were the ones who helped my son play and pick a prize. Recommend coming here and playing. read more

Best place to visit during the Halloween season, lots of inflatables for the kids to run around in and get tired, petting zoo with friendly animals and the staff is especially friendly we had our last few tickets and were short by a couple and Joann went above and beyond and gave us the last couple tickets we needed at the end of night with out charging us! The kids loved it!! read more

This is our second year attending this pumpkin patch and we hope they are around in the years to come because we look forward to it. They accept atm cards to purchase tickets which i appreciate since I never carry cash. They have tons of jumpers and enough chairs around the kiddie section for parents to sit while waiting the 5 min jump time. All the staff are friendly and alphabets a great attitude. Great place to check out with your family or friends. read more

Let me start off by saying we have been going to this pumpkin patch for 4 years. This is a good place for family fun; however, they have raised their prices (tickets) on the jumpers and activities for the kids, which is waaay over-priced. We will most likely not be returning. read more

Brought my daughter here she loved the big slides and the friendly animals in the petting zoo. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pumpkins are decent priced as well as ride tickets. Will be taking the rest of my kids later on in the next week or so. read more

Most of the employees were very friendly and eagar to help, but a few killed the entire experience for us. My 9 year old boy 6 year old girl were super excited about the pumpkins but actually got reprimanded for rolling them over. We were going to buy all of our pumpkins there, but the grumpy employee changed our mind. Furthermore; I overheard two employees unfavorably discussing another customer. We purchased $40 in activity tickets, but just wanted to leave before we were even done using all of them. On the upside, the kids did enjoy some of the bounce houses. They have a petting zoo, and a place to hold baby chickens. They have an extremely talented face/tattoo painter that does like wow. read more

Had a great experience with my family here. Got our first Noble tree that was $85 for a 6ft tree. It was $25 for the base. They took off $5 with a coupon they provided. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. All the trees were amazing. They had small trees all the way to enormous trees. read more

This place is overpriced for the amount of options they offer. The owner gives different prices to different customers and is rude! She practically pulled my son off of an inflatable and insisted on seeing a wristband which was clearly on his hand. Very disappointed with this place! read more

So I was looking for a clean, safe, not too crazy pumpkin patch for my small kiddos (1, 3, and 6). I have to say, this was a great find! Super easy to find - on the corner of a main street, and FREE parking in the Church's lot. Lots of space too. I went on a Sunday as soon as the place opened and my timing was great. It was barely just starting to get busy and after doing a quick walk-around, I purchased tickets for the kids. This place has a LOT of bouncy houses. Some super tall and a good amount for the smaller children. The bouncy houses are timed at five minute instruments. Not too much room to bring a stroller, but its doubtful you'll need one for the amount of time that you're there. Entrance is free; you purchase tickets to go on bouncy houses, play games (aimed towards children and not adults), and pet the farm animals (chickens, sheep, baby chickens...I think I saw a goat as well). The gate is right up front, so even if you don't pay to go in, you can pet the animals / admire from the fence. Cash for the food and pumpkins. I had brought some snacks for the kids from home. Overall, for three kids, I paid $50 dollars for enough tickets to keep the kids busy for at least 2.5 hrs. Plus I got 6 tickets free for showing my yelp review.*** and paid another $6 for snow cones. All in all: definitely worth a return visit! :) read more

This is our first time here. The kids are so excited about picking out their pumpkins this year. They have a lot of children's activities and jumpers to play in. One of the workers, Jesse, was very helpful and gave us all of the information we needed to have a fun filled day. read more

Dogs! An employee was extremely rude here about our dog. We have a service dog he approached us and asked us if we had documentation on our dog being a service dog, unfortunately we did not have it on us and he told us to leave the premises. Which we exited then he proceeded and said he would call the cops if we didn't leave. We had already exited the area. He basically was very rude and made an unnecessary scene. read more

Love this one! We go every year in the beginning of October. The employees are the absolute best. They are so helpful with our boys an want to make sure everyone is enjoying their time. The petting zoo has the cutest little animals. You can feed the animals as well. It has bounce houses galore! This year they added in some games that were so fun. There were games people could actually win. Unlock the Fair games. We came home with a prize for every child. That never happens! They even have yummy treats! read more

Since that other location closed everyone has been coming to Richfield Pines, which means less options to choose from. We came a week after they opened and man it was slim pickings. They have a large many acre property and you can walk around and pick your tree to take home either same day or on another day. We got our tree and brought it home, but no matter what we tried, it still kept looking crooked on our stand. Not sure if he had them cut it too short maybe, but I wasn't really happy with our tree this year. I think this is a great lot with friendly staff and if you're able to come right when they open you will find yourself a beautiful tree. I think I might opt for a different style/type of tree this next Christmas and maybe try another lot.

You are entitled to complete your transactions with privacy and without being misled into applying for credit. Do not allow them to interact with the screen unless they explain their intended actions and you provide consent. To management, I respectfully request that you cease promoting this particular practice. It is unethical. Please discontinue this behavior. Note also that Home Depot often utilizes an automated response system for addressing issues on Yelp across numerous stores. The reply is nearly identical on all low-rating posts and requests the user to allocate additional time and visit a disguised URL. This does not constitute customer service nor is it appropriate in this context. However, neither is attempting to manipulate customers into applying for credit!

A kind, middle-aged gentleman (I regret not catching his name!) helped by walking me to that section and must of picked up my "keen skills being a BROWN thumb". He helped me remove most of the aphid bugs (yellow critters that eats all the plant nutrients). I was blessed to even had a butterfly followed me home!! Wow. He even gave me a few helpful tips on planting and caring for it to attract monarchs. Thank you much!!! To start they have construction nails chinnails and rotten wood Cover up with with fake fake green carpet that is there is not even it's not even glued to that rotten Wood and all the nails On the cricket ground This is a very old And rotten Decorations and blow up hall is it blow up houses where I almost threw up going into blow one of the blow up house with my daughter with sir where she threw up Actually throw up and we go to roller coasters and maizes and rides all over the OC and she never threw up and I say never and I mean it on top of all that I go to buy a pumpkin buy a pumpkin extremely overpriced for a medium size And I get a younger lady given the giving me a price and then an olderly Lady given me another price Then at the bouncy house I give the guy the tickets tickets and then he told me your daughter cannot go in yet until all the kids come out so come back in 15 minute or so so we go to another bouncy house and pay ano there are tickets and she Throw up and then I go back to the 1st guy who I shift the ticket to and he tells me I don't remember you What tickets so I go on to the animals which we tried to go To see the ghosts the lady say all they run away from people they don't like people so we go to the little chicks and one Bunny in there black-and-white We paid the tickets I go in and the guy's not paying any attention to us or other customers what they're doing is looking at other workers taking off work and flipping off from far away where I have a my daughter have to hear to hear the guy still in the other guy Oh look how she flipped me off and she said I'm out approximately at 7:30 PM it's been 30PMI don't remember the exact time and then he leave us alone and bringing a 6 or maybe 7 year old kid to watch over the animals and and all the other kids in there with them And the kid told him what was what should I do hes confused he told him The pissed off guy just sit there We wanted to see the rabbit which my 2 years old wanted to see in the 1st place but but we couldn't My pregnant wife go to buy the oversized medium popcorn with another pumpkin and I'm watching the kid They sent her off to carry the medium sized pumpkin and the is the smaller pumpkin which almost cost $60 Without offering her a help or a hand seeing seeing her on her 8th month pregnant Which is very noticeable to everybody to everybody who's conquered to layston her it's at the lace didn't her congratulating her And asking her if it's a boy or a girl not the workers because they are unfriendly and just want to go home not be there other than the one guy on the entrance who was extremely KF care for the event I did not see Someone else who works there that cares Sadly This place been 30 years in business But also toys toys and wood and wood and metal and tables Are 30 years of age so you can imagine drink how unhealthy This place was, did I mention there is almost no place to sit!!!!! And what's more Extreme is after my daughter threw up and I got her out of the bouncy house they did not do anything To clean The other kids were continuing to go in-and-out is out and the front entry it's brunt entry for the bouncy house answer house was follow throw up along with my shoes and pants and pans then 10 minutes later I got a calm with an old carpet and put it on top Kara peace and body on top of the throw up Then probably like half an hour later or later randomly an older guy comes and ask about the the location of the throw up and where did my daughter throw up Very concerned Not concern about our daughter health All after all the almost $150 If not 200 respond between me and my wife on this place was a lesson a lesson to learn For the future PSI didn't write this I spoke this to the phone to write sense My week is extremely busy work and responsibility So this is exactly how I remember it happened in freshly yesterday The snails on the ground and rotten wand rotten wood maybe what made me Put this review caring for the next customer health Family health read more

I recently visited Mr. Jacks in Brea and had a wonderful time! The patch was so fun and had full of a great variety of pumpkins. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help with any questions we had. They even offered to take pictures for us, making sure we captured the perfect fall moments! There were plenty of activities for the whole family, from a petting zoo to a bouncy houses, and the prices were reasonable. It's clear they put a lot of effort into making the experience enjoyable for everyone. I highly recommend Mr. Jack's for anyone looking for a fun, stress-free outing enjoying the fall season. Took my 2 kids on opening day and wow let me tell you THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING! Everyone was amazing but there was one particular girl named Olga who helped me threw the night and wow I can honestly say I recommend looking for her when you get there! Very attentive to the kids and very communicative to the mommy's and daddy's! She even gave my kids 2 extra minutes on the wacky world jumper! Honestly recommend bring your whole family here for some good pictures and good fun! read more

l loves this spot! especially this past weekend with the cooler weather. there big tent kept us safe. Perfect spot for me and my family. We even came home with new family members . There was something to do for everyone. My little guy loves the jumpers and the tractors. My tween enjoyed the bigger jumpers, the games especially the fish game and petting zoo. Everything costs tickets but there were affordable. I may have bought too many so we will be returning this weekend. read more

Well I'm guessing Stephanie A may have the wrong pumpkin patch because this place is great! The staff is wonderful and helpful and the slides are fantastic. The picture area and zoo is well organized. If you want to go anywhere this is the place to be, dont listen to the negative nancys on this. If you want poor service and pricey pumpkins and something boring Stator Bros is the down the street. I was pleased with everything that was done for my daughter and myself here. read more

This pumpkin patch is OPEN!!! Went with our children yesterday, had a great time. Worth it! Was perfect for the young kids and older kids. There was so much happening, must have been a dozen slides or obstacle bouncers. They let us walk with our boy on the pony ride. The employees were so nice, offered to take family pictures. FUN. This is by far the best pumpkin patch in town. There is so much to do here and our children can't get enough of the bounce houses, games, petting zoo, and the pony rides. We look forward to coming here to take family pictures and choose our pumpkins together to carve and decorate our home. My family and I had a wonderful time at the Enchanted Pumpkin Patch. It has a warm and friendly atmosphere and was an exciting place to spend the afternoon. The kids enjoyed slides and bounce houses plus tractor rides and a petting zoo.Not to mention I have never seen such gorgeous pumpkins!! Overpriced, all jumpers are 5 - 6 tickets for 5 minutes. They mean 5 minutes soon as time was close there looking at u to pull your kid out. I did not bother to ask on the price of the pumpkins only the large ones had prices. 75 -100. Jumpers are also in the sun and really hot. Quick way to drop 50 dollars in 15 minutes. read more

The most expensive, outrageous, greedy tree lot in all of Southern California! $69 for a 3 ft tree preflocked and $10 for plastic for your car! 2 days before Christmas! Very sad experience they didn't let me in with my emotional service animal which is actually against federal law. She's over 10years and poses zero threat. This discrimination is not only sad but illegal under Americans with Disability Act. read more
