They are amazing. Bruno, Carlos and Triston arrived early and were so efficient with their time. They handled our belongings with care and made sure to wrap furniture that needed to be wrapped. They made sure that the each TV was transported in a tote and made sure that the TVs were all on their stands and in working order before they left. They even went above and beyond and fixed the legs on a couple of dressers that have been damaged for years. We have used a couple other moving companies in the past few years and Movers Best is by far the best one. They are very professional, friendly and extremely efficient. Tia was my first point of contact and she was fantastic -- patient, understanding, and confident they could handle what others couldn't. Pricing was reasonable and transparent, and she worked with me to make it fair. Suhrob and David showed up early and immediately got to work. They were organized, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing. The desk was heavy and complex, but they disassembled it correctly and moved it safely. What impressed me most was that they took the time to explain how it comes apart for future moves. That's next-level professionalism. They also helped with a few extra heavy items without hesitation. Since I live alone, it was important to hire a company I could truly rely on. The owner, Christie, offered to come to my home to provide an accurate quote, which I really appreciated. Their pricing was very fair. On moving day, the crew arrived right on time and had no issue making an additional stop at my storage unit. They were friendly, extremely hardworking, and incredibly fast. They also took extra care while loading and unloading, making sure my furniture and belongings were protected and handled properly. Even with a long day that included a three-hour drive to a rural location, they arrived on schedule and maintained their energy the entire time. Everything arrived intact and was unloaded exactly as requested. I was very pleased with Spartan's service and I would absolutely use them again.

Initial communication was very promising. They had a solid price (I obtained multiple quotes), could do it on the day I needed it (which was evolving because of escrow close) and stated they had their "A-Team" available for my move. We ended up booking them for a March move which involved moving a townhome plus a 3 - 4 bedroom sized storage unit (10x20 efficiently packed)! Originally they seemed to understand the requirements as they brought two trucks but one truck was a 20 footer which turned out to be a tad too small. We ended up making multiple trips in our car to offset. Team was on time and did a solid job with the first part of the move. So far so good. But, I think they realized after taking lunch they were a bit behind and so when they arrived at the house started double timing, not always efficiently. To be fair, taking apart the Murphy bed at the new house cost some time but we needed the space for one of the king beds. Boxes we told them to place in garage but we had to tell them to leave spaces to walk in between. First attempt was just placing all the boxes together like a storage unit. Upstairs, we noticed some scratches all the floor when I had mentioned all through the process starting with bidding that we had wooden floors and please have experience at keeping the floors undamaged. They put the furniture together, helped out with trash pickup and I gave each mover $80 tip. That was a solid tip for an all day, three location move. But it might have been too much. From the beginning the master king bed just felt "off". Lopsided almost. We thought it was the mattress, and that we had to rotate and move the mattress. Nope. The bed wasn't re-assembled correctly. The slats were not properly reinforced in the center and the wood bent, buckled, and finally snapped. See photos. So I waited on this review, until we opened all the boxes, and I am glad I did as our bed crashed. In the end, cannot recommend this local outfit. My national mover that brought me back to S Cal did a far more professional job, even these Murrieta movers said "Wow, those guys stacked your stuff so well in the storage unit". I wish I had used them again for this move. Not recommended.

They were quick, prompt, professional, and very friendly. They also were quick to adapt when there was a last minute change in where we were going to meet and were easy to communicate with both via yelp and phone. 10/10, would and will be using these guys again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for movers; especially up here on the mountain.

What I thought would be a simple 5-hour move ended up taking over 9 hours. While the duration was unexpected, I attribute it to the long walks from my four storage closets to the elevator. Even though the day grew long and the physical toll was evident, the guys stayed honest and worked the entire time. The Good: Only one minor damaged item out of an entire household. Zero damage to the walls/floors of either apartment. The team was incredibly kind, making it impossible to stay frustrated. They offer flexible payment options (Credit Card, Zelle, Cash). Room for Improvement: I would love to see moving companies offer more "flat-rate" structures or do "mid-way time checks." The big day arrived and at 9am sharp the moving truck rolled through the security gates at Eaves, which surprisingly were actually working that morning. Out jumped the guys, like an Eastern European swat team and after a few waivers were signed absolving them of any and all blame if they broke anything, they were straight to work. It was time for me to put my feet up and let these moving magicians do their thing but I'd barely finished my 3rd extra hot flat white at the local coffee shop when i got the text saying they were all loaded up! Back to the family home we went which luckily was free of any family members that afternoon. I directed traffic like a prime Jose Mourinho; pointing, whistling, at times chastising, but doing it all with the full respect of the team. Before i knew it we'd achieved our goal and they had unloaded and ultimately reassembled all the furniture in the rooms of my choosing. Nothing damaged. Nothing left behind. I could scarcely believe we'd done it. It was the kind of experience that almost made we want to run off again just so we could see if we could beat our time. And you know what? AVOID AT ALL COSTS I hired them expecting professional…read moreservice, but what I got was a complete breakdown in logistics and a total lack of respect for my property. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company... that is unless you love broken furniture and terrible/non-existent customer service! The company showed up understaffed with fewer workers than we'd contractually agreed to. They didn't send the number of workers promised, which made the entire process slow, disorganized, and ultimately dangerous for my belongings. From the moment they showed up we contacted the company to address the concerns, but given we had everything scheduled logistically to be gone from our house that day, we had no option but to move forward with the smaller worker crew that showed up. Long story short, we wasted twice as long as it should have taken to get everything done due to the lack of movers. And in the process, they managed to completely break some brand new furniture in the process. It was broken so badly that they just threw it away. BUT THE WORST PART IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE: The "screw-ups" during the move were bad enough, but the aftermath has been even worse. Trying to resolve the damage and the contract breach has been a nightmare. Their customer service is dismissive and completely unwilling to take accountability for their failures. Even today, they were supposed to connect me with their claims manager (after about 5 phone calls and 5 emails), yet failed to do so as they said they would. It's clear they care more about booking jobs than actually fulfilling their contractual obligations or protecting your home. I've had to spend my own time drafting emails and fighting just to get a response regarding the property they destroyed. Do not believe the hype. They are understaffed, they break your furniture, and they will leave you hanging when it comes time to make it right. STAY AWAY.
