They serviced my BMW x5 for 8 years and allowed me that coveted BMW ownership because they were quick and straightforward with the diagnosis of issues & reasonable with their prices. They could figure out things other mechanics couldn't because of their collective experience with the brand. I unfortunately moved too far north of Miami to make them my regular providers on current & future vehicles but my car was always in far better shape than it was when I brought it in, even on things I didn't notice. Being new in Miami I called my local BMW dealer (Braman BMW) for help when the service light came up. The total repair cost was outrageous, I called my dealership back in Illinois (Patrick BMW) and asked how much they charge for the same work/parts and they quoted me half the price so I knew I was being screwed with. I looked around and found 3 local repair shops for BMW and decided to go to Munich Autohaus. When I got there I was pleasantly surprised to see only BMW cars there from new to old. The job took 45 minutes to do and the price was just a fraction of what the dealer wanted to charge me (With new original BMW parts). The owners are 2 brothers and they are fair and down to earth. The place is kept clean and everyone is friendly. They even offered me lunch when one of the mechanics came back with food for lunch time! read more

Around 2 months ago or so I took my car here because it was having starting issues the car was there for about 4 days when i finally called on the 4th day I was told they worked on the car and got it running said he needed to clean some fuses and that's it. He did not call me prior to working on the car to tell me what the issue was he instead he did the work and charged me $500 to change some fuses. Mind you brand new fuses are $3-$10 bucks. After taking the car home that day the car wouldn't start the next day when I called to tell them I was told I was going to be charged again if its not what he worked on which I understand but to charge me 500 dollars and the car doesn't start the next day and then you want to charge me again like what did I even pay for ? I ended up discovering MYSELF that the car has a parasitic draw so all they did was charge up the battery and give me the car back pretty much saying the solution was fixed which it clearly wasn't and then he wanted to charge me 500 bucks which he did I wouldn't recommended this place to anybody. read more

This place has done work on my BMW multiple times in the past and they are always priced much, much better than the local dealership. Honest and reliable mechanics. Always a handful of late model BMW's outside. They have the same equipment as the dealer for diagnostics and repair too. From what I've heard the owners were master technicians for BMW. This is also apparent by the BMW certificates they have on the walls of their office. The neighborhood is a little shady but don't let that turn you away. I have never had a problem leaving my car there overnight. I wouldn't leave any valuables on my seats though. Just Sayin. read more

My maintenance plan just ran out on my BMW 528i, and I knew the service costs at Braman would be huge. I had not yet decided on a place to take it for ongoing service but I happened to find Munich Autohaus online after getting a "low coolant level" warning - so I stopped by to see if they could help. They were very welcoming and helpful. They quickly checked the fluid level, refilled, and pressure tested it to be sure the system was functioning properly. They wouldn't even charge me for the work, even when I asked! This is a wow! I will definitely be using this place again in the future for service. read more

I took my 2007 3-series BMW here because the door locks weren't working. Initially, I took it to the Braman dealership and they said it would be $225 just to take a look at it. That sounded ridiculous. So, I did some research and came across Munich Autohaus. I brought the car in around 11am without an appt. By 1pm, the problem had been fixed (a blown fuse) and they didn't even charge me! I will definitely be returning here if and when I have care issues in the future. read more

Flew in from NY to take care of my daughters school necessities. Searched 4 BMW specialist not BMW dealers and found Jake at Munich. He happen to take a quick look and diagnosed it with the computer. Said the car was fine just needed Freon. He said the way it sounded when I turned it on was normal. Nothing additional needed. Amazing BMW service, fair, and trust worthy mechanics! One of the best workshops I've ever been to. A fairly large family run shop that deals with all kinds of beasts and the regular sedans. You can see a 90s 8 series to the brand new 4 door stock sedan. I no longer live in this city but was remembering how amazing it was to have a mechanic I could fully trust. I had them work on my BMW 528 2008 for a brake job and I was told obviously that they will not be using factory parts. Six months later, I was having break problems and took it to a family known mechanic and was told that someone did a poor job and used the cheapest parts an didn't change sensors. I was told that I was charged 25% less than what BMW would've charged for all factory parts. So I think Munich are scumbags. read more

Interesting find, I purchased my M3 from a private buyer up the road. I wanted a neutral expert and Munich happened to be close. They discovered a differential leak and checked out my soon to be purchase quickly. A few weeks later i got my estimates together and they were the best price. I sat at the shop(with wifi) while they did the work, and like the review above they also bought me lunch from Lime Fresh when the shop breaked for lunch.
