I needed a cat back exhaust that I already owned put on and most other shops won't install cat backs unless it is there parts. I really like Dale. He's always taken care of me and has gone out of his way to get my Jobs done as quickly as possible. If there has been an issue he's always quick to remedy the problem ( I have an older Volvo - enough said). When other shops are backed up for weeks he always tries to get me in (I use my car for work) which is greatly appreciated. If I want to use my own parts no problem! Beware, Previous owner passed away late 2023. Any repairs that were completed and had a warranty are no longer covered under new ownership! The mechanic that did the job is still employed there and I had my receipts of work done. Apparently, the Auto parts store that they purchased my part from can't find the receipt of their purchase to fix my car. About $700.00 work done and when a friend who is a mechanic looked at the part, he said they cobbled it together. Truck is still leaking and now have to come up with more $$ to fix correctly. I stopped by here driving from Louisville KY on my way to Kalamazoo MI to visit my sister who just delivered her babies and noticed my muffler hanging down while I was at the gas station. Googled this nearby Muffler Man asking if they could take it off so it wouldn't be hanging while driving for the rest of my visit and back home on the highway. Instead Dale did a fix on my Subaru Outback that would get me through the rest of my trip and until I get a new muffler back on. I'm a mechanic's daughter and this touched my heart because he passed away many years ago but it's exactly the kind of thing he would've done. Went in for a oil change,they didn't even know where the oil filter was. Took one and a half hours to get it done. When I got in my vehicle to go I noticed my rear view mirror was moved, my outside mirrors were moved, my seat was moved, I have memory on my seat position,I couldn't even use that, I had to readjust it and redo the memory. What else were they into?? When I first called they said come in we will fit you in, get there another girl, sneezing,coughing, says we're not able to fit you in we are to busy. I went into the work area to get my phone, very disorganized and dirty, front lobby area looked unkept also. I had work done on my vehicle here recently. I was not given my vehicle's tire and rim after the spare was put on my vehicle. Once i realized my vehicle's tire and rim were not given to me when i picked up my vehicle i did call about this. I was told that "we don't have your rim. I feel your taking advantage of me. You can sue me." The staff refused to replace my rim even with a used rim. I would never recommend using this business. Not only are they refusing to give me back or replace my rim, they completed the work on my vehicle 2 days later than i was quoted. Again i would not recommend this business. My car had been fixed by them once before and this same thing happened my car was sitting for 3 weeks and every time I call they say they will look at it or the part didn't come in. I'm not sure if this is normal for a shop but I don't think that I should be given the runaroun. read more

I was harassed by the guy at the front desk as soon as I got there. He asked if I was there to take him on a date. He continued to harass me until I was about ready to walk out. Luckily his co-worker, Junior walked up and actually helped me. He was nice and did the work on my car. Had that been the end I wouldn't have complained, but when I picked up my car I noticed trash in the front seat that wasn't mine and multiple things that had been stolen out of my car. Regardless of whether it was stolen by employees or they left my car unlocked overnight is ridiculous and I would NEVER go back or recommend this place to anyone. read more

If the saying was in a dictionary you get what you pay for the picture of the shop will come up. I took 3 of my cars to this place my first Car I took the work lasted about a month, I took my daughters car up there to get the blower motor fixed the next week it caught on fire because they put it in wrong I took one car up there to get a muffler fixed they will do the bottom but then I will the top of the muffler to connect the pipes then every other time I took it up there they couldn't Fix it because they never have Celine gas to run to welder and when they did call they sell fixing it they made it worse than what it was at first so I still have an exhaust leak in my car been up there four times to time to sit there for three days without them even touching it because they didn't have the Celine gas to run a welderNone of his mechanics are certified to be mechanics just some kids off the street I would recommend this place to my worst enemy if you want low prices this is the place to go,but you get what you pay for.
