Steven was extremely responsive and gave me the most competitive quote, and had great reviews. His crew did a great job, especially with the bathroom and the oven (nominal add'l charge for the oven). They also did some unexpected extras, like cleaning a somewhat dirty rolling cart of cosmetics in the bathroom. We also paid extra to get a deep steam-clean of the 100-year-old hardwood floors, but there was a curious misunderstanding about that since I hadn't been there to supervise. However, Steven sent his top guy back ASAP to do it again, and it was done thoroughly and perfectly. The floors are so old and damaged, they may not have *looked* much different, but it was a huge comfort to know they were clean and disinfected. Love Mr. Maid! The company itself is so easy to schedule with and super responsive. Bryan has cleaned my 1br/1ba a few times now and every time it is SPARKLING when he's done. I found them after my long time cleaning lady moved to Florida and I didn't think I was going to be satisfied with anyone for the first time but these guys found dirt where my other cleaning lady fell short.
