Online this company shows they sell several different styles of front closure post surgery bras. Right away a sales person helps me. I explain what I need I'm about to have surgery and my Dr has requested a certain type of bra. The sales persons measures me. Then explains she'd like me to try a regular bra on first to make sure I'm the size she thinks I am. Long story short. They do not have what I need. She knew this. I told her I have breast cancer I need a bra to sleep in. Waste of my time during a very sensitive time. Obviously she works on commission. read more

I have been at this location three times. I keep thinking it might get better. Unfortunately each time it gets worse! They have tremendous turnover in staff. They DO NOT know how to fit bra sizes! They don't listen to your concerns. They bring you bras THEY want you to try on when you are extremely specific on likes and dislikes. I thought I'd give them a last chance, but three strikes and you are out. FYI - they HAD a minimizer bra (my original reason for going back) that is now discontinued. A shame, it was the best bra in their collection! I bought the last one in the store. read more

Very helpful staff - two young ladies - who recommended something called "bralette" that wifey sent me to purchase, never tried before but she was enticed by online photos. Clearly, I was lost, but it is to the company's credit that they have such excellent sales help. Wifey was ecstatic with the final product, which she proclaimed "super comfortable and not ugly." Located inside The Oaks Mall, on the second floor I've been shopping here since 2012. I always have different staff helping me and I always receive outstanding customer service. They are kind, courteous and always very helpful to find the correct fit for my intimate apparel. The store is beautiful and they have very nice selection of intimate apparel. They have sizes from small to special large sizes. The prices are fair compared to other similar stores. I usually come here once a year, even though they have several sales that I always miss. If you sign up for their free membership, you get can receive coupons via email and if you accumulate enough points, you get discounts. Not sure what to do with your outdated bra? You can donate them to this store which they give to women who are in need. I don't know if you need to wash them but I would for sanitary reasons. PARKING They have free private lot parking and a free large 5 story (not sure how many stories) garage. Valet is available in front of the Muvico theatre for a fee. Well lit at night. read more

I placed an order online for pick up at the store for which I received a four dollar discount. I received two emails that my order was ready. I drove 20 miles to the store six days after I placed my order. When I got there I was told there was no such order and that I had to call customer service. I asked them to call customer service for me, and they said their phone was out of order. So I called from the store on my own phone and waited 20 minutes on hold. Customer service told me that the store had canceled my order. I was able to re-purchase the items but didn't get my four dollars. Now I have two charges on my credit card. The worst part is the sales people weren't on my side. I didn't appreciate being blown off. I will never shop there again! read more

Well..... My reviews of other soma locations have been candid. So, I decide to give another location a try. Why? Soma is currently having a national bra donation. So I went in the store, was pleasantly greeted and donated several bras for the cause. They thanked me and shared this. when battered women leave an unsafe relationship, they leave behind most of their belonging and includes bras. We all know they can be pricy to replace. Anyway, I was pleased to help out. So, they both commented on my donation and said why don't you look around. Soma has very nice looking and well constructed lingerie. And then I met Donna, not her real name, but what a sales associate. Yep, she danced thru the store showing me the inventory and pointing out features and deals like a hummingbird would. She was awesome. Then she shared with me she has four drawers filled with panties, 403 to be exact! Now that's at the very least a serious commitment and by far a fun panty fetish. Think of the options every day.... Prints, stripes, lace, boy short, bikini, blue, pink, and on and on....... I wonder if she is ever late for work? Well, this is my very first one star yelp review ever. I'm very disappointed. I had heard this place had pretty cool pajamas so I thought I would go and check them out. It was out of the way because it is inside of a HUGE mall but I figured if I came out with a good bundle of clothes it would've been worth it. I was given a disingenuous hello by a lady who I later found out was the store manager (Jordan) who couldn't even bother to look at me when she greeted me. I walked around the store and asked a couple questions. She stared down at a table full of underwear that she was folding giving me short, rather terse answers. Clearly my being there was an annoyance to her so I left. It's unfortunate because the pajamas I had heard so much about were pretty close to the front of the store and looked nice and I probably would've really enjoyed them but it's a very tiny store so there's not a lot of room to feel unwelcome. Complete waste of time. Perhaps Jordan should be reminded that if it weren't for the customers there would be no underwear to fold. read more

I've shopped at Soma for my jammies for a few years now. The first time I went into Soma in The Oaks Mall, I was with my husband and a bit hesitant because I am a plus size woman and figured they wouldn't have anything that fit me. We were greeted by Lisa, who turned out to be the manager and she was fantastic (still is to this day!). She literally waited on me hand and foot. Brought me several items, made recommendations based on what I asked for and didn't get frustrated with my trying on a dozen things and none of them working (at least the bras and panties didn't but that is just a plus size issue). When we got to the jammies, oh my... I love Soma "Cool Nights" jammies and have been wearing them ever since I found them at this store. Often times it may be months before hubby and I go shopping at Soma and when we do, Lisa always greets us by name. She amazes me that with all the customers she has, she not only remembers my name but my husbands too! Shopping at Soma reminds me of stories my grandmother used to tell me about how she used to shop for nighties and they would cater to her in the store - very old school and classy! read more

I'm new to the area, I grew up in Chicago, so I started using this app to check places out. I'm so glad I did because I'm so furious right now and need to let the world know what a HORRIBLE shop this is! I have never been treated so poorly in my life and it was by the store manager! Jordan. First of all I was not greeted instead I was looked up and down and given a sort "ugh" look like what was I doing shopping there. Then I had questions about sizes. The size I was looking for in several different items were not on the sales floor. This seemed unbearable to Jordan, as if it was just too much trouble to even look. I was told I should check online! Then she made a comment, "you're not from around here are you?" I just looked at her like are you kidding me?! She quickly said, Well it sounds like you have an accent and walked away! Soma fits perfectly for any occasion. I walked into Soma after having a pretty neutral, not too helpful experience in Victoria's Secret or Aerie (the previous places I shopped). Now, I only rely on Soma to get it right. The customer service is exquisite. They're knowledgeable. You no longer feel so silly for not knowing what the right bra is for you, and when they explain to you what is right for your body type, they really explain and really care about your particular needs. I was very disappointed with the service at this Soma. So much so that I will either shop at another Soma or not shop at any Soma. When a customer comes into a store and they are there for more than a few minutes it is customary for sales people to ask if they need help. I was very unimpressed by the lack of customer service here. When we finally were asked if we need help the sales people just kept doing what they were doing. One was counting cash at the register area and the other was hanging clothes. Neither were working with customers at the time. I looked around for a few more minutes and left. No need to go back here. :( read more
