Literally the best pizza in town. Our first time trying the place and it met expectations 100% our order was hot and on time. Plus FREE DELIVERY!! A nice reminder to always order locally

Personal size pizza with ham and pineapple

If you're looking for local pizza in District 1 this hits the spot. Is the personal size pizza with a soda for reasonable deal. I chose the pineapple and Ham add some crushed pepper and Parmesan. Friendly and fast service.

Their pizza is good :) everything else is clearly frozen and heated up but the price reflects it.

Excellent pizza. I'm glad I decided to go against the grain and try a new take and bake pizza place. I wasn't disappointed.

Omg this place is Now my favorite date night place. Food is very good!!…read moreHave to make a RESERVATION I found out the hard way! Drove 1/2 hr away. Thinking of the Mouth Gazum I was about to have only to get there and find out there was a 1 1/2 hr wait, we were going to a Show and wanted a bite to eat before going. The place was packed no place to sit and enjoy a cocktail!! So lesson Learned Book ahead Way ahead and ask to sit up on the loft!!

Honestly, Wooden City really lives up to its hype. It's an upscale spot right in downtown Spokane,…read morebut still feels warm and lively instead of overly formal. Definitely one of the best-quality restaurants in the city, where every dish was thoughtfully made and packed with flavor. What we ordered: Starters: - Spring Salad: Super fresh and well-balanced. The snap peas were crisp, with strawberries added for sweetness, and the goat cheese + pistachios gave it a creamy, nutty contrast. The lemon & tarragon vinaigrette tied everything together with a light, herby flavor. - Jerk Cauliflower: Crunchy cauliflower with Caribbean spices with a creamy jerk sauce, good as a side Appetizers: - Peel 'n' Eat Shrimp: Really juicy and spicy from the Cajun spice. There's butter to dip in but I found it too greasy and prefer lemon instead. - Blistered Hungarian Peppers: Smoky pepper with some sweetness and savory from the sausage and cheddar. Served with a toasted focaccia that soak up all the sauce. Main dishes: - Chicken Schnitzel: One of the must-orders. Crispy, golden breading, super tender inside. The lemon & caper butter sauce added acidity and richness that elevated the whole dish. Yoy have to order extra because it's never enough for the table. Yes, it's that good. - Marbled Duroc Pork Chop: Another favorite . Juicy and tender, with 'nduja salsa brava bringing a spicy depth, while lemon tahini and marcona almonds added creaminess and crunch. I always missed tasting this dish like my first time - Beet Ravioli: Earthy and slightly sweet flavor, nice texture but I hate goat cheese so I'm not really a fan of this dish - Pesto Bacon Pizza: Delicious crunch, loved the combo of mozzarella and gorgonzola, kind of creamy with a bit of funk. Balsamic do help balance and gave it a sweet tangy flavor, or else it would be too heavy for me (yes, not a pizza fan) Drinks & Dessert - Not Mai Tai mocktail: very aesthetically looking drink, but a bit too sweet to my liking - Apple crisp: cozy and warm, with baked apple & pecan crumble and served with vanilla ice cream on top. Delicious ice cream. - Pumpkin cheesecake: My 3rd favorite of the night, I still dream about it!! Rich, smooth, and perfectly spiced, you shouldn't skip this!!! That said, I do have to take away a couple points for timing. Our foods took 45 mins to come out even though I had reservations and note the menu items via the email, and the wait time between each dish was also... very confusing. It broke the flow of our meal. But once the food hit the table, it was hard to stay mad, so I forgave them.

The atmosphere is really fun, there's things to keep the kids busy, TVs to keep the adult entertained, and just overall a fun environment. The service was fantastic. All the ladies that helped us out were amazing, referred to us by name which was a nice change. It was really great. We didn't wait too long for our food. It arrived fresh and hot and was delicious. We got fries, my daughter got a pepperoni bar pie (perfect for little eaters!!! And so cheap!!), our friends got the Honolulu hot Hawaiian pizza, we got Parmesan garlic wings, and the buffalo wings. Everything was so good. Their wings are the best wings in town, hands-down. And that pizza oh my God, I wish I had some more right now. We will definitely be going back.

The restaurant itself is located at the bank of the river in Spokane, so it is in a nice, appealing location. The service was actually a lot faster than I had expected and at first, that made me a little bit more weary. I liked that I was able to order a slice of any of the toppings and I could order a whole pizza and have half of one kind of topping and half as another kind of topping. It allowed me to try three different toppings. The Green Goddess was excellent and I highly recommend it. The Sausage Arugula had really well made homemade sausage and I would definitely get it again. I also got the chicken pesto which was flavourful and also amazing. The pizzas were Neopolitan style and were cooked very well. Prices however are pretty steep for pizza. I had one whole pizza (two different toppings) and two slices and was close to $50. Definitely not somewhere I would go regularly because of how expensive it is, but otherwise the food is great!
