I wanted some hard wired security cameras since WiFi seems to always be spotty these days. They not only gave me great quality cameras that I can view from my TV, I can also view them remotely from my phone. This company also installed a really cool alarm panel that displays my photos when not in use, a keyless entry lock on my front door, and I can remotely open and close my garage door.. I'm gonna ask them back soon for the carbon monoxide detector since we have a fire place, hopefully a sensor on my driveway to tell me when someone passes it, and connect my monitoring system to my irrigation system and my outdoor lights to make them remote as well. So impressed by what this company and its owner can do and how professional they are on the phone and on the job!!

I like the fact that they are a relatively small local company, because that means that customers get excellent personal attention to their individual situations. They sent out a tech to install our new system. The tech was seriously incompetent. He had to come…read moreby 3 times to fix things he did wrong. Now, we're dealing with a charge he added to our account ($99) because he didn't ask us how we wanted our doorbell installed. We're backed against a wall because the security company we are with has us in a three year contract, we have very little wiggle room for negotiating this. This charge was assessed by a contractor from ASI, not affiliated with our security monitoring company. Now, we've had multiple, 5+, conversations with our security monitor company, trying to get this charge corrected. We thought this wouldn't be a problem, but each time we call, the person acts as if they'll help, make a note etc.... But each time we call, we get a new person who we have to re-explain what's happened. All because this contractor from ASI decided coming by to fix his mistakes wasn't good enough, he had to make sure and charge us for his incompetence. If you end up with a contractor from ASI, follow them around, making sure everything they do is correct. If anything is wrong, I highly recommend calling a manager immediately. Otherwise you might end up in our same situation. I wish we had known this. (We had the same company and system at our last house. We had problems with it and had at least 5 home visits by techs to fix it. It finally took the 5th visit to get a guy who was competent. We never got a single charge for a single visit to fix things. )

In total, I had 4 different of my staff members complain about him and then I had to deal with him and it was nothing but unpleasant. He took forever to get me the paperwork needed to set him up as a vendor so I could pay him for repair work and while he still wasn't getting me the paperwork he would literally call every single day to ask for payment. He finally got me the paperwork after 2 weeks of me trying and then I paid him. Then he was to install license plate cameras and due to him installing the cameras at another property I had to wait a month for install. The day he installed them he didn't tell me and then was immediately calling that next day for payment! I told him I didn't even know the work was done AND he hadn't even sent me an invoice! So he did that day and before I could even get it to my accountant he was calling again for payment. He called everyday for it! Normally companies pay on a 30 day turn over time but he is DESPERATE for money (and it was only $1000 so to me that says he is really struggling for business if he so badly needs that money). I checked video footage of the cameras and these awesome cameras didn't show anything, it was pitch black and didn't pick up an license plate image. So I only paid half b/c they didn't work. He got pushy and aggressive saying the cameras were in so he needed payment, but I said I couldn't pay until the cameras actually worked. Thus began more unpleasant conversations and arguments about getting the work done. End of the day, cameras aren't showing footage the way they need to and he won't come adjust them like he said he would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company for the simple fact that it is terrible customer service and terrible attitude....and they seem quite desperate for money so I'm thinking they won't be around for very long.
