He kept me up date and explained the procedure thoroughly. Christian identified damaged areas in the tank wall due to age and amazingly was able to fix it the same day. He also found the lid rim was damaged and tried to save me some money with a larger lid, but it still didn't fit right. He brought back a custom lid the next morning that worked perfectly. Christian was a pleasure to work with. He was very patient, friendly and professional, despite it being 100 degrees with no shade. I had to admire his excellent work ethic and made sure he had plenty of water. I will certainly recommend A1 Septic Services and I will be a returning customer for sure.
