Very good prices and customer service. I have purchased 4 vehicles over the period of six years, because I have a construction business. The vehicles have had maintenance issues come up, but that is expected with used cars. If that stresses you out, then I suggest a new or certified pre-owned with a warranty. The prices are great, because you are buying a used vehicle, and usually without a warranty. I always keep a little money on the side for vehicle maintenance. Getting a great price, but expecting maintenance has proved to be beneficial for me financially. I have used a different company (in Madison) and the salesman actually lied to my face when I was purchasing a vehicle. In addition it was overpriced. MSI has always been honest with me and that is what I value the most. read more

Absolutely ridiculous experience! The Jeep they were going to sell us had SERIOUS issues. Major Oil leaks, the tires had dry rot, rotors totally warped and discolored, rear caliper completely seized, brake wasn't engaging at all! I thought WI was different than IL, that they had to inspect vehicles. Just wasted two days and over $100 (for the independent inspection) plus gas. Horrible. Can't believe they can sleep at night. Lost a little faith in humanity during this one. However, I do recommend Genin's Auto Care, they did an absolutely thorough and wonderful job on the inspection. read more

I think it's important that I leave this review so that other people are warned about the products that this company offers. I bought a BMW from MSI with a clean title at full market value. After a period of several months and several very expensive breakdowns I wrote it off as a loss and took it in to CarMax to sell. After a quick 10 minute inspection their representative informed me that the vehicle had FRAME DAMAGE! I only got about half of what I payed for it and lost thousands of dollars. MSI sells lemons and takes the money of anyone who will fall into their trap. What they are doing should be illegal. Don't make the same mistake that I did. Get your car somewhere else! read more

Q was knowledgeable and non threatening when helping me choose from the selection of cars. Jeff was outstanding as well. Went to go look at a car they had in their possession and looking into the car's history revealed it was a rebuilt salvage title. When mentioning this to the salesman he replied to me that the title is no longer a rebuilt salvage due to ten years passing since the accident. Therefore the cars title is clean once more. As if it was a speeding ticket that falls off one's record. Once a car has been reported as salvage it is a permanent mark upon the cars title, VIN, and history. They lied right to my face about the title status of the car, and I shutter to think about how many customers they have lied to or taken advantage of. Buying cars is no small matter and the last thing an individual needs is to worry about is getting ripped off or buying a nightmare of a car, especially if the car is costing upwards of 29 thousand dollars. read more

Literally the worst dealership. If I could get this place shut down, I would. The dealer seemed like a straight and narrow kind of man, for me to find out later, he is most definitely not. I bought a car, anticipating it needed a tuneup. Well, that was a lie. I had to replace the coils and the spark plugs. Then, the car just continued to fall apart before my eyes. The car had electrical issues, the top leaked, and a whole bunch of other work was needed. I really wish I would have done my research, or took the car in to a mechanic. I am not sure how what they sold me was even legal. I took a huge hit and got rid of the vehicle 3 weeks later. Never visit this piece of crap place read more

Two "Thumbs Up"!!! Well, that's *IF* you enjoy being lied to, given false promises, waste time off of work to get "work done" and have a penchant for being YELLED at by one of the owners,(on more than one occasion!) then THIS is THE place to go! If there was a way to give NEGATIVE stars, I would! First day, found the intermittent wipers weren't working properly, the "auto"-set sideview mirror on the driver's side didn't work properly and the sunroof would jam in the OPEN vent position. That's the one thing they said they would "fix". Yeah, and they'd make me a famous rock star, too! I have spent more time going back and forth to the dealership and their remote service location than I care to talk about. And all I get consistently are empty promises and lies. @2-1/2 months from original purchase, still NOTHING done! And sadly, I purchased the vehicle before it was cold out...Yup, you guessed it: Damn thing hardly warms up! 6 mile ride through town to get to work, and hardly any heat! Hell, they can't even get something simple done: They PROMISED an Owner's Manual for the vehicle and said it "would only take a week or two". Yeah. Right! Quite frankly, I doubt I'd even trust them to do ANY work on that vehicle after this experience! The absolute WORST Customer Service I've EVER experienced, not only from a dealership but, from ANY retail or even mail order outlet in my life and, I've been on Planet Earth for 60 years! And, let it be known that the majority of any reviews I leave anywhere have been POSITIVE ones, where I've been treated properly! This is one of the very few I've posted with such an absolutely poor, poor experience from a service-based business! Bought a mini van from there for my family of 5 . 1 week later started having transmission issues, Brought it back to them they got me in 7 days later (Not good enough) and said the problem was old fluid, So they changed and gave it back. Worked out for a couple days and problems came back. i had called them back they said they wouldn't for 2 weeks. Brought it in 2 weeks later, and they said the problem is the transmission and my 1 month warranty expired. I said i had to wait almost 3 weeks and 2 separate occasions to bring my car back to you guys. Didn't care wanted $2400 to replace on top of the $6500 i originally paid for the car. Three things they fail. 1 they lied to me about the condition of the vehicle. Salesman kept saying he gave me his word. Told me perfect van for my family but ends up that the ac in the back does not work so my children will have to suffer in the heat. Couldn't test it because I purchase it in March and comes around April with the heat, there's no ac blowing just hot heat. 2 I called about the problem and told me to come down to get it checked out. Ends up that I wasted my time because they'll just schedule me the next following week. Their so called mechanic didn't want to talk to his boss about what was wrong and told me to tell him. WTF kind of service is this? 3 Told me that they'll call me back to set a schedule to find out the problem. They failed to call me and its been a week and a half. I paid up front and asked if there's anything wrong that I need to be aware of and I'm sure they knew but didn't want to tell me. They lied, don't care about their customers, and now i'm spending more money out of my pocket to fix the van. If I was going to put in more money into fixing this van than I wouldn't have bought it from them. It's not that I went low and spent a good 6500. Reminder they ONLY have warranty on engine and transmission. 2 months or 2000 miles. They will find way to make it work till you past the warranty. Better off buying from a private buyer or other dealership than MSI Auto Sales. Never coming back and DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!
