There were several other customers already in the bar who had been served, but despite waiting patiently, no one ever acknowledged or even greeted us. After waiting without any interaction, we decided to leave. We never got the chance to try the drinks or play any games because the lack of service sent us elsewhere. Maybe it was just an off night, but first impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one missed the mark.
