This is my first time visiting mutual propane and I can guarantee it won't be my last. The crew here is awesome! Lorenzo was the one who helped me out filling up my tanks, they make it super easy, just pull into the back and 5 minutes later I'm back on my way. Not only were they the best customer service I could have hoped for their price is the lowest in the area. Win-win!

It's bbq time! But really? When is it NOT bbq time in So. Cal? So we ran out of propane. Mr. B loaded all 4 tanks in the trunk of the car and off we went. But this time we drove down the street, past our usual propane place, U-Haul, to a much larger facility that deals only with propane. Mutual. But how did you guess? Sounds more like a bank to me, but it is not. It is huge, with a large cream colored building that features a huge parking lot, a big industrial garage, and in the back, gas tanks to pull right up to, in an open but large covered area. The shade is appreciated. You can't miss them, there are big old gas transport trucks featuring their name. Impressive, everything is meticulously clean, and, best of all, cheaper than UHaul! So know this. UHaul wanted $2.99/ gal. Mutual posted @ $2.45, but charged us $2.25. Mr B says if you pay with cash, you get a better break, but they do take credit cards as well. And they did all the work. No waiting, they took the tanks out, filled them, and returned them safely to the car. We didn't have to lift a pinky, except to open the wallet. This is a great place to take care of that all important bbq business! Just know, they are closed on Saturday and Sunday, so keep an eye on your tanks. Mmmm, prime steaks and marinated veggies grilled until they are dripping with awesomeness. Thanks Mutual for helping us out. read more

This place is such a rip-off!!!!!! They advertise a coupon online for propane .15 off and then when u get there they say u have to spend a minimum of $20 even tho most people have 5 gallon tanks and at 3.69/gallon you wouldn't spend $20. Go to Uhaul, it's cheaper overall. We only needed 3 gallons in our tank and spent $20. That's works out to almost $7/gallon in the end. Could've gotten it for $15 at Uhaul!!!! Granted, Uhaul is $1 more per gallon, but if you need less than 5 gallons it's by far the cheaper option. Never ever again will I go here....I even called before coming to check the price and wasn't told about the minimum. These guys are crooks read more

They never responded to any of the calls or online requests. I called our realtor and was told that the tank was owned by the previous property owners. So I called around and had another company fill the tank. 5 months later, I got a call (not sure how they found my phone number) from All State claiming the tank was rented, and I need to pay for another inspection fee, and I wasn't allowed to fill the tank. I refused to do anything until I saw some proof that the tank was not owned, and I argued that I should not have to pay for another inspection fee, especially since most companies don't charge an inspection fee, and the tank was inspected twice within the past few months. Within minutes of the phone call, they sent someone back out and shut off our gas when we weren't home!!!! I called - no answer. I called their emergency number... no answer (comical). They called me back, were super rude and demanded that I empty the tank right away, and they will have it removed the next day. Long story short, I had another provider switch out the tank to one of theirs the next day, and I want nothing to do with this company. I can't believe they left us without gas, hot water, or cook top for two days!! So unprofessional, so rude, and terrible at returning calls. The most interesting thing is that at no time did any of them try to de-escalate the situation or offer any solutions. Just hostile, rude, and unhelpful. So many better options out there.

When asked the cashier responded, "this company charges a flat rate standard charge for propane refills". I have been a customer of Western Propane Services for many years. They never charged a Hazardous Materials charge for propane refills. To be clear, I didn't dispose of anything. I brought in my 20 gallon tank for a refill. I highly recommend going elsewhere as this makes the price of propane much higher than it should be. I paid $16.69 for 2.6 gallons of propane. Approximately $6.42 per gallon with their BS fee added. They are also closed on the weekends now. Go elsewhere. U-haul at 7422 Garden Grove Blvd is 1 minute away. They do not charge a Hazardous Materials fee and are competitively priced.

It's on Jurupa Rd just West of Van Buren Blvd. I was looking for a propane tank refilling station so I shopped around and found Jurupa Dairy & Gas where their price at this time was $1.00 less ($2.99/gal) than any other refilling station in Corona, Norco & Jurupa. It was a holiday so I couldn't check the local propane manufacturers but I can't see how they could be any less in price. I reloaded up my 2 trailer tanks and a small BBQ tank. To add to it, the business employees were incredibly friendly and professional! I highly recommend them for your propane tank refills. I didn't check their gasoline prices as I use diesel.

Wow what a gem I just found!…read more Directions: It is not a closely located to a freeway but is definitely worth the extra travel. It's located adjacent to the 215 & 60 freeways, see attached map screen shots. It's on Jurupa Rd just West of Van Buren Blvd. I was looking for a propane tank refilling station so I shopped around and found Jurupa Dairy & Gas where their price at this time was $1.00 less ($2.99/gal) than any other refilling station in Corona, Norco & Jurupa. It was a holiday so I couldn't check the local propane manufacturers but I can't see how they could be any less in price. I reloaded up my 2 trailer tanks and a small BBQ tank. To add to it, the business employees were incredibly friendly and professional! I highly recommend them for your propane tank refills. I didn't check their gasoline prices as I use diesel.

We took possession of a property with a tank that had an All State sticker…read more I called, left messages, and also sent emails to find out more about the tank. They never responded to any of the calls or online requests. I called our realtor and was told that the tank was owned by the previous property owners. So I called around and had another company fill the tank. 5 months later, I got a call (not sure how they found my phone number) from All State claiming the tank was rented, and I need to pay for another inspection fee, and I wasn't allowed to fill the tank. I refused to do anything until I saw some proof that the tank was not owned, and I argued that I should not have to pay for another inspection fee, especially since most companies don't charge an inspection fee, and the tank was inspected twice within the past few months. Within minutes of the phone call, they sent someone back out and shut off our gas when we weren't home!!!! I called - no answer. I called their emergency number... no answer (comical). They called me back, were super rude and demanded that I empty the tank right away, and they will have it removed the next day. Long story short, I had another provider switch out the tank to one of theirs the next day, and I want nothing to do with this company. I can't believe they left us without gas, hot water, or cook top for two days!! So unprofessional, so rude, and terrible at returning calls. The most interesting thing is that at no time did any of them try to de-escalate the situation or offer any solutions. Just hostile, rude, and unhelpful. So many better options out there.

I took my horse trailer to get the wiring fixed. It has been sitting for a while and needed to be…read morefixed. T & T had it Tuesday afternoon(they do not start working until 4pm), Wednesday and Thursday and told me it would need to stay the weekend to get a couple more days to figure out the problem. Every time I talked to the owner there were more and more things wrong with it. They said the brake was cracked in 3 places, the welds on the bottom of the trailer were broken, the wiring needed to be completely pulled and redone. They couldn't figure out the 6 pin plug so they switched it to an RV plug. I went and picked it up tonight because I had a gut feeling this was going to end up being a tsunami of cost with all the things they were saying was wrong with the trailer. This is a 4 horse HART aluminum trailer. Only used for gymkhana's a couple mile from home for a couple of years. It came home tonight, way worse than it was taking to them. They charged me $1050 - $250 for each side of the trailer to repack wheel bearings. And $600 for their diagnostic of all of the horrible problems they kept finding. They fixed nothing on the electrical except to switch the plug so the brakes on the trailer stuck and I could move the trailer with their plug hooked to my truck. This was an absolute nightmare. I used to go to T & T to get all my maintenance done. I did not know it was sold. I wish I has known. I am so glad I got it out of there before the could charge me even more. Oh, and the owner kept telling me he had picture of all the problems they found but showed me NONE of them.

Still leaking and I was still charge $150 he stated that his worker was on it for an hour and a half this is unacceptable. Still Leaking Look at the welds please comment .
