This is an exceptional, great, painting contractor. Mucio painted the interior walls and ceilings of a fine view property we have in Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle. We wanted the very best work. We could not be more pleased. All specific instructions were followed precisely. Much extra work was done with no complaints or extra charges. He worked tirelessly to solve a difficult ceiling crack in a Cathedral ceiling, making sure it was done to top repair standards. On top of all that very high quality work , his estimate was under 1/2 of the other estimates. His estimate for the number of gallons of paint required was exacting so no waste there. He coordinated the work with our need to install new painted baseboards. All of his crew as polite and respectful. After this great experience, I hired him back to pressure wash all of my outside cement surfaces , and I had the same great results. I set up an appointment for a bid and there was no call, no show. When i contacted him, he told me he forgot. He offered to come out right then and there, but by the time he would get to my home, it would be dark. I then received a text from him. He was apologetic and wanted to come back the next day. I am readying my condo for resale and needed the schedule interior painting on a very tight schedule. I am so glad I hired these guys. My condo is 90+ years old and has lots of beautiful unpainted wood trim, doors, picture rails, etc., in addition to plaster walls that have their share of nail holes and wear and tear. Add to that the fact that I'm pretty anxious about the resale, and high-maintenance, and concerned about getting the place to look as good as possible, and it could all be a real pain for some contractors. Well, Mucio was awesome. He was very very patient with me and my worries, very responsive to my questions over email and text, and when I had to leave town unexpectedly due to a death in the family, was great about communicating with my partner. Hands down best painter around. Mucio and his team did both in the interior and exterior of our house in Queen Anne. House was built in 1911, so it had some height and angles you do not see much anymore. Every line was perfect..From the walls, to the crown molding, window frame, deck, it looked like a beautifully restored house when he was finished. I am doing house repaint. I called around 35 painting companies from Yelp and Google and also my friend referrals, I left many voicemails. I felt worried to hire him because there is no review and I can't tell how his job will be. I am a picky person; this is my first time write review on Yelp. He did amazing job repaint interior and exterior of my house. His team did perfect and professional dry wall repairs, and baseboard repairs. I didn't notice some damaged areas, he just fixed it and at no extra charge. He doesn't talk a lot; he just does his job perfectly. My dog chewed the baseboard, and I know it won't be easy fix, His team spend almost 2hours just fix that small tiny part. Since we talked about the price in the front, it's flat rate, so there is no meaning for him to spend that amount of time just help me to find a best way to fix those small problems. But he did, he just wants to do everything right. His price is very reasonable, since I compared most of the companies. I can see he cares about his job and his costumers. All of my friends came to my house, they said the painter did really nice job. If you find someone who can provide best quality job with reasonable prices, call him, you won't be disappointed.
