I ended up calling Reliable Appliance Service in Stratford because of the many excellent customer reviews. The owner, Bob, was very accommodating over the telephone and scheduled a call as soon as he could to evaluate my appliances. As it turns out, I am 100 percent pleased with Bob and Laurie. They are not only honest, but beyond knowledgeable. In fact, Bob provided me with a crash course in washers and dryers! In addition, he fixed my dryer for a reasonable fee.
