The lunch specials are an incredible value--you get to choose a soup, salad, or spring roll as an appetizer in addition to your meal. I chose the egg drop soup, and I can honestly say it was the BEST egg drop soup I have ever had. It was flavorful, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit, making the experience even better. The ambiance inside is warm, clean, and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal whether you're dining alone or with family and friends. And very oniony. The fried wontons were on the opposite side of the spectrum where they were pretty bland and flavorless. I ate two of each item hoping that my first impression of them was wrong and trying to convince myself that they weren't as bad as I thought. But they were. I hate wasting food, or money, but I had to throw these away because I just could not eat them. Both were also extremely greasy. I could feel the oil in my arteries and pores. So that was $14 wasted. Maybe other things on their menu are better but I'm not willing to try it again. After eating food from the Ashland city Chinese restaurant I thought it was the worst I've ever had but this place was just as bad or actually worse.
