Great pizza nice cheese and thick soft crust always hot n crispy pepperoni ..............................

This Mr. Jim's pizza was EXTREMELY below sub par. I ordered online and was instructed it would take 15-25min for pickup and I came 45 mins and guess what... IT STILL WASNT READY!!!! Save your money and go to SAMS PIZZA for a good quality pizza in Cedar Hill because this Mr. Jim's is a Mr. Joke!!! Pizza lacked flavor and sauce was rather sour. I also ordered their version of stuffed crust and what a poor attempt at stuffed crust! Now the salad was their version of a family salad and it was just shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes. Extremely not worth $50 at all and if you can Mr. Jim's usually makes a great pizza but this location is the absolute worst!!! read more

Whoever is running this place should go work for someone else. I ordered a pizza. Get to the place, it's locked up. After submitting a complaint online the guy calls me and tells me to comeback??? I've always wondered how this place is still open when it's in competition with big chains like dominoes but now I know why. This pizza is so good. It's not as cheap in price as other chains can be but it's totally worth it. I guess the only way to explain is the Mr. Jim's tagline "it's the crust!" This was the worst pizza and service I have EVER had from a pizza spot. They delivered a cold pizza that was barely cooked and the delivery man NEVER knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. When calling Mr. Jim's Pizza I was on hold and then was told they had to "find" my pizza. UNACCEPTABLE!!! My memories of Mr. Jim's as a kid is totally ruined and I will NEVER return. read more

They will disclose your name & last 4 digits of your card to basically anyone! I was harassed for 4 days bc they "thought" my pymnt didn't go through at pickup. Although it showed approved on my end with a pending charge on my bank acct. The owner/mgr even went as far as saying he could go get the payment from my house!! No one wants a stranger going by especially over $36! After being called and texted numerous, I mean numerous times; on Day 4 they sent me their store charges with the name & last 4 digits of the cc of all purchases made that day! Look up what someone can do with that info. This is concerning! I called Mr Jim directly and his concern was zero! He knew what was going on and was the one to provide the card details to be sent to me. It's unheard of for a restaurant to decide to call, text and leave v/msgs over something like this. Take the loss next time Mr Jim's! FYI! My order was paid! I even told the Mgr this on day 3 but he didn't bother to listen. read more

I was really hoping that there was something special to Mr. Jim's pizza. You know: Sauce that glints its deliciousness in the moonlight. Crust infused with enough garlic to add the maximum taste without allowing aromatic oversharing with one's partner. Fresh pepperoni that makes you wonder why you don't turn into TMNT Michelangelo and kick some Foot Clan ass (I seriously karate chopped a pencil after I ordered). And there was. I've ordered twice from this location, and both times have been a pretty exceptional experience. On the second order, the pizza wasn't cut, but it was a small detail that management worked with me to resolve. Because of the quality of food and efforts to make sure their customers are happy, I'm giving them 5 stars. I'll totally ordering from them again ;) read more

Christmas Eve December 20 20 my family ordered a pizza the delivery man rang the doorbell. I told him just a minute I went to get my wallet to give him a tip I had paid for this pizza in advance. When I got to the door the driver had got inside of his car and left our pizza on the ground sitting in some leaves I will never or delivery again. Let me tell you what JOSE (that's his real name) did! I ordered a BEEF pizza but when I came to pick up it was pepperoni... I kindly told him I order Beef, he told me that I said pepperoni, I told him that I don't eat pepperoni so there's no possible way I would've said that. He argued with me insisting that I did say pepperoni but then agreed to remake the pizza. I waited about 10 mins and went back in to grab the correct pizza. It looked a bit weird as if cheese was just thrown on top but I didn't think they would have the nerve to pick every single pepperoni off and put beef on it instead of remaking but noticed that's EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID when I was eating it and found pepperoni throughout! I'm soooo disgusted, not by the pepperoni but more so the audacity of them to I've through a pizza and throw something together instead of just remaking it! This was the worst pizza I ever ate. Actually this is now twice that the pizza was not good. My last order i gave them a pass, but this time was even worst I could not let this slide. Pizza crust tasted real stale and chewy. Paid $15 for a cheese pizza I can't eat. Wish I could get a refund. Should have known it was an old, stale place when all the display soda bottles on the counter were so old the Diet Coke looked like urine. read more

First time eating here--pizza was ready fast. Salad was good--I had the half-salad and it was enough for two people :) the pizza is a little more "bready" than I normally like but I still enjoyed it. The service was friendly and there were a few tables and chairs for eat-ins BUT, it's not a place to take a date. :) I would eat here again. read more

Terrible customer service! I live within their delivery area but in a new house on a new street. My address doesn't come up in their computer system for ordered so they refuse to deliver. I called one time and spoke with a very nice young lady and she hand wrote our address and we got pizza delivered. Second time I again get the computer saying I'm not in the delivery area so I call again. The young man was so rude, told me if not in the computer they wouldn't deliver. Wouldn't even let me explain the new construction house. Sent a message to Mr Jim's got a response that we are so far out of the delivery area I never should have received the first pizza. I don't think they actually checked my address. I live 5 miles from their Cedar Hill location. How can that be so far out of area. They will however deliver to my daughter that lives 10 miles away. They literally have to pass my neighborhood to get to her. The pizza is good, but their service to the customer needs work. read more
