I've been coming here for almost 10 years now. Dr. DeLuna is so friendly and the receptionist, Marcy, is always kind and helpful. The assistants are always personable and gentle and talk their way through everything. I've had some new work done and also repairing old fillings and everything has turned out fine. It's not a huge, busy office so you won't get lost in the shuffle. Getting myself to go to the dentist on a regular basis isn't so scary anymore. =) read more

Changed a crown for cosmetic reasons. Expressed that I had pain due to temporary crown placement and the crown was put on anyway. I continued to have ongoing pain. I tried to hold out until the check up. Then they called me to say that my insurance company will not pay for full visit and my appointment was canceled. I would be rescheduled if she could negotiate with insurance company. I could not wait so went to an in network dentist who would cover full exam. Sadly the new dentist found a root canal was needed in the tooth that just received a crown a few months earlier. I made an appointment with Dr. Deluna to explain the progression on the issues caused by adding the new crown. I was told I need to pay cash for new exam and X-ray. I was reminded that I signed a paper before receiving the crown that stated I might need a root canal. There is nothing more they can do. This is ridiculous because I expressed new pain before the crown was put on, spent thousands of dollars and now I wasted a second day visiting his office. Plus I will need to now pay thousands of dollars for a root canal. Awful experience! read more

I asked how much it would cost and she said there were different prices and they would not quote a price. So I guess I would find out after I had my teeth cleaned? Me and my family have been going to Dr. luna for 9 years and it's always a great experience. He never overbooks, very honest and the work he does and care he shows is the best.Great customer service includes thinking about your patients time and he does that. I've never had a wait time longer then 5-10 before he works on my teeth and he doesn't bounce back from patient to patient, because he never overbooks. I recommend 100%! read more

Just got off the phone with the receptionist at Marietta dental excellence. They have a running ad in the Menifee quarterly . They have a special for a Crown for $1050. Regularly 1400 they say. Then they have another ad for limited exam for $59. I called to ask if the Crown I have existing that needs to be replaced can just be replaced for the 1050. She said I have to get an exam but I cannot use the other coupon so the exam is over a $100.. Most dentists that I have been to Either Wave the exam fee because they know they are going to make their money on the work. The difference is about $50 not a big deal but I think it was a little deceiving and also I let her know that if she could speak to the dentist and honor the coupons I would be a good customer. I just don't think it was a good business decision on their part. They would have gave me a $50 break on the exam and I would have spent thousands more on the dental work that I have to have done. I understand 100% their business decision, But this Proud Marine will not be doing any business there. read more

Dentist manny deluna is an amazing dentist who cares about your dental health. The waiting area looks like the waiting area for a spa and they have many choices for magazines to read while you wait. The staff is great too. They worked with my insurance provider attempting to see what the lowest cost is and what they can do to get what you need. Lots of smiles and the office waiting area is cozy. I wasn't happy to hear that I had a cracked tooth and would need a crown. This would be my 5th crown over my lifespan. Dr. DeLuna's cash price seemed very fair. Everyone else was charging an arm and a leg. I must say that he was the best crown procedurist I have ever experienced. I guess it takes some science, art , talent and finesse to complete a crown so the patient is comfortable. Dr. De Luna excelled at this procedure (very gentle and focused) more than any other dentist who has done this to my teeth! I still can't believe it. Laura was also great at calling to remind me of my appointments. All in all, I am super-pleased and now Dr. De Luna is my new dentist.
