No idea, no replies since they said they are booked after i called for him to confirm, hes mexican/spanish and maybe a language barrier?, but we understood he was coming. We understood he wrote down all the information and noded yes to us, etc. 2nd star is that he was a nice guy, but, not sure what happened and now we are all messed up trying to find other people. Messaging system is full, for days, couldnt get ahold of him, two days no replies to text. Then they are full. Slam dunked us hard really, just not gonna let it get me down. I called multiple companies to try to find help. I had almost given up hope before getting a hold of Marc. He was fantastic from the start. After hearing our story, he said they were booked for the day but would send a crew at 5:00 p.m. after completing their other jobs. I was so appreciative but fully expected to have just a couple of exhausted people show up to help that late in the day. Discussed items on the phone and quoted numbers however, upon arrival, changed number of men without informing me and then, increased the price last minute.
