This place is amazing! I was at the gym the other day and got my bumper stuck on a rolled up piece of grass turf as I was parking. It ripped the lower bumper and skid plate out. After talking with a fellow gym goer it was suggested that I hit up Armen at Multi Auto Group. I took the car over to him and he let me know what repairs would be needed and items replaced. Ultimately, I asked if they could just affix the bumper back in place and he did it free of charge​. Took my 2017 S550e in to get my rims touched up. Came by without an appointment and was able to get scheduled the very next day. Whole process took about 30 minutes and they did an amazing job! I had interactions with both brothers that own the place and they are so unbelievably nice. WOW! George, Mike and Armen are the most amazing people! I took my Mercedes CLK 55 AMG (a collector's car) here for some body work and a new convertible top after several other shops either gave me outrageously high quotes or simply couldn't do the work. When I got there, I realized I was in the right place not only because of all the high-end cars there, but because of the warm, friendly and attentive greeting I got. While I won't give the price, I was shocked at how low it was compared to the other shops. Originally, they said they couldn't repair the badly damaged bumper which had cracks, tears and had been completely inverted by a parking bump when I backed out. Yes, that was painful... But after being unable to locate a used part and seeing that a new one would cost over $2K, they magically... and I mean MAGICALLY repaired the bumper to look like absolute new. All other shops said it couldn't be salvaged. Additionally, my new convertible top fits perfectly and doesn't leak. The car looks brand new again and it only took a week. It is obvious that they love cars. The prices are great! The work is impeccable and they are really, really nice people. Do yourself a favor and don't mess around with other places. So glad to have found this place!!! It's so nice to find people who are truly out to help you and not just take your money. They have awesome customer service and always answered or returned all my calls and thousands of questions. They fixed a Mercedes that was hit by a drunk driver and a Hyundai that got totaled by a tree of mine. Both very frustrating situations but they were able to turn things around in a much more positive perspective for me. I took my 2000 Ford Explorer in because the hinges on the tailgate window weren't screwed in anymore. After numerous calls to different places I came here!!! Armen was so awesome!!! Upon arrival I was greeted by Armen and he gave me an estimate that was 1/3 of the other estimates.
