Once he arrived, he got right to work and had the tire changed in less than 15 minutes. The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free, and we were safely back on the road much faster than expected. My only suggestion for improvement would be to introduce yourself before getting started. It was dark, and we were two women stranded on the side of the highway. When he arrived, he pulled up behind us and immediately started changing the tire without introducing himself. I genuinely appreciated the urgency and willingness to jump right in and get the job done, but in that situation, a quick introduction would have gone a long way in helping us feel more comfortable and know that the person approaching our vehicle was the roadside assistance we had called. Overall, though, the service was excellent. He showed up when we needed help, worked quickly, and got us moving again in no time. Our vehicle had been hit overnight while legally parked in front of our home, causing it to end up partially on a small portion of our neighbor's front yard. The vehicle was not blocking access, preventing anyone from entering or leaving, or creating any immediate safety hazard. We were actively working with our insurance company and arranging removal within a short timeframe. After police responded, we were informed that the property owner stated he would communicate with us regarding moving the vehicle. We made attempts to communicate and waited throughout the day expecting that discussion, yet no effort was made to contact us before the vehicle was suddenly towed in the middle of the night that night. The conduct of the tow operators was also highly unprofessional. We were denied the opportunity to speak with a supervisor, and the tow proceeded without transparency or reasonable communication. Additionally, one operator had a clearly visible handgun during the interaction, which created an intimidating and unnecessarily hostile environment while we were attempting to address the situation calmly. Based on this experience, I seriously question whether this tow was handled in accordance with Maryland and Prince George's County towing procedures and standards or did the owner simply use his power to unjustly remove our vehicle without notice. It's been about 2 weeks now and still no communication from neighbor/tow company owner. I would not recommend this company.

I was already paying for a service, and customers shouldn't be pressured into paying more after a price has been agreed upon--especially when they're stranded on the side of the highway.
