My hubs bought coco coir and a potting tool kit to help transplante a succulent that was growing out of control... We had a spontaneous, impromptu day date together and came home with stuffsss! I live in the Dallas area and I like to send my friends and…read morefamily flowers from a local floral shop versus using the one 800 flowers who suck I have used the Heights floor shop before and every time I send flowers, I have had a great experience, however For my mom's 60th birthday I wanted to send her something fun and festive and what I saw online with something very vibrant party like but what she received was something very dull. The party is over and almost need to go in the trash. I complain to the floral shop and they try to reason with me and asking that I want them to make the arrangement over again or that I want half of my money back And be honest with you. I went head on and chose another floral shop that could give me what I want and I just took half of my money back from the Heights floral shop. I will never use them again. I have found another florist in the Houston area that can actually produce what is on their website. My problem with the Heights floral shop is if they couldn't replicate it then they should call me. I actually left a note in the comment section that if you do not have any of the pieces, please let me know what stood out about the photo. Was that the white vase with the candles on the outside made it pop and all the wonderful colors But the arrangement that my mom received was far from that it was a clear vase, which made the colors, a dull, it was smaller than the photo, and the flowers were nothing like the photo. The flowers were not vibrant and live and happy. They were dull, colorless and look like they came from the Walmart floral department. I could've easily gone to Kroger or H-E-B or Costco and got a better arrangement than what this Heights floral shot put together. I met this company three weeks ago at the Lynn Market Square here in downtown and I bought a peace lily. I liked it so much. I want to go buy another one. I like how they prep it and put it with water in a vase. Such a great look at my high-rise. I love it.! The customer service again is top-notch. Sydney was the best. The space they have here is one of the most peaceful nice places you'll ever visit. The energy here is good and real! He gave me a great tip to slowly increase the size of my pot when I repot each year (I wanted to make a big jump, but that could shock the plant and not give it time to adjust). I got a chance to chat with one of the staff members and she shared with me that there business often supplies the hospital in the med center nearby with plants. But when the hospitals are done she brings them back to her shop to re-sell. Hence the name re-leaf because they are recycled plants. How eco friendly is that! The prices were pretty cheap, I got 3 plants for $3 bucks each. I only spent $10 total which is a steal really. Will definitely be back!
