Im not quite sure what the real attraction is to this restaurant. I have been four times and the food was just "ok". Nothing really hit me as incredible and for the most part I truly felt that the rotisserie chickens from local grocers were as good. Food was good, but nothing special to me. I will go back but I hope I am a little more impressed the next time. I don't really like their "model". Tables were dirty and wound up taking food to go! read more

I tried this restaurant out based on the rave reviews here on Yelp. In my opinion many of you have not had good food before! We ordered a half chicken and six sides because we wanted to try everything out. The chicken was dry and hard to eat. Not impressed! The chicken we bake at home is one hundred times better. The slaw was ok...a bit too mayonnaise but edible. The rice and black beans were good. The Mac n cheese tasted like American cheese slices mixed with milk and put over noodles. Chick Fila has actual oven baked grandma approved Mac n cheese! The mashed potatoes were good...red skin real potatoes. The tossed salad had a weird vinegrette that nobody liked...too much lime. The sauces that everybody raves about are ok but nothing to write home about. We also ordered the chocolate cream cake...one bite and everybody said nope! It tasted just like cake mix that was unbaked. We didn't try the yucca or plantains because we've never had them and were concerned we wouldn't enjoy. I'm not sure we would go back...maybe we should try the dark meat since the breasts were so hammered. read more

Everything was OK on our 2nd visit, but the whole chicken was noticeably smaller & slightly overcooked this time -- so much so that I thought my wife ordered all dark vs the normal mixed.
