We have had The Burnt Truck's food before and really enjoyed everything we ate so I was excited to see that they had a catering option. I reached out to The Burnt Truck a couple months before our daughter's party to get more information on how their catering would work for a private event. Minh immediately got back to me with menu options and pricing. We reserved the date, made our deposit, and they took care of the rest! We had around 60-70 guests and each person got to choose from four sandwich options (cheeseburger slider, friend chicken slider, mozzarella slider, or PB&J slider) as well as their choice of fries or tots. The standard time slot for private events is 2 hours of food service, but since our party was longer than that, we opted to pay for an extra 2 hours of time. In the end it worked out perfectly because our party was on the smaller side and our guests were able to get food at the start of the party, then go back and order seconds later on before the party was over. Thank you to Minh and team, the food was excellent and our guests were 100% satisfied! I would definitely recommend The Burnt Truck for easy, stress-free catering!

It's been several years since I've had one of these lobster rolls, but I'm happy to report that they are still delicious. The rolls are small but packed full of fresh lobster or crab. You can also add extra meat for a fee, but I think it's just right the way it is. The roll itself is well-buttered and melts in your mouth. I always get the rolls with butter, not mayonnaise so you can really taste the seafood. I also tried the lobster bisque, with extra lobster meat and it was not quite as good as my sister's, but still very tasty. It's $13 for lobster and $12 for crab roll.

Watching my son's face light up was priceless and had me reminiscing of my fond memories of my neighborhood 'ice cream man'. So glad I wasn't so snobby lol!!! We ordered the Maine $27 and the Garlic Butter $27 rolls . So satisfying , Cousins Maine Lobster is definitely worth every penny, every bite of tenderness perfectly cooked huge lobster pieces. can't wait to catch them again on their next stop .

The quesadilla was $23. I can't say that I've had better, since this was my first lobster quesadilla and I have nothing to compare it to. But I'd imagine that's what it's supposed to taste like. My palette was looking forward to the taste of lobster, so thats all I was focused on. Meals range from $22-$29 and soups are $9/$11....they also have kids meals with a grilled cheese or quesadilla. I can now finally scratch them off my eatery "to-do" list.
