I used to come to this spot often until one day I placed an order to go. When I got home I started to eat my food and when I was almost done with my garlic spinach I found a big insect in my food. It scared me because this has never happen to me. But at the same time I was highly disappointed because I really love this place but with seeing that bug in my food almost made me vomit. So I went back to the store to spoke to the manager and he was very sorry about everything and offered to show me the basement, my money back and anything I wanted on the menu. I did take the offer of the basement which was very clean with no dust and I took the offer of getting my money back. I did not take the offer of another dish because I lost my appetite. However I ordered recently and was disappointed by portion size. Wraps no longer come with 2 sides, just one, but are the same price? Stopped in today after picking up my daughter from school. The store is spacious and clean. Modern and friendly. The menu seems pretty good with a good variety of food. I ordered the Balboa Wrap with baked potato. The wrap has turkey meatballs with grilled chicken, low cal mozzarella and marina sauce on a whole wheat wrap. It tasted very good. The potato was just a regular baked potato with a little bit of butter. Over all the food is pretty good. I will be back to try some other dishes. read more

I had the Tuscany and my fiancé had the MMG wrap, delicious! Great service, clean and the food was spot on.

I've tried about 3 dishes from here so far. The boneless wings are all pretty good. My favorite dish so far was the Santa Fe Wrap. This wrap packs a lot of flavor and protein and is only600 calories. Love it. Most of the dishes are low in calories. I wish the pasta had a little more flavor but no real complaints! Great for lunch or dinner. read more

Went today and decided to order the special of the week, Holy Guacamole, with the pasta salad as a side. The wrap itself was really good, I changed the the wrap from jalapeño to the herb one. In it there was guacamole, chicken, cheese, rice, black beans and corn. It originally also came with salsa but I decided against it. The reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is because the pasta salad felt very acidic, maybe it had too much vinegar. Love the concept overall though !! read more

Last week I ordered a meal prep to be picked up by my boyfriend and his friend. They decided to order meals for themselves to go. Once they got there they notice they had a few extra minutes to spare and decided to eat their food there. At this point they sat down and were told that they could not eat their order there because it was ordered as take out. This makes no sense to me.... AT ALL. Came for an after work meal with my girlfriend and left feeling full and satisfied. I ordered the champion pasta while my girlfriend ordered the penne romano. Pasta was al dente and the chicken was nicely charred but the turkey meatballs were very odd. They had a very soft mushy texture and the flavor was akin to school meatloaf. Didn't ruin the dish for me though. The penne romano was great. I was surprised at how flavorful the fat free sauce it had was. It'll be my choice next time I go. The atmosphere is welcoming and very clean. The staff is friendly and the menu has great health-conscious options. I had to ding them two stars though, because on my first visit there, I ordered an Italiano chicken salad. I asked to please substitute tomatoes for the roasted peppers, which the person taking the order said was allowed. I also asked for no dressing on the salad (I know, I'm strange.. I HATE dressings).. the salad came WITH dressing and no tomatoes or roasted peppers. We also asked for cups of water, but never received them. The food we did receive was of good quality, and decent portion sizes, but I had to sort of "deal with" the salad and dressing. I didn't complain or send the salad back because I didn't want to see a whole salad thrown away over my dressing complaint. I just can't see wasting food like that, and I didn't want to seem petty. My relatives and I are frequent customers of the Muscle Maker Grill Bronx (Throgs Neck) location. We love to eat here and order food to our household often. Unfortunately, tonight Tuesday February, 28, 2017 at about 7:45 pm we (4 adults) had a bad experience. We order our food to be picked up and upon arrival it was not ready. We sat in the restaurant and waited 15 minutes for our food. After waiting we decided to just eat in the restaurant. The on site manager Hansel told us we could not eat inside because we ordered our food to be picked up. He also explained it is not fair for dine-in customers to have to wait for their food and then a pick up customer can just order and dine-in immediately. However, we still waited inside for our food to be done for 15 minutes so his reasoning did not make any sense. He could not provide us with anything in writing stating this so called dine-in policy and refused to let us dine in. Being that we are frequent customers I am very disappointed in his customer service. As a one time courtesy he could have let us eat in the restaurant and advised us for the future. The restaurant was empty and only had three other individuals eating in. According to the manager Hansel it is policy that pick up orders can not dine in. If this is true, the policy should be clearly displayed for all customers to see. It is hard to believe that this is the policy with nothing on display for the community. It is a shame we had this experience because this makes us feel like we should not return as customers. read more

I can't express how disappointed I am with muscle grill. My husband spends at least $200.00 a month on his post workout meals. He ordered to two Turkey burgers that were so burnt . You can tell the meat was sitting on the grill for a long period of time . I have pictures! I wish I could post! When I called the manager he said it wasn't on purpose. I understand it may not have been on purpose nor do I expect a manager to be on the line where the food is being prepared. But the chef should have never sent out food that should have gone in the garbage. Hans the manager, ( Not sure how to spell your name ) but you should have handled the situation instead of saying " if I would have seen the food was burnt I wouldn't have sent it " I offered to forward him the photos, but he didn't respond. My advise to you .. if your customers are waiting 45 minutes to hour to receive their food , have pride in what you are sending out . Don't send food that you wouldn't eat or serve to your family!
