For those that have pork restrictions, this place is definitely the place for you. The crust vary from thin to medium crust, the crust to topping ratio doesn't disappoint. I ordered for delivery February 18, 2026 directly through their website. However, I received a call from the driver advising me the store wasn't open, because they were unable to get in due to a problem with the lock on the door. The order was cancelled, but I never received my money back. I gave it a few days, still no refund. I called the store the employee advised me to go on the site to request a refund, on the site it tells me to call the store (Feb 22, 2026). I was in the area so I stopped by, a young man took my name and number as well as a picture of the order being cancelled saying a manager would be in at 5:00, still no call. Today (2-24-26) I called asked to speak to a supervisor, I tell the supervisor why I was calling. The supervisor ask do I want the order placed, I said no I would like a refund. The supervisor was RUDE who told me I was rude, because I raised my voice, wasn't rude to him at all. I asked his name, he then hangs up in my face, I called back several times, no answer and then when they picked up, they hung up SEVERAL times. I will NEVER order from them again, there are several other good pizza places. I will be reaching out to corporate. Customer service is HORRIBLE over $29.00 read more

Tried it one time. Got a personal veggie pizza. I love veggie pizzas when they are made right. This tasted just like a crust full of raw veggies, barely warn. I like the veggies to be as hot as the crust and softer. They weren't seasoned...so just like eating veggies straight from the garden. My hub and daughter liked their pizzas. read more

Ok, this is an honest review that will help you if you want to try this shop.... 1. The pizza was good, but has flaws.. large cheese pizza is 13.00 and a Lg Pepperoni is 17.00. We ordered the Pepperoni, but after we were done I was looking at the menu and I asked, if I would have ordered a cheese pizza and added pepperoni for 3.00 it would be 16.00? She said yes. :-/ 2. The ham and cheese sub, had one slice of ham on it. Seriously. No lettuce, tons of mayo. 3. I tipped 3.00, no need to tip here..there is no service. Drinks are cans. Pizza comes in a box. Daughter ordered BBQ Chicken Pizza for her mother. This had to be the worst BBQ Pizza we ever had. The crust is limp and the cheese is of low quality and ended up being clumpy and not melted good. The pizza must have been undercooked and/or the person making it didnt know what they were doing. I called and was told that they disnt have a manager but the guy on the phone could help. After living in Mickinney for 5 years and always driving to Plano for pizza. We finally found this new place this weekend and surprised at the quality from Zio Als. We ordered take service online. Service was great didn't have to wait beyond the time allocated. Looking inside pretty modern feel. If you don't like greasy soggy pizza...you have to order "Crispy" it's not going be thin crust crispy if you order original crust with crispy option as I'm not a thin crust person. I was afraid to do it at first because I didn't want it to be too crispy. Large is good for 2 hungry adult with couple slices left over. If you more people you may have to order XL or 2 large. Ordered online to pick up. When I arrived, I was told they mis-directed the order to be delivered but rushed and made another while I waited. They were very apologetic and even gave me 2 free canned sodas. We ordered a large alfredo pizza and lemon pepper wings. The food came about 45mins later and everything was delicious. So, this is about the 5th time I've ordered here and the 2nd or 3rd time my job has done a huge order 60+ employees. When I tell you this place does not disappoint,. That would still be an understatement. Everything I've tried so far has been perfectly flavoand piping hot.  You can absolutely taste the freshness and the ingredients.  I absolutely must add that the flavor and uses of seasoning and spices are a win! The customer service has been top notch,  every time.  Everyone on the staff has smiled, been very pleasant, made great suggestions and have been very attentive to all of my questions and my requests.  The dining area is always clean and they have plenty of options that I've yet to try. Did I mention they are open late night (early AM)?  So I can stop by after work and grab great food to go.  Definitely a restaurant that McKinney needed and they have a life long customer in me, my family and my company.  Kudos to the entire staff! read more

This place just opened up near Target and man what a great edition to the pizza community. I love seeing places other than pizza chains. Place is small; but offers a few tables for seating; it super clean with a great menu. I would've loved to see a cauliflower crust option; but they have stuffed crust.... So that made up for it. The guy that took my order was super friendly and helpful (I believe he may have been the owner) I ended up ordering a large stuffed crust half pepperoni and half cheese; medium stuffed crust Zios pizza with grilled chicken; and a small bbq chicken pizza. They came out super fast and they were cooked great! My favorite was the Zios....I'm not a huge marinara fan so this was perfect for me. The kids loved the pepperoni and cheese pizza and actually I did too! The bbq chicken pizza was not a fan favorite but it wasn't terrible... it just had a certain spice or ingredient that I just didn't like. Normally I like bbq chicken pizzas.
