Super slow service, mediocre food. We had time to kill and good thing because everything takes super long. Like 30 minutes for a drink, equally long to get our food. Another 30 to get another drink. I ordered one of their special Easter drinks and the first one was great. The second was clearly not the same. It tasted like a mimosa. I took it up to the bar and the bartender told me it was the pineapple and she had too much in that one. No, it clearly tastes like prosecco, not too much pineapple. No need for the attitude, just remake it. The food was worse than expected. The app was cold in the middle. The burger was not seasoned and the sauce was weirdly spicy but without flavor. My husband got the prosciutto pizza and it was decentish tasting but it was 90% arugula. The whole experience was hilariously bad. You're better off literally anywhere else. read more

It completely falls flat with mouthful after mouthful full of butter and is simply beyond unpleasant to consume. I would lose respect for anyone who finds this dish enjoyable to swallow. While the atmosphere accomplished exactly that, the service was lackluster as it was difficult even to be able to get a cup of water or receive napkins. Before a recent trip to Nashville, we stopped in to get a bite to eat and relax before a work/play trip. Truth be told, the mad Russian (my wife) had to work and I went down to play. That probably set the mood for me to enjoy my meal even more but she did as well so a solid 4.5 stars. In a busy airport like LaGuardia you don't usually expect to receive great service. The restaurant was about half full and we were seated right away and offered menus and drinks. There is a decent sized bar along the one side and another counter height bar about fifteen feet behind facing the same direction if you like to look at television monitors while you relax. Both food and drink came out quickly and was very good. My wife had a wrap and I had a burger. French fries were done expertly. I would definitely return and look forward to more travel to do so. read more

Between waiting 20-30 mins for someone to come by to order, an hr for the food to come out and then another 30 minute to get the check, we officially spent half our day here it feels like. About 8 tables left as we sat here and waited for our food. As people were waiting 15-20 mins for someone to finally come by, the waiter tells them the food would take about 55 mins to come out. Yesterday ( halloween day)- I sat at the bar and ordered a " gin and tonic" and eggs w/ potatoes ( no bacon). The bartender #103, didn't ask which gin, or which size. I didn't order a double. As reflected on my receipt before I dashed to my gate he gave me the top shelf- I didn't know. I ordered 2 without realizing each drink was $20. I'm a bartender and I know the rules. Without asking them beforehand, you can't pour someone doubles ( of top-shelf liquor). The food was beyond disappointing and expensive: The over-easy eggs were runny, the toast was cold, and I skipped the bacon yet my bill was $70 with a 20% tip. I tipped him because I work in the service industry. What he did was possibly illegal ( to undermine what the customer has ordered and charge them for it). Do yourself a favor and don't stop here. They eventually brought out over medium eggs but with toast without butter and a piece of hair on the dish... one server was friendly but none are attentive. I was seeking a nice, sit-down dining experience at Laguardia airport and this was the only option. I wish I would have read reviews first. Service was extremely slow, as I waited 20 minutes for a soup bowl sized serving of mediocre tasting Rigatoni, which was cold on top and around the edges. The server was non existent throughout my meal. An improvement on the pasta dish would be to offer a larger plate sized serving, more sauce and cheese and perhaps a side of bread. I'm sitting here now thinking about where I'll go to find something to finish off this meal. Very disappointed and as I sit here its been 10 minutes since my plate was cleared and I still haven't received my check. read more
