Absolutely unacceptable customer service and unethical policies. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I accidentally booked an appointment online late at night for the very next day. I wasn't trying to confirm -- I was just looking at the details -- and before I knew it, it was booked. Since the business was closed, I couldn't call to cancel until the next day. When I did, I explained the situation respectfully, assuming they would understand. Instead, I was told I'd be charged a cancellation fee because I was "outside the 48-hour cancellation window." That policy makes zero sense for appointments booked within 48 hours. How could I possibly cancel two days in advance for something I booked the night before? It feels like a trap designed to take customers' money. The person I spoke with was dismissive and claimed that I "had notifications," so I should have known. Of course I knew -- but I still couldn't cancel in time because of their hours and policy. She then hung up in my face, which I'm now seeing is a pattern based on other customers' reviews. They were far from fully booked, so this wasn't about lost business -- it was about charging me anyway. To make matters worse, they charged the full service amount to my card without my authorization, using payment information from a past appointment I don't even remember providing (because it was so long ago). This feels like a serious violation of trust. When I spoke to the manager, Lindsey, she was condescending and rude from the start, even admitting she was being rude because she felt I was rude to her staff. I was simply standing up for myself after being charged for something I didn't want and couldn't use. This company hires mean girls who want you to lie down while you get walked all over and talked down to. This company operates with a lack of empathy, poor customer service, and an unethical policy that punishes customers for honest mistakes. I believe the manager practiced an abuse of power and an abuse of my card information. I will never return and strongly urge others to spend their money with businesses that treat people with fairness and believe their customers when there is no reason not to. read more

I paid $399 for two facial and one back facial for my boys. I was disappointed when I seen that not all black head were extracted. I wish I was told over the phone to have them come early if they wanted time in the sauna. they spent maybe 10 minutes in there then had to get out for their appointment. but the 2 star rating is for the extractions. for $400 I expected all to be removed. read more

I used to love this place. I've been here for spray tanning, massage, and facial. The ambiance is everything you want in a spa. Everyone was very experienced and professional. Then they started rescheduling me with someone that was not my requested esthetician. She jacked up my face for months after just one facial. Went back to my girl who fixed it and the same thing happened next time I scheduled. Cue the same experience. I told them specifically to only schedule me with my girl. Months later, my massage therapist leaves suddenly. A month after that, I get a call from the front desk saying my esthetician no longer works there and they are rescheduling me with the same girl that jacked up my facials before. I tell them don't bother. Turns out, they got new management and fired like half of the staff. The good and experienced part mind you. Ugh! read more

Before the pandemic, we'd come here several times throughout the year. We've been long standing customers. With the stress of work, we decided to get two 60 minute massages. We had originally booked with La Peau, but they had to reschedule and we wanted to get in sooner. Muses was able to accommodate us. When we walked in, there was no one in the front. We waited 7 minutes before someone actually greeted us. I started thinking we might have booked a different time because no one was there. The receptionist finally showed up and our masseuses came out to greet us shortly after we were checked in. For the sake of anonymity, we won't mention names. The massages were average, and for $100, I don't want average. The thing that irritated my husband and I the most were the tables. OMG! Is that butcher paper underneath the sheets? Every time the masseuses would move a leg or arm, it sounded like I was at the doctors office and sitting on the table. I couldn't relax AT ALL. While the ambiance is quiet and the aromatherapy does its best to relax you, it is beyond IRRITATING to listen to butcher paper crackling underneath me. Not to mention, you can feel the paper. I wanted to be completely relaxed and instead I tried not to move or it would make a noise. Also, the masseuse never asked what pressure I wanted.
