Some things can wait as I am just learning in my free time but others like a separating fingerboard are important for playing in general so it was nice to be guided a bit on their necessity. Ultimately it is my decision what to fix and took them up on the fingerboard and it looks great! Really love it. I was also surprised that they cleaned my case. Because I just got it, I hadn't taken the time to clean the inside yet and was pleasantly surprised to see it had been cleaned. Feels like a nice personal touch 10/10. Will def go back for any more work I get done or if I want to upgrade instruments

Before he started, we had a discussion about what I expected, including "strict" or "loose" tuning of the bass notes. When he finished, the piano was immaculately clean, the hammers voiced, and tuning perfect. In addition, Ryan is friendly and clearly loves his job. Piano tuning doesn't get any better than this.
