No mess, quick pump and inspection, and they left everything spotless in my backyard (even with all the plants and stuff around the access point). Not only did John at North County respond, but he also spent a bunch of time on the phone with me trying to troubleshoot my problem and sharing his expert knowledge. After coming out, he quickly dug in, found the problem (a root lifted the outlet line as seen in the photo), fixed it, and charged a fair price. While he was here, I had him put in some manhole covers and an observation port to make servicing easier in the future. All that in about 1/2 a day.
