We moved from Sherman Oaks CA to Las Vegas NV. The movers arrived on Saturday and packed our 4 bed 3 bath townhome (and home gym!) within a few hours. The next day, they arrived in Vegas to unpack. They were quick, professional, and very personable! Would recommend. Vadim has been great! Thank you sooooo much for making our move seamless. *Updating a day later, after fully unpacking.* My husband and I started unpacking as the movers were still moving things. We noticed three plates, a bowl, and a ramekin had been broken. We also noticed damage to our son's play kitchen. It was still functional, but broken. We were going to let it slide because we understand that things happen, but after we've fully unpacked, there were multiple vases that were broken in one box which held value and I am pretty upset about this. So maybe just some advice going forward, be more strategic with the way that you pack things. read more

Due to the writer and actor strikes, I had to give up my apartment and put all my stuff into storage. Once work started up again 6 months later, I was so over the moving process. I called up Ian's movers and Ann extremely quick with her responses and offered me a quote. Eddie communicated well with me regarding the moving process: And 3 days later, Andrii and Vladimir were there to help my move back into my apartment. Theyre less expensive than a lot of the companies i inquired with but require a 3 hour minimum, which is standard for most moving companies in the area. I don't have much stuff, so I was a little worried they might milk the time and go over the 3 hours. But Andrii and Vladimir were extremely nice, quick, efficient, and gentle with my things. They send photos during the process of any already broken/scuffed things to make sure you're aware (and to also cover their own asses I'm sure) They finished loading and unloading a 1br apartment in 2 hours. We used Ian's movers and they were able to fit us in for next day moving. We scheduled a Saturday am move on Friday night (location Oxnard). Manolo and his team were amazing! They arrived on time and made sure to communicate every step of the way. They carefully packaged our items and delivered them safely to our home. They were friendly and very considerate of our items. We needed help with 3 major appliances during our house move, and Ian came prepared with moving blankets, a fully stocked tool box, appliance dolly, shrink wrap, a smile and a great attitude! Ian moved measured the door frames and assessed the best way to move the fridge, washer and dryer smoothly. Man, these guys work hard! We had a move from Burbank to NoCal (about 400 miles) a year ago (sorry it took so long for a review!) and they did it in one day (it was a really long day--would maybe recommend just doing it in two)--but they used every inch of the truck to fit our whole household of stuff (3 bd/2ba) into the truck, and everything was packed really well. We needed movers to move only our large furniture from one apartment to another and they did a stellar job!! Nothing was damaged - they did a fantastic job of wrapping our furniture, even very large and heavy items. Last time we moved, our movers completely ghosted us, so we were so pleased at the way Ian's does their bookings because you can always access your booking page online and they sent multiple confirmation emails. We booked the 9-10am arrival window and they texted us with their eta around 9:15 and arrived at 9:40! Andrii and Ivan had great attitudes and were very nice to work with. This was the second time that I have hired Ians Movers to go to my PODs, similar to containers except smaller, take out furniture and other items, and put them into what today was a two bedroom apartment. The team leader Jose, along with his teammate Felix, did a great job, quick, efficient, effective, making sure there was no damage to anything, and are assembling an antique desk and managing to get some very tall furniture into my place with inches to spare. We moved about 45 miles away, and contacted Ian's Movers. They did an incredible job, just wonderful service. The closing of our old house and new house did not go as planned. We ended up having to stay in a hotel, then an AirBnB for about two weeks. Ian's handled things no problem, moved from house to storage and then to house again. They really know what they are doing, and we did not have a single scratch or damage to anything....nothing at all, after moving things a few times.
