Before a recent trip to Nashville, we stopped in to get a bite to eat and relax before a work/play trip. Truth be told, the mad Russian (my wife) had to work and I went down to play. That probably set the mood for me to enjoy my meal even more but she did as well so a solid 4.5 stars. In a busy airport like LaGuardia you don't usually expect to receive great service. The restaurant was about half full and we were seated right away and offered menus and drinks. There is a decent sized bar along the one side and another counter height bar about fifteen feet behind facing the same direction if you like to look at television monitors while you relax. Both food and drink came out quickly and was very good. My wife had a wrap and I had a burger. French fries were done expertly. I would definitely return and look forward to more travel to do so.

Speed of service (NO STARS) It literally took 30 mins before someone came by take an order. The bus boy had to come by twice to check to see if anyone came by and said he would send someone. If you're not in a rush and have 2 hrs to kill, this is your spot Taste of food () This is 'normal' for airport food, right?! Maybe not all places and you would think a restaurant has some flare to their food compared to the pre-packed sandwiches and fast food places offered, but this place definitely fits right in to the "airport food" section. I got the prosciutto and it was on a Cuban bread. Not too bad but definitely not worth $17.99 Price ($$$$$$$$$$$$$$) Veryyyyyy pricey for what it is but it's airport food, right? Sandwiches range from $17-20. Nothing fancy about the sandwiches as they use regular bread loaf for their Turkey panini. It comes with chips which is pretty standard and normal tasting to any place. Al draft deers start about almost $11 and cocktails, expect to spend about $20. Overall () We had a 2 hr dining experience and it WASNT by choice! Between waiting 20-30 mins for someone to come by to order, an hr for the food to come out and then another 30 minute to get the check, we officially spent half our day here it feels like. About 8 tables left as we sat here and waited for our food. As people were waiting 15-20 mins for someone to finally come by, the waiter tells them the food would take about 55 mins to come out. Uhmmmm,... why aren't you telling people this BEFORE you seat them down! We should've just left and saved ourselves from this terrible experience . Definitely will NEVERRRRRRR come back

We got to our gate much earlier than expected, so we had some time to kill before our flight. We ended up coming here for lunch. I got the margarita pizza, and my friend got the penne alla vodka pasta. The pizza was okay (although the crust wasn't that good), but the pasta had no flavor. We also had to wait for a while to get our food, probably because there was only one waitress in the restaurant. I wouldn't come back here again.

Wilted arugala on top of a microwaved burger with a cold piece of cheese.

Not only should Marc Forgione be embarrassed by this establishment but Pat LaFreida meats should terminate their relationship with this place. What they call a burger is an insult to meat and a waste of what they claim is LaFreida ground beef. I ordered a medium rare burger and got a wet, gray piece of meat thay was nuked way past well done. Sitting on top was some discolored, wilted arugala and a cold piece of cheese. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry to catch a long flight and had to force myself to eat this abomination.

Marc Forgione should be embarrassed to have his name on this place. I love MF; he's one of my favorite chefs and his flagship restaurant is probably my favorite place in all of New York. I thought he could do no wrong, and then I went to this place. They handed me basically two pieces of plain bread, called it french toast, and charged us $16 for the pleasure. Never again.

It's tucked in Terminal B's central airside hall (take a non-obvious hallway to an elevator that brings you up to level 4). As soon as you arrive, scan the table's QR code and sign up for the complimentary 20-min facial (it was my first one - so relaxing)! Note if you're taller than say ~5'9" though, the downside is the chair is not built for taller folks, so there ends up not being lumbar support (stuff a jacket behind your back). Background: This is the top lounge I've been to by far - exceeded my expectations and lived up to the hype! Here's aspects that makes it special: - The Vibe & Design - 2-floors of seating that boast a tastefully chic Manhattan hotel ambiance. Gorgeous 360-degree central bar. Sleek, modern, and warm design. - Food & Drinks - *QR Code Menu at Each Table*: Can order warm dishes delivered straight to your table. The fried chicken sandwich with fries and chicken tenders were both spot-on in crispness and juiciness. *Buffet Station*: impressive individually plated appetizers, fresh bowls, and desserts, especially the burrata with marinated peppers and summer herbs! Light yet rich and flavorful. *Coffee*: The coffee machine makes great decaf oat-milk capp's and lattes. There's also cold brew on tap. - The Amenities - Beyond comfortable seating and abundant power outlets, there's solid Wi-Fi speeds. I can see exactly why this top lounge is limited to once a year - savor it!

We arrived a little after 2:30pm and probably checked in at around 3pm. When I say that having the priority pass you are pretty much the bottom of their priority. Priority definitely wasn't a priority for this location. We didn't get in until about 5:15-5:30pm already. 2 1/2 hours of wait. I personally think they need to change their set up here where after 10 credit card members let one priority pass member in or something. Once we got in we went downstairs and checked in and gave our membership. I ran in to some minor issues where my qr code wasn't working for my priority pass but I had my actual member card which eventually worked. Once we were in there was an array of selection for food, dessert, drinks and drinks from the bar. You can order food on their qr code which is all included in your membership. Honestly, besides the long wait everything else was great once you get inside. All the food, drinks and snacks were all great. Customer service was amazing as well.

They just escort you and let you know what it's available for you. As other reviews say, I wondered why so many available seats there when a lot of people are waiting outside? It's also worth mentioning that there were gnats flying around some of the hot plates. Still better than airplane food, I suppose. The biggest quality-of-life feature missing from this lounge is a selection of grab-and-go snacks. Aside from sodas, there was virtually nothing I could toss in my bag for the flight. The lounge itself has a nice interior, but it was packed with people and the overall experience fell well short of what you'd expect from a premium lounge.

We saw a bar area, some quiet working areas, an area for plane watching, relaxing and charging areas, a sports/TV seating area, etc. It's much larger than it appears if you walk off to the sides away from the buffet. Delta must've heard the complaints from frequent Sky Club members who were tired of the exact same thing on each buffet/menu every single day which gets old if you travel a lot. So, they are changing out their menu items, updating them throughout the day, and really trying to up the game so it's worth it to continue to pay for this amenity. Staff were regularly walking around clearing trash and tables and finished plates. Staff kept the bathrooms spotless and the floors clear and clean. Their venison burger was tasty and filling with fresh tomato, lettuce, cheese, pickles and a brioche bun. The fries that came with it were the chunky kind and more wedge-like, not very crispy, though I was hungry and polished off about half of them with ketchup. Duck tostada was a nice (several) bite(s), a little muddled in flavor though ingredients were fresh and I enjoyed the crispy tortilla crunch. Of course I had to get a dark chocolate pistachio cookie to go too! To correct some misinformation from recent reviews want to mention that this lounge has limited hours for Priority Pass from 5:00am-13:30pm, however full hours are until 23:30pm for balance travelers. Most of my stops here are usually in the afternoon/early evening on weekdays, I haven't seen it very packed, with exception of maybe once or twice. Also haven't tried their breakfast menu so can't comment on that. Will say that after coming here a few years starting to notice some wear on the furniture, perhaps some could use a bit of re-upholstery. Chase and Delta lounges have newer furniture though I'd prefer not to wait in line for entry.

Yelp Review 2026 #239:…read more Out of my two-hour layover from Chile to JFK to Las Vegas, most of it was spent on rechecking my luggage and going through security even though I was Sky Priority. I have Global Entry so, I passed through immigrations. And JFK is a huge airport. It's a holiday weekend on top of that. The gentleman in front scanned by boarding pass and I was quickly on my way to enjoy the lounge with the 25 minutes I had left before boarding my next flight. I heard great things about this lounge and I wish I could stay for lunch but my flight was boarding at 10:45am, lunch was at 11am. The lounge is huge, spacious, bright and clean. Lots of seats. There's a big bar, different dining areas, a viewing deck where you can eat from or just chill, there's a "market", a bistro, etc. Being short on time, I only grabbed a few quick bites: Croque Monsieur (they toast it for you for 2 minutes), sausages, hashbrown, and a banana. Somebody took my drink order - I got a matcha latte which took over 5 minutes. Around 10:40am, they started putting out desserts for lunch. I grabbed a matcha tiramisu. I couldn't finish my matcha latte because I can't chug a hot beverage but it was delicious though. I still liked the variety of food for breakfast. They have pulled pork sandwiches, benedict, wraps, yogurt parfait, fresh fruits, fresh fruit cups, hardboiled eggs, sausages, hash browns, sandwiches, etc. Service was impeccable. The only down side was that this lounge was too far from my boarding gate (B32 - the Delta Sky Lounge is right next to it) which is not the lounge's fault. LOL. I had to sprint to my gate.

The food in this lounge is excellent, highlighted by the full service restaurant which is on-site. While I was not super thrilled with the burrata, my burger was pretty tasty, and the desserts were top board. If you don't have time, the buffet is also expansive and has a lot of the same food available. The highlight here are the made to order salads, and the fresh baked brown butter chocolate chip cookies. Wow they were so good with a glass of milk. I took a shower while here, and that too was an excellent experience. You get your own full bathroom, any toiletries you could need are available, and even some you would not expect. The shower was roomy and had multiple shower heads. Of course, open bar, and I recommend the espresso Martini. The only think that was disappointing was the spa service... I mean, the fact there are free spa services at all, means I cannot complain too much. But the facial treatment offered basically amounted to putting on some lip balm and rubbing ice cubes all over my face. Anyhow, great lounge, and an oasis from the airport hell that is JFK.
