I was questioning their $64 comforter cleaning price tag and the worker told me to "use common sense" on a comforters weight. My education on comforters is not as vast as his clearly. Horrible service and employees are extremely rude. All the owner had to do was weigh my comforter. I didn't say I didn't believe him I simply asked for a breakdown on the cost. I wish I didn't pay anything to this establishment and left my comforter there. I've never been spoken to like that from a business owner working for a service I am paying for. I asked for someone else to work with during check out and he said there was no else to help me.

Lastly, I had 2 jeans fixed, I picked up and paid for both. I trusted they were done because it was an inside stitching that I wanted around existing torns from the jeans knee area that I wanted to prevent from getting worse. After a few weeks realized one of the jeans was fixed and the other wasn't even touched even though I paid for both Jean repairs. Also, the only one that did get fixed was also coming apart so I decided to bring them both again for the help. Not only did they denied that they had even worked on them (in a way just flat out calling me a liar) They insisted in charging me everything all over again. When I obviously refused but even met half way by asking for at least a discount, they totally denied helping me completely. The manager was simply the rudest asking me to leave without wanting to listen to what I had to say. He basically said, nothing will be done, you can go. Not once was I rude, or raised my voice. At all times I was cordial, just asking for some type of consideration and trust. I would never lie. It's a jean repair for gods sake! I Even asked them to check on their records from the past so they will see that the job was done on their location.. They obviously denied because they have no system and no way of checking anything from before. This will be my first bad review I ever post in my life. I believe that if you have nothing nice to say, it's better to not say anything at all... But honestly I was humiliated and called a liar... by some irresponsible and dishonest people and I won't take it. Mostly to prevent other people to go thru what I just had to experience. I do not recommend this place at all!!!! Worst dry cleaners ever! What a shame they have to be part of Coconut Grove. Not even trying to give me the slightest solution. Roland, the owner, arranged for free pick up of three dress slacks and three dress shirts-two of which had a stain. I was alerted when the driver was about 10mins away and dropped off my clothes with him at the hotel lobby. Invoice was sent via email and payment was processed over the phone. Receipt was emailed. The next day, my clothes were delivered to my hotel neatly and clean on a hanger with typical plastic protective coverings. Highly recommend these guys for customer service, competitive pricing, and prompt quality work. By the way, both stains on shirts are gone something previous dry cleaners had overlooked. I repeatedly had to insist that stains be noted during intake--even obvious ones I pointed out--and, as another recent reviewer mentioned, basic stains were often not removed. The final straw came with my last order, which was missing three shirts when I picked it up. When I raised the issue, the manager (Cesar) shrugged and suggested I check an abandoned clothing rack myself. These were bespoke shirts from Geneva Shirts in Manhattan, costing $350 each. I simply can't afford to entrust expensive, custom clothing to a cleaner that handles items this casually. If you invest in expensive clothes be warned about this cleaner. I wonder how many positive reviews they will need to buy to bury this one.

When I went to pick them up, I couldn't find my ticket. The cashier said it wasn't a problem. She went in back and brought a bag of clothing with my name on it. I paid for it, took it to my car and realized it wasn't my clothes even though my name was on the bag. I took the clothes back in and explained to the cashier what happened. I described my clothes, the cashier couldn't find them. I asked her to refund my money. I don't think she knew how to make a credit card refund. I never got my clothes or a refund of my payment.
