They took the time to go over everything with me, provided a detailed quote, and explained what actually needed to be done -- and, just as importantly, what didn't need to be done. That level of honesty and transparency is hard to find these days, and it goes a long way. After such a great experience with my Suburban, I brought my 2008 Highlander in for extensive work underneath the vehicle, essentially rebuilding a large portion of the suspension and undercarriage. Once again, the workmanship, attention to detail, communication, and professionalism were phenomenal. The new owners are genuinely eager to help, and it's clear they care about their customers and about getting people safely and reliably back on the road.
