Gosh, I really wish I had looked up their reviews before I took my car there just because they were the closest to me. I took my car in with a flat tire that had a slow leak. They ultimately recommended that I replace it and I permitted them to replace the back two tires to keep it balanced. My problem is that I had an appointment for that morning, and despite the appointments they had my car for seven full hours. 7 full hours on a Saturday. And I want to say that their staff are just the nicest people in the world and felt really bad that I had waited so long. But I just cannot believe that it took seven hours to change two tires, and when I got back to my car, I was surprised to see that they had neither provided a complementary vacuum on the inside nor any other small token of gratitude for never getting impatient with them while they had my car for, again, seven full hours. The next day, I got in my car and really had a shock when I realized that they hadn't even topped up the air in my front two tires. That is insane. These little details can make all the difference in customer service when you put me through a really shitty day where I had to cancel multiple plans and never even got mad at the staff for giving me new estimate after new estimate after new estimate and my car just sat and sat and sat for seven hours. This was my second time visiting this Mr. Tire location, and unfortunately, this experience has made me lose confidence in returning. I originally came in because there was a nail in my tire. Ronnie, the front desk associate, assured me this could be taken care of that day. After paying $538 for service, including new tires and an alignment, I later discovered that the tire with the nail had never been repaired or replaced. I was sent on my way believing the issue had been resolved, then ended up taking a road trip that involved 10 hours on the road with the nail still in my tire. Additionally I questioned why the two new tires were installed on the front of the vehicle, as I understood new tires are generally recommended for the rear for better stability. However, I assumed the team had a specific reason for the placement and trusted their professional judgment at the time. This created a serious safety concern and significantly disrupted my travel plans. Because the original issue was not properly addressed, I had to wait for AAA roadside assistance and continue driving on a spare tire. To their credit, their GM, Lewis, did provide two replacement tires and completed another alignment at no additional cost once the mistake was addressed. However, the original service failure still created a serious safety concern and significant inconvenience. As of now, I have not received a refund for the original $538 service and have escalated the matter to Mr. Tire's corporate office. The issues I paid to have addressed, a nail in my tire and a wheel alignment, were not properly resolved during the initial appointment despite being assured the work had been completed and the vehicle was safe to drive. Based on this experience, I would not return to or recommend this location. The level of service and lack of quality control were unacceptable, and this situation points to internal communication issues that need to be addressed. read more

Please, please avoid going here at all costs. I brought my car in with a flat tire hoping to get it replaced. The person working at the counter took a look at the car and told me that all my tires needed to be replaced and they were all from 2011. I knew this was a lie as I had gotten the tires changed more recently, but it had been a number of years so I still agreed to replacing all four tires. Less than a week after getting the new tires installed, two other tires came up flat (not the original flat tire). I brought the car in and the man working at the desk was extremely patronizing, resistant to answering my questions, and insisted on calling me "honey" and "dear" even after I asked him to stop. They told me that all four tires had issues with the valves and the sensor (which was never an issue before I brought the car into this shop). They tried to charge me, but I insisted I would not be paying to correct their poor installation. We agreed that they would fix the valves, but they would not fix the sensor without charging me. After they fixed the valves I noticed my car was making an extremely loud humming noise. I decided I was not going to return to this shop, so I brought the car into the dealership where they determined that the two front tires have wheel bearing issues and it is likely due to improper installation. Again, do not go here. Especially if you are a woman, I would 10000% avoid. read more

I kept checking with them but they didn't appear concerned about the delays. They told me there were other cars in front of me. What is the point of making an appointment then? My $126 oil change, at which Mr Tire used the wrong cap/gauge, ultimately cost me $1,200 and I got no oil out of it! Fire Mr Tire. And was shocked as there was nowhere to park and leave my car except the paid spots. If u look at the picture below under "date of service" they wrote 35000 （which is not a date!" and under "mileage at service" they wrote 3T000 (which is not a mileage!) which Makes no sense to me. So now 6 months later the oil change light just came on, says Oil life is down to 5%. But that doesn't make much since we use full synthetic, don't drive that much and full synthetic should last 7-10 months. So I called the shop two days ago to ask what the deal is and he looked up my name, number and license plate number and he couldn't find me. So they didn't record the last oil change. I also asked him about the sticker and why they wrote those weird numbers under date of service and he was useless, very rude, not friendly, not helpful, I think his name was George. They also have a lady there who is very rude herself. She got into an argument with an angry customer when I was there on January 22, 2022. She knows who she is. George told me she has been working there one year. So all I wanted to know was the date of the last oil change which I did find out on my own after talking to George. And then how many miles my car was at on the date of service and also when I will need the next oil change, like how many miles at next oil change. He was able to tell me nothing! Thanks guys. We also found out they sold us the WRONG tire. We bought a defender and they put on a premiere tire but "don't know how it happened" they said they'd switch out that tire but not the one with the nail in it. If I could go lower than 1 star, I would. Took my car into Mr. Tire to get my brakes inspected. They called me the next day, and told me they had to break open my old wheel locks in order to inspect the brakes. This cost me $99 but felt valid. I got another call after that with the brake diagnosis. First, they told me that they ran out of lug nuts, so they returned my tire to me with 4/5 lug nuts installed. I was charged full price for an incomplete job. They quoted me a ridiculous price to get my brake pads and rotors replaced. When I told the agent that I needed to get another estimate for the work, he responded with a rude attitude. Don't give this place any business. read more

When I came in at 7, Felipe did a check to see if the tire could be ordered. He said it could be ordered and it would be there by Friday. That changed to next week when I picked the car up. To top it off, my car (ready for pick-up) was stack parked in the back lot. Felipe sent to guys to reorganize the cars so I could get mine, but no one bothered to tell me it had been done. I came here from Cincinnati for an audition needing emergency service on my car. The two guys working here on Sunday were extremely helpful and kind. They took me back to show me things wrong with my car that I can now go back home and fix. They replaced all four of my tires (a much needed thing to happen), alignment, did an oil change, a coolant flush and a great inspection. I was also even recommended a place to eat while all of the work was done which was a great place (Earls sandwiches). With the main guy working the front and assisting in the back and ONE guy working on the plethora of cars they had this day, they were able to get the work done in a little over two hours after I arrived. Avoid!!!! Thieves and scam artists. I took in my Jeep for an oil and filter change. I marked the filter with a Sharpie to make sure they changed the filter. As I suspected when I got home it wasn't changed!!! On the receipt I was clearly charged for a new filter. I called Dave and he said no problem, drop it off for the day and we will change the filter. Will never get my business. I had the courtesy to call ahead, just before 5p on a Saturday (today) for a friend who needed an oil change. I explained that he would be coming from DC near RFK and would take at least 20 mins to get there. But I was told to tell him to come on inside and he would be able to have his oil changed. The only reason we called was because everyone else was closing at 5p. And then at 5:33p I get a call from my friend that it's too late. When I called to see what had happened, explanation was 2 people came on before he got there and now they are all booked up. SO WHAT. I DON'T CARE IF 100 CARS SHOWED UP. The response of 'yeah, sometimes' from the slovenly employee was unacceptable. He then proceeded to touch his face multiple times while working the register and the paperwork. The prices are always competitive, but they recently went out of their way to help me save money with a tire that was ruined by a knife after a few thousand miles, and I really appreciated the extra effort. I had previously come to this Mr.Tire for the past 6 years for all of my oil changes, tire change, etc. This go around I was very disappointed with the service for multiple reasons. 1. When I made an appointment online it only allowed me to pick a time slot- so I chose 11-1. When I realized that this may mean that my time was 11am and I couldn't make it- I called to ask about if I could come at 12pm (as it wasn't an option when originally making the appointment. The person that I spoke with was not kind with the mix up and so I had to rebook it for another day- when doing so, he still had an attitude with me. 2. When I went for my oil change, they called to say that my brakes needed to be fixed. That was fine, as I hadn't done it in a while but they were going to be charging $1,200. This seemed very high so I brought it to a different place to get another estimate (which was a $400 difference in the end). 3. When I got to the second auto shop (not a Mr.Tire), someone from Mr.Tire called to let me know that someone that was working on my car left a tool under the hood of my car- BIG RED FLAG #1- very dangerous. They asked me if I could swoop back around to them so that they could get it out of my car. 4. When the second shop called to tell me my estimate, they asked if my car had previously been somewhere that day and I stated yes and told them about how I knew that a tool was in there - I had previously told the first person I talked to about this). He actually explained to me that they (Mr.Tire) did not put all the lug nuts back on one of my tires. One of my tires only had 2/5 lug nuts on the wheel. This was BIG RED FLAG #2. I am SO thankful that I went to another place that day- as driving around without lug nuts on a tire is very very dangerous. All of this to say, I will not be going back and if I can save someone from a very dangerous situation I hope this does. read more

My husband dropped his truck off to have his new tires put on at 7:30 am. When he dropped it off in the morning before work they hadn't even place the order for his tires, but got told around 3 it would be done. After calling someone else for help because of failing to properly staff their shop, he was told 6:30-7:00 pm they would be finished, they close at 7:00.... So after showing up at 3:00 and getting told probably another 4 hours my husband sat there till 8:30 at night for his tires to be done! An hour an a half AFTER they closed business! Then for his inconvenience they discounted him a whooping $50. This establishment had my husbands truck for over 12 hours and they couldn't put 4 tires on due to over scheduling, and poor management of personnel on shift. read more
