I was so surprised and pleased to hear that they would pick up napkins (from a separate rental co.) the day before and have them folded prior to the wedding- I had expected that I would be doing that. They also printed up menus with colors of our choice and, upon request, noted vegan and GF options for guests. And the food, oh the food! Guests and vendors alike raved about the food that was served. The variety and quality of the appetizers and sides was amazing. The cedar-plank salmon was cooked perfectly. Guests really enjoyed the family-style service that we opted for. It felt great to be able to supply such a fantastic meal for our friends and family. I really had no idea exactly what I wanted, but after our first call and her suggestions I was very excited about the offerings and kept all Dani's excellent suggestions. Pricing was absolutely reasonable. They arrived on the day of the event promptly, set up everything beautifully on the serving space and were nothing but gracious and courteous the whole time. The guests LOVED the food. Especially the marinated chicken thighs and the potato salad. I even received comments from guests the veggie tray was one of the most beautiful they had ever seen. All the other dishes were delicious as well and there was more than enough to send leftovers home with everyone who wanted some. Busy Bee elevated my event into something even more special by providing such amazing food. I never worried once about any part of catering, as they were the easiest to work with all around.
