I would've loved to give a good review to this place, but I have to give my honest opinion: food was NOT good. For starters, we ordered off the touch screen which was cool. It cuts the time so we can just order ourselves. This is the problem though-- we had about 5-7 people come after us who got their food BEFORW us. I mean, all we ordered was 4 tempura chicken strips and 2 chicken wings. We waited for a very long time, having the whole restaurant empty before we got our food. Now for the food: the tempura chicken batter was okay, but everything was super oily. Sauces weren't too good, we liked the sweet and sour but other than that did not like the hot & sweet or mild sauces. Rice was super disappointing, not flavor at all. Dumped soy sauce into the rice for a little flavor. I will definitely not be coming back here. read more

The 10 Fingers were hot, crispy & good. They forgot the xtra dip sauces I paid for and didn't give soy sauce for the egg roll. Fries were soggy and gross and Beef Vegetable Eggroll was ok but definitely frozen (think Costco). I'd order the chicken fingers again but would skip the underwhelming sides. This was a DoorDash order. **they're EXTREMELY stingy w/the dipping sauces. They're tiny and you only get 2 w/a 10 chicken finger order (not to mention forgetting the extras I paid for). read more

Solid 4 star. If you come on Friday, their special of 4 chicken strips, rice, and an egg roll is around $8! I wasn't the biggest fan of their rice, but the egg roll and chicken was excellent, the customer service, and freshness of the food was appreciated. I got the sweet and spicy soy sauce. Overall Pretty good experience. The restaurant and bathroom were clean. With all that being said In the words of The Terminator: "I'll be back." read more

I got the Halloween meal, so 20 piece chicken tenders, rice and 4 egg rolls. Also 2 sweet and spicy soy sauce and hot sauce. The fried rice was ok, same as the egg rolls. I only got the soy sauce for my husband because I never likes soy sauce. But goodness. The sauces really shined as well as the chicken. 5 stars because how amazing they were. We hadn't been here in a few years so we were pleasantly surprised there was a new location. The chicken and rice were the same as we remembered it. Very good and crispy plus the sauce oh man that sauce is amazing. The cashier was very nice and loved that we were able to eat in there. read more

I used to go to Mr Wongs when I went to a college near there all the time and it was like 3 for this same plate and I loved it. 2 years later, I found this place again snd the food is still great, obviously it's a little more but it's still cheaper than anywhere you would go for this food portion. The food comes out quickly and they have tables if you want to sit and chill. read more

Stopped here with the kiddos on Saturday. They had the wings, I had the chicken fried rice and we ordered some egg rolls. The portions are generous, but the food was just not very good. The chicken fried rice was very salty and dry, and my daughter had an upset stomach a couple of hours after eating her wings. The egg rolls didn't taste like much, actually the egg rolls and the fried rice tasted kind of like microwaved Chinese food. The wings take about 15-20 minutes to prepare so keep that in mind. In regards to the review that says they are not stingy with the soy sauce...I got two little packets of soy sauce for the chicken rice, and two of duck sauce for the egg rolls. I consider that kind of stingy. read more

Good, decent quality food. The service is a bit lacking, but the restaurant is clean and looks good. There are daily specials that are very reasonably priced. They are somewhat stingy on the sauces, and unfortunately they don't even fill the sauce containers up, so you may need multiple containers. Worth the visit. read more

I got what can only be explained as microwaved frozen rice... at least it was delivered quickly thanks to Door Dash. Probs would never grab this again especially with a Popeyes close by... Whats not to like about over 12 pieces of crispy hot tempura style juicy fat chicken tenders and a large panda express plate sized portion of fried rice for only $14~~? This is one of those real cheap places that you for sure would get a craving for! Rice was pretty meh, was pretty buffet styley. Their sauces are buffalo and some chinese red sweet sauce. The value here is insane, especially the lunch specials. $2.99 for 4 large chicken strips and 2 big scoops of fried rice is unheard off. The food is a mix of fast food Chinese, Mexican and American. Chicken strips are tempura style, crispy, lightly seasoned, large but extra heavy on the breading with a deceptively small cut of chicken. It is different than anything I've had, but it works. I'm sure it's even better with one of their sauces but we weren't offered any and I forgot in my hurry. The included fried rice was simple, not too exciting but better than most Chinese takeout. My husband couldn't stop eating it, says it was better with each bite. I love a good deal and my family couldn't get enough. With locations all over Dallas I'm sure this chain will become a regular stop for us. This is one of the best value lunch takeout spots around. read more

bland undercooked food, and im not the first to say it. I got sick after eating here. no deals either, i paid about $10 for me to eat a bit of rice that tasted like it had rancid honey or maple in it, and chicken that was cold and undercooked. SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY read more

I just left out of here and I definitely felt the presence of "N****RGET OUT OF HERE. There was a customer in front of me (Hispanic Decent) was getting his order taken when I walked in. I already got eyes on me when I got the door. So after the cashier is finished taking his customers order, I step up to the counter. Instead of him going ahead and taking my order (which all I wanted was a small rice ) he turned away from the counter and started to put away hot sauces. So I'm standing there literally waiting for him to say " My I help you?" for about a good 60 seconds. Then he looks up At me like ,"Dang, you still here, N***ER!!??" So I just take a nice Deep breathe ‍ and exited there establishments. This OSS not the place for My money to be spent. I won't be back. Good combination fried rice. Always have to get 2 for me and 1 for a friend. By the time I get to where I'm going I only have 1 of mine left. Can't seem to make it to my destination with the full order. I introduced myself friends and family to it by bringing them some and it's like liquid crack. They love it. read more

I would not go back or recommend this place to anyone. Maybe its just me but there is so much batter on the chicken it can't be cooked properly. I have never seen chicken cooked this way. Very heavy batter coating. Chicken is almost raw inside. If you want fried chicken this is not the place and if you want chicken wings this is not the place. Great bang for the buck. Neat idea to have Chinese style fried chicken in fast food format. 4pc chicken fingers and fried rice for currently $3. Chicken pieces are good size. Not all batter. Batter is not too greasy. Good amount of rice. Rice was 'ok'... Not great, and wasn't that warm. I got there at the end of the day, so it might have been an old batch. This spot is okay if you're looking for a quick bite without spending a lot of money. The chicken and rice is good for the price. The tenders are heavily breaded and seasoned ok. I've used this location to get chicken fingers for a social gathering at work and they were not disappointed. If you're on a budget and need to eat, I would definitely recommend his place. If you're not on a budget and just want to try it, you get a little better than what you pay for. The staff is nice and they work pretty quick. read more

Me and the hubs had to bring my MIL to Dallas for an appointment. Didn't feel like going into a big Chinese restaurant and found this place online. Price was nice. Got two Monday specials 4 piece chicken with two big heaping scoops of fried rice. 4 eggs rolls and a large side of extra fried rice due to not knowing how much rice would come in the specials and we are big fried rice eaters. It was way more than enough. Price for all was 17$ and some change. My only complaint is that it was bland. All of it! No flavor. Not disgusting still eatable if hungry just flat and bland. I don't see the value here, and based on repeated issues and the lack of accountability, I wouldn't recommend.

First, I ordered the Chinese Fried Chicken (half), which is supposed to be brined in soy and hoisin, then deep fried in a light batter. This chicken was no more brined than a rock in the desert, and it was just as dry, even the dark meat pieces. The steamed rice was fine, as was the beautiful bok choy. The dish, overall was a huge disappointment. The chicken lo mein was also a letdown, as it had an underlying sweetness that I've never experienced with this dish. Two bites were taken and it (along with the chicken) ended up in the hotel trash can. A couple of positives: I enjoyed the hot & sour soup, and the egg rolls tasted as if they were rolled in-house, which is a rarity these days. I live a few hundred miles down the road and don't get to downtown Dallas very often, so the odds of me patronizing this place again is already slim. But, in the event I find myself here in the future, I will avoid this restaurant.
