The girl at the drive through was rude from first encounter, then when we mentioned our food was wrong she had an attitude about it and just told the cooks to toss the wings in the other sauce instead of remaking the other fresh and what I actually paid for. I had one of the most horrible dining experiences at Mugshots in Flowood. It was all about the service or should I say the lack of service. The waiter took my order and never came back. After sitting for more than 45 mins I got up to leave but not without asking to speak to a manager first. I explained to the manager about the waiter having taken my order and not returning. The manager supposedly investigated why this happened. He stated that my food was burned and had to be made again. You know what..... I didn't believe him. I had the chicken and waffles. Chicken strips were very good (moist on inside and crispy on outside). The waffles were overly sweet and packy. They reminded me more of waffle shaped pound cake than waffles. My wife had the blackened shrimp Caesar Salad. It had plenty of shrimp, seasoned well and of ample size. Overall a OK dining experience until I went to the Men's Restroom. It needs a deep cleaning and in need of repairs. Tiles were missing, chalking falling out, outlet covers missing. Literally would have rather Eatin at Taco Bell! For starters they sat us upstairs and it was so hot! We have our 2 month old with us and the fans did nothing to cool it down. My boyfriend and I went here on a Monday night at 5:30pm as a spur of the moment dinner since our sushi place was closed. We were seated immediately with no wait. There was a average crowd; not busy but not slow. So, I ordered an Seared Ahi Tuna salad medium rare while my boyfriend ordered a mac n' cheese burger. Of all the years I've lived in the sip, I had yet stopped here & ate. A long time coming and I'd have to say Flowood has built up much since last time I was 'round. After meeting up with a couple of high school friends, I ain't seen for 6 something counting years. They reckon we'd pit stop here. A table of 8 folks was quite the party. Mugshots is pretty large for groups the outside view surely not an illusion. If you catch my drift. If you like speciality burgers, you'd probably like this joint. They have original to new burgers. From real peanut butter added.. yes added! To a pepperoni, marinara sauce.. and no I'm not talking about slice of pizza.. Go ponder yourself. So. . . . I tried the mac n' cheese burger. It was okay-shurely not the greatest nor the best. The burger is two grilled cheese sandwiches wedged in the middle is macaroni, cheese and meat. I really excited for this particular burger. The fries hit the spot, but the burger missed the target & board. What thru me off was the two grilled sandwiches on top & bottom. The bread for it was grilled too hard where in that moment the bread was readily a brick, the cheese used was a cheap base (you can tell if it's cheap it has no flavor of actual cheese), and the mac n' cheese is made from a box and it too was hard it had no existence of flavor nor texture. Where the heck was the creamy, dripping, vividly, cascade of cheese at?! I'd tell you where missing without a pulse. It is one of the newer burgers on the menu and it needs lots of TLC. The burger looked good when it arrived & as I read from the men-u it sounded GOOD. But it lacked tasting enjoyablely good. Here's a helpful tip: Try using Velveeta cheese, real noodles, kraft cheese next time and getting experienced grilled cheese sandwich & macaroni cheese makers. That would help a bit. Mmmmm! Was in the area on business and this is actually very close to my office. I was in the mood for a burger and everyone at the office said this was great so a bunch of us went. I actually had the McDonald Burger because the server suggested it and I was actually impressed by how good it was having the ranch on one side and the bbq on the other! The meat had a good flavor and the patties are not small! You definitely get a good amount of food for your money. WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN. Came here for lunch after other restaurants in the area were packed with people celebrating graduations. At first I thought we'd scored because we got seated in five minutes. Our seats were directly behind the hostess booth. There were three of us in our party. Our waitress came over within two to three minutes. We placed our drink order (unsweetened iced tea, root beer, & coke). The waitress came back with a root beer, coke, and water. I told her I ordered an iced tea. When she came back with the tea, we ordered our food - mushroom burger with fries, breakfast burger with fries, 10 piece Parmesan wings and sweet potato fries. I noted that there was a large party of 10-12 people upstairs. For the most part the bottom floor wasn't that busy. Few tables were open. We sat there as four or five parties of four to six people came in were seated, placed their orders and we're eventually served before us. Mind you we were sitting behind the hostess station. They are supposed to keep track of the tables. I mentioned to one of the hostesses that we'd been sitting there and others were seated after us and had received their foods. He said he'd check in on our order. Our waitress finally came back and blamed it on the kitchen and the large party upstairs. I explained that the large party had been there before we were seated and appeared to be finished with their meal. Other parties from the other servers that came in later than us has their food. There was no excuse. The other hostess I initially complained to NEVER CAME BACK! Our food never came out so we left. I told the other hostess that we were leaving. This is my first time visiting the state of Mississippi. Since my sister lives here I might be coming back, but not to this awful restaurant. Poor customer service. Maybe I'm spoiled because something like this rarely happened in California, where I'm from. People are attentive because they want a decent tip. Southern Hospitality is gone and DEAD! read more

Horrible experience. We called ahead of time because we had a party of 11, they told us they did not do reservations but they would be able to seat us when we arrived. We arrived 10-15 minutes later & were told it would be about 30 minutes until they could get us a table. We waited for OVER AN HOUR and finally went inside and asked if they had any update. They told us they were waiting on a party of 7 to leave so that they could seat us there. We patiently waited while the other party was still eating and hanging out. They also had 8+ tables open. I understand social distancing but all of these tables were well over 6 feet apart meeting social distancing guidelines but they were seating no one there. After she took our order we didn't see her until our food came out an hour later. She never came to check on us or ask if we needed refills or to tell us why our food was taking so long.
