When the day of the move came, I was shocked at how careful and quickly the guys wrapped and loaded the truck. They treated everything with more care than some of my junky stuff deserved. It was a hot day (90+) but the guys didn't let that slow them down. They packed up a two bedroom apartment in a little under 3 hours. They told me I had to schedule a virtual meeting before getting any estimate, but the earliest meeting was two days away and my move was happening only a few days later. I already knew how many movers I likely needed, what size truck I was looking for, and had spoken with many similar moving companies and knowing what they usually offer. Instead, the salesperson basically told me it could be "$2,000 or $10,000" without asking any questions to narrow anything down. When I said I needed to check my calendar because the proposed meeting time was difficult, she became impatient and rushed me for an answer. I explained that I had other appointments and might need to pass because of the timing -- and before I could even finish my sentence, she hung up on me. That was extremely rude and honestly shocking. Regardless of pricing or availability, basic customer service means letting someone finish speaking before hanging up. Although, they did say we would be fine with 27 ft truck even after I described how much stuff we had but turns out we needed 2 trips which ate up more time. I was surprised because the first move seemed so well done... I did have a third guy but I also was moving more stuff then. When I reached out with my complaints the owner or whoever answered the email told me I had been undercharged the first time. Well, if I would have known that I would have not used them again.
