Quick and fast to go. Chicken was tasty. My son looking for spicy but it didn't meet his standard. He said his was more tangy than spicy. My original garlic seasoned chicken also good! The side dishes were a little bit on the light side. Flavorful. French fries and onion wings crispy and light.

It's a huge space with a sectioned area with 2 tvs. It gives off an American bar restaurant feel haha Friendly and fast service. You seat yourself and there are either QR codes to order or a tablet to order from. You can pay at the front or wait for them to bring the pos to you. Parking - shared lot but lots of parking. Can get busy so keep that in mind. Food- Chicken was super crispy and moist! The flavors were good. Not much for banchan at this place besides a small side, can add more for $. Powchi drink- pouch drink with unlisted flavors so I'll list the options here! - mango,Peach, blueberry, grape We got the mango ade- it was very good. Not too sweet!

We had some really great Korean fried chicken from this place. Our favorite flavor is still the Mr. Lee flavor because it has the perfect balance of sweet, savory garlic, and spice. This time, though, we decided to split the flavors and also try their soy flavor. The soy flavor is more of a honey soy butter profile, and it tasted a bit saltier than the Mr. Lee flavor. Both were good, and the soy flavor is a great option for people who cannot handle spice since it is not spicy at all. We also tried their Korean style cheese corn, and overall it was pretty fantastic. The sweetness of the corn paired really well with the creamy sauce. I did notice a slight hint of mayonnaise in the sauce, which I am not sure I loved, but overall it was still very good. One thing I did not like was how the cheese corn was served on a hot plate, but it did not actually arrive sizzling hot. It kind of defeats the purpose of serving it on a hot plate if the plate is not really hot.

I regret not trying this place sooner! I've been to Park and Shop so many times, I can't believe that I overlooked Mr Lees! This place was recommended to me by my brother, who mentioned that he used to work with the owner a long time ago. Anyway, he talked about the fried chicken and I love me some fried chicken so I just had to try! I can see why this place is easy to miss. It's literally in the furthest corner of Park and Shop. There is no noticeable sign like the other small eateries in the area and nothing on the exterior of the building that screams "Look at me!" When we stepped inside, I was surprised to see how spacious it was. I didn't realize that the pool tables and small bar were connected to the restaurant! We ordered an 8 pieces of chicken (thigh and drumsticks), seaweed rolls, and spam fried rice. I can't remember exactly how much I spent, but what I do recall was that it was inexpensive. Another thing that I observed was the variety of items on the menu -- fried chicken, chicken wings, seaweed rolls, kimchi fried rice, and more. There was a pretty good selection of items. Now for the fried chicken. Does it top Jollibees? Probably not. But it's in my Top 5. The spam fried rice was delicious and I enjoyed the seaweed rolls. Overall, this place is underrated. More like the underdog of the fried chicken spots in the area. Great service, good food, and very spacious! I ordered to-go the first time around but I do plan on coming back to dine-in, so I can try some of the other items on their menu. Side-note: We did wait a lengthy time for our food to be ready. But I could tell they were popular with DoorDash because I kept hearing the notification go off while we waited. Must've been a busy night for them!

I wanted fried chicken so bad. Both Google and Yelp agreed that this spot had some of the best chicken wings! So.. on the way we went. We were greeted by Timothy and he was our server throughout. Great young man. He was welcoming, considerate, on point with his suggestions and I really loved the softness he spoke with. He was amazing. We also met Mailee.. she was super nice to us. We orders 20 korean wings (Sauces: Yang Yum, Mr. Lee and fried) and shrimp fried rice w/o sesame seeds. We had 2 large beers as well (They were hugh and cold). When our food came, we tore it down. We were hungryyyy. All the wings were hot & tasty. The rice definitely was cooked with sesame oil and it was delicious as well. Like.. we both agreed that the food was bangin'. Restaurant was clean and taken care of well. In fact birth Timothy and Mailee were in cleaning mode when we arrived and throughout our time there. This spot had constant traffic lol. Oh.. they even have pool tables and sports playing in tvs. Also, Korean music videos to keep all entertained. This place is definitely a reccomended restaurant that we will go back to enjoy. Superb service and food!

Mr. Lee Chicken is a great spot to get some amazing Korean dishes! It's in the Park and Shop center with plenty of parking! We went for lunch during the week which provides a very chill and relaxed vibe. If you eat there, you are given a QR code to order your food and the your food will be brought out on a delivery robot! It was such a trip and also I've seen this in many other countries (love the tech!) The fried chicken was superb! Huge pieces of drumsticks! You've got to try the yangnyum sauce and soy garlic. Cheese ramen was very tasty and indeed very cheesy! Get a side of kimchi to balance it all out and make your tummy feel good. Great spot, fresh food, and they have a pool table if you're looking to socialize and enjoy a great meal!

Honestly, just go down the street and get yourself some fried chicken at Vons Chicken! Got boneless in flavor Mr.Lee, Yang Yum and Jalapeño. DISAPPOINTED in the flavors! The Yang Yum is not the authentic Korean sauce at all probably my least favorite, the jalapeño flavor was mediocre but the Mr. Lee flavor was probably the only flavor I like. Even then, the chicken was not giving fried chicken at all....it was giving popcorn chicken, must've been the batter? The assorted fries were also mediocre. The French fries were stale and dry? Just go to McDonald's. The onions in the onions rings were so thin almost non-existent. The sweet potato fries and waffle fries were okay. Kimbap was mediocre also. We went inside and ordered to-go however, food was not hot when we got it. Gave it 2-stars only bc the food was okay at best and the restaurant is cute.

Salad and wings! We had a 10 piece wings with half Mr. Lee sauce (the best!) and the other with lemon pepper. Both were great, as usual. We wanted the katsu salad, but the online menu called it something like the kka salad. We ordered anyway and it was really good! Might be our new regular combo.

So me and the guys from work just ordered lunch from here and my opinion of the Parmesan fries were that I didn't really care for them. They didn't have any flavor just dusted with Parmesan cheese but no seasoning. I also ordered the garlic chicken and I didn't really like them either. The flavor was not bad at all just not what I was expecting. The garlic wings were a little too on the sweet side and not enough garlic flavor. They definitely had a good amount of crunch to the wings so that's a good. I'd still recommend this spot tho...I'm going back to try another flavor. The service was so good I'm going back just for that alone!!

We had lots of wings for take out. Spicy wings were crunchy and delicious but not that spicy. Garlic wings were flavorful, lots of meat on all the wings. Honey wings were my favorite! We will be back to play pool and enjoy more wings

WOW. Just wow. I'm rarely in the concord area but my kids wanted to go to Urban Air on this rainy day. I asked their dad for restaurant suggestions, figuring anywhere we decide to go will have a keto option. Luckilyyyy he read my mind and selected wings! He quickly looked up a spot and pulled up a photo of Mr. Lee online. With ok it hesitation, I agreed to go. Walking in, I noticed how warm the setting was with its orange lighting. There was a secluded area to the left with high rise tables and chairs surrounding two pool tables which I found as a very cool feature of this place. Their menu was full of flavorful options. My kids dad ordered 20 wings, divided into three flavors: Parmesan, yang nyum(DELICIOUS!), and lemon pepper. Being on keto, I have to avoid sugar or keep it at the very bare minimum. But dang, when the wings came, Yang Nyum looked irresistible and I ate one. FILLED with sweet flavor, I contemplated another. The right amount of crunch without hurting your gums(I'm old), the tender and juicy meat behind the crunch, the sweet and sourness of the outer was freaking divine. After that, I went back and forth, devouring the Parmesan and lemon pepper wings as they were more keto friendly. Both with the perfect amount of coating, the same juicy meat- I was defeated after 8 wings. I stared at the platter.... I had to have another Yang Nyum. AND I DID!! Ahhhhhh. Ketosis booted my ass out of its metabolic state. Well worth it, now I'm sitting here, crying inside... no regrets XP My children had the boneless fried(regular), Mr Lee, and garlic flavors. They loved it. Almost as much as the cheese corn which they've been asking for for a while now. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the ranch dressing! You NEED to try it. Creamy, delicious, flavorful- better than wingstop's homemade ranch dressing which I also underestimated initially. You need to try Mr lee's if you are in Concord and craving Korean wings. No matter what diet you're on- GO! UPDATE: I guess this wasn't as keto-friendly as I thought because of the batter ‍ welp, it was delicious anyway!

So I wanted to like this place, I really did but unfortunately I couldn't and can't. Mediocre food at best and the chicken katsu ain't it, it's dry and unimpressive. The egg fried rice, was overly saturated with sesame oil, that's when you know the person cooking your food doesn't know shit about Asian culture and cuisine, because they over salt your rice and drench it with oil. The wings were a 6/10 at best, but honesty wish I had some Jollibee or Wingstop for that matter, because this wasn't it. The onion rings were excellent but that's hard to mess up, to be frank with y'all. And the price for all this food, 58 bucks! That's absurd and ridiculous! Yeah it's safe to say kids, that I won't ever be coming back. Overall: no bueno

Best Korean Fried chicken in the East Bay period. Have been going there whenever our family craves chicken. The yang yum flavor is the family favorite but we also recommend Mr Lee's sauce too. I visited Mr. Lee Chicken as KFC chickens are our favorite. The place is spacious with few customers. I order the 1/2 chicken option and it tastes great. But the house sald, for nearly $14, was a tiny little container and left me in disbelief!! How can you charge a small bowl of salad, not enough for one person, and charge an outragious price?? Based on my experience, I am giving an overall 3 stars. read more

This was my first time at this establishment. After reading many reviews, I was excited to give this place a try. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed . I ordered the half honey butter and half garlic chicken. JMO, but the taste was nothing to write home about. I also ordered the bulgogi rice plate. By the time I arrived at home, the rice plate was only lukewarm. I don't live far from this restaurant. The meat was extremely chewy, and didn't taste very fresh. It also appeared to be and taste very oily. The service I received was very pleasant. As far as the ambiance, I wouldn't be able to comment, as I ordered the food to go. Based on my experience, not sure whether I'm going to return for a second try. Which saddens me, because I really like Korean fried chicken. read more

I was excited to try this place out. The pictures reminded me of bonchon chicken. We ordered over the phone for pickup. We opened the boxes when we got home and the chicken looked delicious. The sauces were pretty flavorful. We ordered the full size Mr. Lee Chicken (9 piece for $30.99), full size Honey Chicken (9 piece $29.99), half size Yang Nyum Chicken ($15.99) and Sweet Potato Fries ($5.99). I would have loved this place, but all the orders were half chicken breasts (instead of wing) and half drumsticks. We thought it was the wrong order so we called and I guess they are trialing chicken breast as a replacement for wings. I wish they would tell you this when you ordered since we deliberately didn't order boneless chickens. read more

Mr Lees chicken was really good it was probably the best Korean chicken I've ever had, good flavor choices. We got two the honey and the Mr lees and it was delicious also he checked if we ate all of our food and if you do you get two free soda pops such a nice owner. Also their is pool tables there, high chairs and beer. Would recommend to try it ! read more

What a joke. This place is new and had the worst experience. I'm korean (20 years in korea, 15+ years in US) and me and my husband enjoy going to different Korean places. We ordered spicy pork, chicken cutlet and corn cheese. Spicy pork ( ) had very thick pork belly cut and each piece had A LOT of fat. Also too sweet and not spicy at all. Corn cheese came out pretty cold that cheese was hard and watery (like literally milk). Chicken cutlet was a-okay. So we asked owners (only ones working there) if corn cheese could be hot and if we can cancel spicy pork. He said "we don't do refunds". We were dumb founded. So I said "I literally had 1 piece of meat and was too sweet and had a lot of fat. And we probably order something else" then he said "It doesn't matter if you had one bite or not. It's goes to trash". So my husband said "ok well can we get the bill? We will never come back" and what he said?!?! "Good idea. You guys should never come back" then he walked away!!! Good job. You lost your business. Because we were going to order fried chicken to try before your attitude because we are types of people who rarely send food back and feel bad about it if we really have to (reason why we were going to order something else to try to give another shot. And definitely another bottle of Soju as well. So you lost $ on that and 20% tips (we tip 20% always no matter how food or service was). Plus, chance of repeating customers. I don't even know what my husband ended up paying because the owner just tossed bill at our table and walked away so my husband walked up to cashier to pay without even looking at final bill. But honestly, your attitude will kill your business. I tell you that much. read more

Mediocre at best. Came here with the family with expectations of good Korean fried chicken. Unfortunately, we left with leftovers that was thrown away. The chicken was ok but the sauce was way too freakin sweet. We ordered yang-yum and garlic. The garlic was dumped with honey (i have never seen that before). When we asked if we received the right order, someone from the kitchen said the garlic and honey are very similar. The interior is spacious with lots of TV so it might be a good place for a get together. If you're into sweet chicken, this may be the place for you. read more

When I first had their chicken, that's when I realized why this place is popular among the young generation. I used to just hear about this from my college student son. He was accurate. Very good chicken ! I love their menu items. Service is good. A good place to hangout that serves good food, and really good chicken ! Not only is this place my son's go-to, it has also become one of mine's too. read more

Checks all the boxes!! Fresh. Crispy! Tender. Juicy. Flavorful!!! Some of the best fried chicken I ever had. Ordered a half and half. One whole chicken , two flavors. Spicy & jalapeño. Jalapeño was my favorite but the spicy was also very good. Will be coming back. They cook it order , so expect a little wait but worth it! I would have posted a picture but the chicken didn't make it! It was that good!! Devoured. Fries were ok. But I came for the chicken . Side of daikon was great. Vietnamese guy working the counter was Courteous and friendly. Told him I never been there before and he walked me through the ordering process. read more

I told my sister if she came all the way from Fairfield with her friends they enjoyed it immensely. The best KFC.....Korean Fried Chicken! Tried many Korean Fried Chicken places to include Korea Town in Southern California. Surprised that we have the best in the neighborhood. They offer a variety of flavors. You can even play billiard while enjoying your perfectly cooked chicken. read more

I was a little worried I wouldn't be full with my order but I was pleasantly surprised. I had no issue splitting my 5 piece and sweet potato fries with my spouse. Mr Lee's took over a Burger King if I remember correctly and it's an infinitely better choice. Tbh, this may be the best fried chicken in the area, usurping Krispy Krunchy on my list. It's a little pricey but the chicken is fried really well and is good quality. I especially could tell when I bit into the thigh piece, it wasn't as gristly or fatty as your average fare. I got takeout and brought it home and the chicken was still crunchy. There were a couple unseasoned fries in the box and I wonder if they were to help absorb moisture. Either way, I enjoyed the meal a lot and the sauces are worth the extra bit. Looks like they have a lot of other options on the menu so I'll likely dine in and try some noodles with my chicken next time. read more

Been meaning to try this place out for a while and finally just did! Best korean fried chicken in town. We tried the mr lee fried chicken , super crispy and flavorful. We also had the parmesan dry rub and it hit the spot just right I was also craving tteokboki and tried their dduboki. Chewy and spicy, I love it! Came in here with my daughter I ordered the full stack chicken wings, garlic fries and nachos. First thing we got was our garlic fries... meeeehhh. They weren't that great at all. Didn't taste like garlic fries just a little bit of flavor. I would not get this again sadly. We ordered wings. 8 spicy wings. Good flavor but if your looking for spicy there not just a tad bit... next was the garlic wings. They were good. That's all. Lastly we tried the yang yim wings I believe...also ok. I ordered nachos for my daughter and I asked the guy what was on there. I told him as along as there was nothing spicy it would be ok. He brought the order and the first thing I notice was the jalepeños. I sent them back and asked to switch it out. Then he came back he said sorry we don't want mess up how it looks there's jalepeños under there you can jus picked them out. I asked him before ordering what was in the nachos and I told him he didn't there was any jalepeños on there. And if it was for me I wouldn't mind but they were for my 8 year daughter. I paid before sitting down and tipped him. But just a heads up you can just sit down and they will bring you a scan code for the menu and pay after. Left him a 20% tip. First visit we tried the most popular Yang Nyum and the plain. The plain won hands down. Neither of us are fans of sweet syrup poured on chicken so the plain was the clear winner for us. We normally go to bonchon but we like this place better. The proprietor was very kind and patient when my partner spilled his Peets coffee on his card reader machine. I was mortified. The chicken can be customized by anatomy but we chose all wings. The sweet potato fries were same as everywhere else. The chicken comes with a 2 ounce container of daikon and some shredded cabbage topped with a tangy dressing. The 5 stars are once again based on comparison with other similar places. read more

I met my friends Sarah and David for dinner here on 11/04/2025. We walked in at 5:30pm and were immediately greeted by the lone female server, who seated us at a table towards to back of the restaurant. The interior was very clean, and lighting was soft and warm. The giant restaurant logos on the walls were prominently displayed. Their menu featured a wide array of appetizers, soups, bibimbaps, cold and hot noodles, meat dishes, etc. We opted against their signature kalbijjim and instead got three entrée combos (L.A. galbi, spicy pork, and bulgogi). Each entrée came with our choice of tofu soup. Half a dozen banchans were brought to us before the arrival of the entrées. The buchu (chives) and baechu (Napa cabbage) kimchi were excellent. Our food took about 15 minutes to arrive. Portion wise, the tofu soups were of decent size, but the meat entrées were kind of stingy (they were served in small round skillets). I had the seafood tofu soup and it was very good. It was loaded clams, shrimp, and squid. We shared the entrées, and they all tasted great. The only gripe I had was a couple pieces of the galbi had very little meat on them. Service we received was great. Our server was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The total was somewhere around $130 (with a bottle of soju, a tangerine slushy, and a soda). Overall, we all thought the food was good. Return trip very likely. 4 stars. But this week, something came over me, and I decided to give it another shot. Lunch was about $22 per person as of June 2026. I remember going to the Concord location years ago and feeling like the portions were pretty small, even though you could order it as many times as you wanted. This time around though, our experience was completely different. Every order came out piled high like a mountain of meat. Everything was fresh, the marinades were on point. On top of that, our server was so friendly and attentive. Honestly, if I could give this place six or seven stars out of five, I would!!! Honey Soy Beef Belly: Absolutely amazing. The beef was sliced thin with the perfect ratio of meat to fat. The sweet and savory marinade complemented the richness of the beef belly oh so perfectly. I also loved the generous amount of green onions they sprinkled on top, which made this dish even more inviting. I'd order this again in a heartbeat. Beef Belly: This is basically the unseasoned version of the Honey Soy Beef Belly, so the quality of the meat was just as good. The nice thing is that you can customize each bite with the seasonings at the table, whether it's Green Tea Salt, Sesame Oil, or Sweet Soy Sauce. Simple but delicious. Bulgogi: Bulgogi has never been my favorite since I usually prefer savory over sweet, but this was still very good. The beef was tender, the marinade was flavorful, and everything was well balanced. That said, I'd still pick the Beef Belly dishes over this one. Chadol: This beef brisket used to be my go to order at Gen. Somewhere along the way, though, they switched to a leaner cut of meat. So now it wasn't quite as tender as I remembered. Still though, the meat was fresh and tasty. Honestly, it really comes down to your personal preference and whether you enjoy a leaner cut or a fattier cut. Pork Belly: Thick slices of unseasoned Pork Belly that you grill yourself and cut into smaller pieces then dip in Sesame Oil and Salt? Yes please! These were incredibly satisfying. Once cooked, the pork was even still tender and juicy. Easily my favorite pork option. Spicy Marinated Squid This dish had that classic Korean spicy sauce that balances sweet, savory, and spicy flavors super duper well. The squid stayed tender after grilling, it was amazing. I'd definitely order this again. Hotteok: A Korean style pancake filled with Brown Sugar and Peanuts. It's definitely a heavier dessert after a bbq meal than what I usually prefer, but it was still really good. The outside was pleasantly chewy (mochi like texture), while the filling was warm, sweet, and gooey. Kimchi Fried Rice: Don't sleep on this one because their Kimchi Fried Rice was fantastic. It had the perfect balance of tang and savory flavors, and it paired well with all the bbq meats. Super yummy.

I've walked past this place so many times and always noticed the rotating lineup of food truck…read morevendors. I love that every day brings a new vendor to try and support. I've been coming here with my coworkers on Wednesdays for trivia night, and the taco truck is always a hit!!! Especially because they offer vegan options for my coworkers. Their beer selection is also fantastic. I've tried several, and the bartenders really know their craft. They always help you find something you'll enjoy. There's both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a great spot for your fur buddies, and you're even allowed to bring your own food if you want. I highly recommend this place for good times, great vibes, and plenty of variety.

Given I was here on a date in the evening time on a Friday, I was not impressed. Way too many kids…read morerunning around. This seemed like a spot where parents take their kids and don't attend to them very well. But I can't blame the establishment for that, I was more annoyed at my date for picking this spot. That and well he didn't ask if I drank beer, which I don't! That and they don't serve any food here outside of the food truck. So as a date spot, I do not recommend.

So we ordered a few dishes and I wasn't that impressed. The sweet potatoe fries came to our table first. We waited about 5 minutes for the bibibbop to arrive, and 5 minutes after the Odupokki arrive, flowed by the Jabchar... so the sequence of how we got our food was too long that the food was not warm anymore by the time the chicken arrived. There's also a discrepancy with the prices they have posted. We paid way too much for the type of food that was served. I also noticed that the cashier wasn't really asking each customer for their COVID card, some but not everyone who came thru. won't be coming back again. read more

Excellent fried chicken! 8 piece dark half honey and half Mr Lee. Best I've ever had. Combined it with the spam fried rice which was so delicious. My only regret is that I just tried this place last night. read more

It's just good fried chicken with whatever sauce poured on it not seasoned chicken before they cook and you need to season the chicken for they cook it corn sauce on it it's just sauce on wings read more
