We have really long hair and despite all the contraptions to keep it from going down the drain it still does. well, it was so bad. The water was backing up into the shower. Paul fixed it same day was it nasty. He couldn't sneak it so he had to cut into the trap pull out the grossness and reassemble. He left it cleaner than he found it that is for sure. read more
