Turn a $500 problem to a $1,700 problem with these idiots. Hire them for something that's takes an hour or two they turn it into a two day project! If you want a professional, mr.rooter is not it. When your employees suck at getting wipes out of the line it's not the customers fault. You were never hired for anything other then remove wipes from the line for the third time!! Feel free to refund gross overcharges.

We needed an emergency plumber last night when I discovered water from a clogged upstairs toilet dripping through the ceiling into our living room. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing in a panic and they had a wonderful technician named Scottie out at our house within the hour. Scottie calmly walked us through the steps of what was happening and how they were going to fix it for us. He stopped the leak and then came back the next day to install a new toilet. Mr. Rooter was a lifesaver in an unfamiliar situation that could have been much worse if I hadn't called them. Scottie was amazing and I would recommend them anytime.

hose bib put on upside down

Highly recommend. another company was to do work for me. They charged me $9600.00 and did not do the work. I was expected to pay anyway. I hired Mr Rooter to see what if anything they had done. The hose bib was put on upside down, the pex pipe was left on the ground and not secured. None of the water heater or washing machine and lavatory was touched yet I was charged. Mr Rooter quoted me $2800.00 to do what Pink Flaming Plumbing did not do....nothing near the $9600.00 I was charged. Mr Rooter is honest and fair.

Amazing service!! Blair L was literally a life saver after my sweet kitty wreaked havoc on our sump pump. Will be using again!

Chris with our new water heater

Chris was the best plumber we have ever had. He had everything he needed already on his truck. We didn't have to wait after the initial inspection for him to go get supplies or anything. He was ready and well organized. When you are already in a stressful situation, having someone show up prepared and ready to help relieves so much stress. He was also very kind and funny. He put our minds at ease with his expertise. And kept a lighthearted conversation with us so we felt more comfortable. Hands down, the best guy for any job.

If there is one way I'd describe Cornel's, it'd be customer service…read more We've been using Cornel's for over 15 years and they have never disappointed us. This time they were out to replace a sump pump. James communicated when he was coming, arrived on time, and did the job quickly. He was friendly and talked at my level. Definitely the kind of customer service you'd expect from Cornel's. Premium price, but premium customer service and quality people. You get what you pay for! I'm keeping them on speed dial.

Due to a plumber error with Cornel, it resulted in $40K of damage to my home. The claim is in…read moresubrugation, but in the meantime, my home insurance has gone up $1000 a year and now other insurance companies will not consider me for home insurance. The one company that will will take me on will not write in a water sewer backup clause, and there is no way I would not have that coverage. Due to the bathtub faucet not being put back together correctly, I had flooding in my kitchen, bedroom closet and master bathroom. Because the tile could not be matched, the entire bathroom had to be redone. Not only did I have 6 months of disruption/construction in my house, I'm now going to pay more in insurance and I don't have the ability to change my insurance without high risk to me financially. I do not recommend this company. Nobody ever reached out to me after the damage, however they did call the Flood Pros without telling me that they had done so when I called in a panic on a Saturday night. The initial reason I called them was to fix an bathtub faucet that was dripping in the tub, and I ended up with a disaster.

I hired Clog Pro to connect my house to city sewer. My home in Vancouver was built in the 1950s…read moreand had a septic system rather than being hooked up to the sewer. My understanding is that if the septic tank or drainfield ever needed replacement, the city would require I hook up to the city sewer. I decided to have that done now rather than having to do it in an emergency in the future, or having a future owner of the house deal with it when they wouldn't know what obstacles there are in the ground to have to work around than I do. I used Yelp reviews to pick two contractors to get cost estimates from. One was located in the Portland suburbs and one in Clark County. The cost was expensive but I expected that because the hookup needed to be a pumped system that goes around the yard and up the driveway, not a simple gravity connect from house to street. One contractor indicated I should initiate a hook up permit to the city so I went there. One of the tasks of the job was right-of-way work in the street to hookup to the sewer that runs along the middle of the street. The city gave me a list of contractors who are on their approved list who have done that work with the city before. I looked through the list and didn't find either of the contractors that I had picked so far, but found one that looked like a possible third option- Clog Pro. I didn't look into Clog Pro prior to that because I figured from their name that they specialize in unclogging drains and pipes rather than other plumbing work. But their web site listed sewer connections as one of the things they do. So they came and looked over the project and gave an estimate. Discussing the job with the Clog Pro supervisor (Jesse), his understanding of the job impressed me the most, although the other two companies probably would have done a good job also. Also, Clog Pro's price was lower than the other two. I hired Clog Pro. I had always dreaded going ahead with this project because of the things that could go wrong. For example, the sewer pipe had to go close to some wires in the ground that control valves for my irrigation system, and I was worried they might be damaged. But the project went incredibly smoothly, no problems. From when I first got the estimate it was only about two weeks until the job was completed. I would never have thought that this job would go so smoothly. I am extremely impressed with the job they did, as well as how reasonable their charges were.

Clog Pro came out promptly and fixed the problem in short order and the cost was less than I expected. The two plumbers sent out were professional and courteous and cleaned up the mess very well. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
