I got paralyzed in fear not knowing where to take my car & my maintenance suffered GREATLY. ONLY by God's perfect Mercy, Grace, Love, Forgiveness & Protection.. He kept me safe. (Psalm 91) God's PERFECT HOLY SPIRIT clearly told me to go to Valvoline & gave me the name "Brandon." I didn't know any Brandon, just what God said. I took a leap of faith & finally drove to Valvoline in Jan. & at the exact moment I stopped my screeching, burning, suffering car.. a man walked by my car in which God told me to talk to. It was BRANDON!! He was very kind, caring & patient while listening to my story & then took me back to DWR to address my critical dire emergency need. The LORD led me to Cam & then Scott who are both absolutely awesome amazing phenomenal wonderful!! Scott, the head mgr, immediately knew what my issues were & so compassionately squeezed me in that day!! I was back on the road that evening without being terrorized by my severe car issue. I was also incredibly BLESSED to have more work again this past week to address 4 more issues. My heart & spirit are in infinite awe & gratitude to God, Scott, Cam, Eric, Brandon & their whole PRICELESS teams!! They REALLY go above & beyond. BUYER BEWARE! I had my oil changed at this location earlier…read morethis year. That day I followed their instructions to remain in my car with the motor running. During my visit, I heard a loud pop like sound and felt the force of it. I thought that the tech in the bay under my car was having problems loosening the oil filter. When the job was completed, I left there and went straight way to a car wash approx. one mile away. I pulled up to the vacuum pumps, turned my car off, and proceeded to vacuum it out. When done, I started my car and tried to put it into gear but it would not respond. The gear shift changer moved backwards and forward freely without engaging the transmission which meant that I could not move the car. I had to call for a ride home. That took longer than 90 min. I later on started the process of unpacking my car and transfering the items to another car. I was amazed at all of the stuff I'd been hauling around. I was so frustrated that I decided to call a tow truck to have my car towed to a junk yard. That took another 2+ hours. The tow truck driver arrived and had to get under the car in order to manually engage the transmission in order to back the car out and into position. He alerted me to the fact that the transmission cable was disconnected but not broken. I had the car towed to my home and called a mechanic (my brother named Craig). He arrived an additional 2 hours later and reconnected the cable in less than 30 mins. Mind you every step of this process cost me money. I waited so long to post this review, because I didn't want to unnecessarily defame this business in case it was merely a coincidence, and I also wanted to lessen the impact of any negative blow back like being blackballed, in some way, or another. I decided to post this review because I don't want anyone else to ever have to go through this kind of ordeal. In all fairness, I cannot say definitively that the oil change tech at Jiffy Lube popped my transmission cable, but it seems like that is something that s/he should have noticed and mentioned to me. That was the most regretful, stressful, time consuming, and expensive oil change I have ever experienced. Needless to say, I hope that I'll never be put into a position in which I have to give them any more of my business. Buyer beware!

The very first day I used the truck for work I noticed the truck was sluggish. Soon I was smelling brakes. I took it back to Levin and now they want another $800 to replace calipers. Over $1300 for rear brakes. So they didn't do the job right the first time but wanted me to pay all the labor over again. I could see parts. And maybe additional labor but not $800.00 I fixed the truck myself with 2 new calipers from Napa for a little over $200.00. That is a long way from $800.00 Will never use them again. Unfortunately, a sign on a counter is not the same as clearly communicating a fee to a customer before payment--especially on a large transaction. At no point during my interaction was this fee mentioned, and I only became aware of it after reviewing my receipt. That removes the customer's ability to make an informed payment choice. Also, this is not "standard practice for all businesses." Many either disclose fees upfront or build them into their pricing. The issue is not the fee itself, but the lack of direct transparency. That is why I chose not to return.Thanks. I was not informed of an additional fee for paying with a credit card. It was not disclosed at any point prior to payment. I only became aware of it after reviewing my receipt. Had this been communicated upfront, I would have used a different payment method. Transparency should be standard practice. For that reason, I will not patronize this business again.
