I called and booked because of the YELP reviews. To begin with, Tanya was pleasant, professional and very easy to work with. I made my reservation. Then came a problem. Pods neglected to inform me that Long Beach requires a permit to park the Pod. Hence, a delay! The Pod wasn't able to be left and I needed to reschedule EVERYTHING until I obtained the permit. I called Tanya. No problem!! She had availability and rescheduled my movers even tho it was a HOLIDAY Weekend!! Thank GOD!! Pod is delivered 2 days late. Movers show up. I was able to move bags and more to speed the process. The clock ticks from the time the truck arrives. So do not waste time !! The workers assigned to this job - Denis Pena and Kevin Zavala - arrived on time, took special care to wrap the furniture and were very careful when carrying and loading.
