If you're on a fast, dieting, vegan, or wanting a healthier option for a pizza like we were you may be disappointed. We went solely for the vegan options. So I can't speak on any other options other than the price of the pizzas. We wanted to love this place soo much. We ordered the Plant Based Chicken Tikka Pizza and the Combination Pizza. Be cautious of the spice level for the Tikka Pizza. We had a level 2 or 3, but spice is all we tasted no other flavor components for the listed ingredients. The combination was a huge disappointment. It seems like the frozen toppings were just placed onto the pizza and put in the oven. I'm not sure if they should have been cooked a little first or thawed, but all toppings were soo dry and not tasty at all. Price: The plant based pizzas on the hand held menus in the restaurant say $4.00 extra. I'm completely fine with paying extra for plant based items as this is a normality with eating out. We also used Cauliflower crust on both pizzas. That cost was/ is supposed to be reflected in the plant based cost. There is only one size for Cauliflower crust which is also normal. - no worries there as this is also a normality with eating out. What I didn't appreciate was the transparency with the cost. Our total order came to $49.15. For the life of me I could not figure out where this number came from when totaling out our order. I looked at their online pricing and on different delivery applications. I found discrepancies and loopholes in costs when comparing their prices on all sites. I did bring this to their attention. I physically showed him what I found on each site and he was able to see where my confusion came from (assuming he's the owner or relative of the owner). I'm not sure how long it's been that way, but I hope it's been updated. I'm only mentioning this because many others have also mentioned this price discrepancy within their reviews long before our visit, and it seems to be the same. He was very receptive to my concern and the amounts I showed him. If they didn't know before, they have definitely been informed now. Service: It seems like a nice family owned, family-friendly business. It's a small retail suite with fun music and a few tvs. The service was good although our order was to go. Overall: I wouldn't recommend it for a vegan option. We didn't try the other options, but I would still consider double checking what you are paying for as that's a major concern. He also mentioned they would get new menus with updated pricing and make sure their prices are reflected on every site. For the sake of customer retention and transparency I hope he did this. I'm giving them at least two stars for the service and in hopes they updated all prices on all platforms. read more

The wings are - batter has a cakey texture and flavors are not to par. I got the boneless because bone-in is $0.75 more PER WING, nearly doubling the cost. I wanted a 10pc and asked if I could do 1/2 flavors, I was advised I could do 6 and 6. I was thinking a 12pc wing 1/2 and 1/2, but I was told I would have to do 2x 6 pieces. A 6pc is $6 and a 12pc is $10..... from my facial expression, she gave me the 12pc and 1/2'd the flavors. Pizza Twist was going to be my new go-to vegan pizza place, but they dropped the ball when it came to customer service during my last visit. We ordered 2 of the same thing (vegan butter chicken and a 2-topping pizza). Apparently, instead of separating each item so it displayed 4 pizzas, their system showed 2 pizzas and a x2 next to it. When we arrived to pick up our food, my husband was handed 2 boxes. He asked if this is his order or someone else's, and confused, the guy was like "yours." He asked where the other 2 pizzas were and explained that we order 2 of the same 2 pizzas so there should be 4 total. A woman (the owner maybe) came up, looked at the receipt, rolled her eyes and huffed, grabbed the pizzas from him (to put them back in the warmer I guess), then stormed off into the back to make the other pizzas. I get it. It's an hour before you close and you're over making pizzas for the day, but come on lady, you didn't have to be like that. My husband awkwardly took a seat inside and I proceeded to watch tv in the car. We were never told how long it would take, never asked if we wanted a soft drink while we waited, nor given an apology for the mistake. Nothing. We drove 20mins there just to wait another 25mins while they completed the other half of our order because someone on their team made a mistake. I'd rather spend less on mediocre pizza with better customer service, than go through this crap again. And we didn't even give them shit about it. We totally understand that mistakes are made but when you lack accountability and don't acknowledge your mistake by saying sorry, that's where I stop saying "please" and "thank you." As Kansas won the tip-off, I ordered and am glad I did. So pretty good flavors. I put this as flavorful and different. A sense of adventure delivered to my door in 20 minutes, allowing me to mix the tastes of Tikka Masala, a decent thin crust, Shinerbock and the Final Four. I ordered two pizzas from this place. It would have gotten a three star review, but I went back and checked the website. First problem... you think you are getting an average medium pizza, considering the cost, but it is a personal size pizza. I selected everything the same, and at no time did I see a size with the selection. When I got the pizza, it was in a medium box, and two pizzas fit in the box. Some Pizzas had sizes, but the ones I ordered didn't: Butter Chicken Naan Pizza for 11.99, and Spicy Beef Lamb Kabob Naan Pizza for 11.99. The pizzas were tiny, but pretty good. The main problem though, was with the delivery. The checkout tip had a suggested 7.00, and since there was no fee, I actually went along with it. I asked for the order to be handed to me, but it wasn't. At 9:35 pm, I checked to find out that the delivery was made at 9:25. I checked, and it was on my doorstep. It had been siting there for 10 minutes getting cold. There was no call, text, or even a knock. I wish I had not tipped so much. I am giving two stars for the lack of size info, and the poor delivery. If food places are going to use grubhub, doordash, or ubereats as their primary delivery, then they need to be be judged on that service. These services suck! The drivers are of the mind that it is not their business and they don't care. Get your own delivery. I may order from them in the future, but if it is delivery, then it is a .50 cent tip. read more

I had gone on a Yelp hiatus but came back to write this review. My family and I are of Indian descent, and we were so excited to see an pizza place that offered Indian style pizza. We ordered the pizza on a Saturday at around 2pm and the initial delivery time was at 2:50pm. However around 3pm we called the restaurant to ask for an update and they had said it would come in "no more than 10 minutes". Finally 20 minutes go by and we called again and the person who had answered said it would come atleast by 3:30. Right at 3:30 the delivery guy came with the pizza however we ordered soda and the soda was not present. The delivery guy did not know anything about the soda and said he had just picked up the pizza. After waiting 40 minutes for the pizza, we were famished. We eagerly opened up the box and took a bite out of the food only to find that the breadsticks were cold and rock solid and the pizza was cold as well. We called the restaurant told them that the beverage had not arrived and to that the woman who answered the phone said "ok" without offering any solution. My mother finally says she would like to speak with the manager to return the food and get a refund and to which the woman on the phone said he was in India and a refund is not possible because no one there knows how to give a refund. We ended up returning the pizza and scrambled to find another food option. The woman did offer to make the pizzas again but we would prefer not to wait another hour for the food to be ready. While problems and delays are inevitable at times, what was frustrating for my family was the woman's apparent lack of support for the situation. I highly recommend the restaurant should work on the coordination with the third party delivery service or not offer delivery through their website. In addition, they should better train their staff in customer service and ensure their competency in all aspects of running the business if the manager will not be there. read more

Do not eat here. I repeat do not give them your business. I ordered a pizza for dine in. The pizza was put on a tray that wobble. The whole pizza tumbled to the ground. They refused to give me a refund. It was clearly the fault of the restaurant as they had put the pizza on the tray that wobbled. I love pizza and I love spicy Indian food and I haven't had an Indian themed pizza since I left England 27 years ago, these 2 pizzas were fantastic and I will be trying their other menu items over time. read more

Decided to try this as I drive by it frequently. We got one pepperoni pizza, one Tikka masala and french fries. One was thin and one normal. Upon receiving the pizzas, the thin is actually pretty normal size and the normal crust is pretty thick, so if you don't like a ton of bread I recommend getting thin. The pepperoni reminded me of cici's pizza. Same flavor of the tomato sauce and everything. The Tikka masala pizza was very good but I wished there was more Tikka masala sauce on the pizza. Only the chicken had the flavor. The whole time I was eating it I was wishing there was more sauce on it or wished I had curry to dip the pizza in lol. Honestly pass on the fries as they were not good at all where my kids did not even eat more than a few pieces. I really want to like this place as I feel Indian flavors on pizza is really good but I just need more flavor on the pies before I'll try it again. read more

Was looking for a spot to eat at before my wife got her eyelashes done. Pizza Twist just happen to be next door, and who doesn't love pizza? We walk in expecting the normal pizza place, and we're met with a burst of colors and sleek modern ambiance. They happen to be giving away free slices of their menu for you to try and find what you like. My wife and I landed on the Tandoori Chicken. I say this as a "warning" if you can't put a finger on whatever that isn rolling around in your mouth. It's called FLAVOR people. Just a perfect symphony of super fresh ingredients that as you bite into can tell is fresh. None of that "better ingredients, better pizza" like some people we know. They offer different spice levels to your pizza for an added twist. It was honestly one of the best pizzas I've had in years. Completely unique, it changes the way you think of pizza. Customer service is on point, they walked us through everything and guided us. Only takes about 10 min from order to table, so if you're in a rush call ahead.
